The Story: So yesterday morning (9/5/15) i hop on my computer to work on the next page of my new tumblr comic, i work on it for an hour or so linearting and such, then all of the sudden my tablet, mic and keyboard aren't responding, this happens every now and then on my computer. so i proceed to save my work (my mouse is still working) and restart my computer, as soon is it boots and i log into windows im met with the message : Critical Error Cortana failed to initialize Sign out and sign back in. i click the sign out button and as soon as i get to the log in screen my computer blue screens with the error Critical Service Failed (or something like that) blue screen are uncommon on my computer, but they happen every now and then, so i thought nothing of it, i proceed to reboot the pc, and each time im met with the same blue screen. i find this very odd, i then attempt; a refresh, a reinstall (with keeping my files), a restore point, a downgrade to the previous "build" and none of them work, every time i got a failed error. so it was set in stone that something screwed up in my windows, i proceed to grab a USB and load Ubuntu on it to attempt to grab my important files then do a reinstall of the Windows OS, unfortunately my computer didnt recognize my bootable USB as one that had an OS on it, and never allowed me to boot into ubuntu, so i decided to grab another available empty hard drive and install windows on that, i grab my windows 8.1 USB and proceed to install 8.1 on the new drive. once installed i was met with a new blue screen with the error : not_less_not_equal. i've seen this screen before and instantly knew the problem, i turned my pc off took out my PCI-E Wireless card which seems to cause this problem with windows 8, and then booted up my computer again, im prompted to reinstall windows to the drive because the installation was interrupted, i continue to do so, the installation goes though without and issues and restarts the computer to do the second part of the installation, the computer shuts off and the screen goes black, as i wait for the screen to come back on it never does, i wait a good 10-15 mins before noticing something is wrong. i turn my computer off and turned it on again, nothing. i try different inputs; DVI-D, VGA, HDMI, nothing. im freaking out at this point, i don't know what wrong, i check my GPU and the fans are spinning, look at my Motherboard check lights, all 4 lights are on so that indicates that its good, so i take a moment, take out the GPU and put it into a different system i have half built to the side, plug it in, turn it on... nothing, thus indicating the death of my GPU caused by a windows 10 bug.

my GPU was a $150 MSI TwinFrozer Nvidia GTX 750 TI 2GB DDR5, so my stretch goal for this Emergency PWYW is $150, im sorry, but stuff just seems to be breaking and its really frustrating, i dont have a job, and my parents are in a financial hole, so art is the only way i can see me obtaining some sort of money.

so guys earlier today my pc power supply decided to give out and i cant pay for a new one, i have another computer (laptop) that im not able to do much on other than art/ youtube watching so i was wondering if i could have some help, im gunna do PWYW commissions but i need a goal of $40 so i can buy this ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/EVGA-100-W1.....item58b9d556aa ) side note for people already waiting for me to finish there commission/YCH's there will be a delay untill i can get the files off of my desktop hard drive. so sorry about that. note me for a commission and tell me what you want.
