I thank you greatly for taking an interest in my art and before commissioning me I wish for you to read my TOS.

Pricing/ Payment Policy
My pricing ranges around 40 usd but I recommend to look at the commission sheet or ask for specific pricing.
I will only accept payment through Paypal.
I offer no refunds(described in process section)
I will allow for a payment plan but will only do the work only for the amount that is given at the time and no further.
If not on a payment plan I require at the very least half of the payment at the beginning and the rest when the commission is finished. You could also give me all in the beginning if you so desire. I request that you do not pay me until I am ready to begin work.

Process
I will inform you of any commissions before yours and will not try to create an estimate of time it will take but will inform you if anything comes up that would be my life keeping me from working on your commission, I also vary in style but try to base my art in a semi realistic fashion.
I will request a clear reference sheet and will discuss further in detail what it is you are asking for as my goal is to make you satisfied with my service. While I work on your commission I will send a plethora of WIPs and stop work until you communicate your satisfaction with the current progress and thus a good basis of communication so if you are not satisfied with the end result it will be your own fault and if you so desire a refund you will be blacklisted.
My entire goal is to make sure you are satisfied with my service I provide.

Trades/ Requests/ Free Art
I do none of these unless they are on my own terms as I will do free art in the form of raffles and trades if your art is comparable to my own and I am intrigued by your style.

Rights to the Art
I own the rights to the art I produce and you own the rights to your character(s)
You can do what you want with the art as long as you do not deface it, or myself, claim you are the artist, or remove my watermark. This also includes editing it to change the end result of what I have accomplished for you, which is defacing also.
I would greatly appreciate it if you credit me as the artist or notify others of my existence. A little recognition is greatly appreciated. And it is optional to notify me if the character has exchanged hands so I do not claim art theft against an innocent.
I also recommend that if you happen to sell the work to not sell it for a higher price than what you paid for. Also defacing me.

Etiquette
I am an adult and will only deal in a mature fashion formal or not, if you are not a friend I advise against role play of any sort or any effort to touch me, or act like an animal, or thing, including noises. I am kind and fancy humor or lighthearted conversations but nothing more during the term of service.
I do not take kindly to negativity and I can refuse service for any reason I desire.
If there is anything you would like to inquire or want to know something please ask and I will in my best ability aid you.
My goal is to produce what others cannot or be among them as art is my passion and I will express my own ideas that work best with your own.
