Work died down. No longer busy.

Will probably open commissions soon~<3 Seeing as I need a new source of income now. D:

That "3 month" job is still going. Turns out deadlines are stupid and clients are annoying. We're starting Phase 3, the final phase and the projected deadline for that is October.

We hope.

Still missing until then. Apologies for being gone but it's going to be a bit still. Been working myself sick all while trying to find further employment once this job is finished.

Such is the life of a freelance artist.

So hey guys I've been absent for a long time with good reason.

The holidays kicked my ass to hell and back again and then just as I started getting settled in I actually got a call for a job. 8D!

Unfortunately this job is very demanding and will be eating up all free time that I have, but it will definitely be worth it in the long run.

I'm going to be gone until this job is done. That's roughly three months from now. And commissions will be closed until then.

So until I talk at everyone again this is temporarily goodbye.

It took four fucking hours of cutting, soldering and cursing. But I FIXED MY TABLET.

And I sliced my thumb open.

I'm so proud of me. 8D

My tablet cord has a loose or bad wire in it and it's effectively killed the connection in it. So I have a dead tablet.

Fucking perfect. Just..fucking perfect.

I can't afford a new one, so I'm going to have to try and open this damn thing up to see if I can fix it.

Just...ARGH.

So here's an update.

I've been going to a wrist specialist for over a year now. I have been having excruciating pains in both of my wrists, to the point I would wake up in pain unable to do much.

In my right wrist I have the beginnings of carpal tunnel and tendonitis.

In my left (Dominant) wrist I have tendonitis. Really bad. The steroid injections they gave me only worked for two months.

The nest step is surgery. And it's gonna be within the next year.

Guys, I'm fucking terrified. Because even this isn't a permanent fix, and in my line of work this is about the worst thing that can happen..

Just...yeah. If I drop off the planet well that's what happened.

Suuurgery. /Dr. Barber voice.

Gonna be a busy moth the next week or so. @_@ My roommates and I are throwing an awesome Halloween party next week and then after that it's home for the holidays/all of November. Things might be a bit slow.

Also I am still totally open for commissions. :D Even with the busy schedule I definitely have time for art!

Commissioner agrees to these terms upon payment received.

General:
-I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
-I will not draw children/minors in sexual situations, scat/watersports, beastiality, non-consensual acts, or trademarked characters. If you are unsure if I will draw a certain subject, do not be afraid to ask!
-Commissioners requesting adult work MUST be 18 years of age and are allowed by the laws of their state/country to legally posess such material.

Work/Revisions:

-A maximum of 4 revisions of a sketch will be permitted before additional costs are included due to time spent.
-After a sketch has been approved only minor changes (Such has hands/expression) or changes to base colors will be permitted.

Copyright:
-I retain full copyright of my work. I have the right to create prints and use my work for self promotion purposes.
-The original commissioner only may post the commissioned art in their gallery unaltered with credit to me in the description. (Special cases such as gift/surprise art are the exception so long as this is stated at the time of commission)
-If a design has been commissioned by Person A, and person A decides to sell that design, my art work is not to be included in this sale at all and Person B may not redistribute my art at all unless Person A has contacted me prior to the sale/auction.

Refunds:
-If at any point the commissioner or I decide to terminate the commission a refund will be issued.
-If the refund is requested prior to any work being done a full refund will be issued.
-If the refund is requested during any stage of the work a refund will be given minus the cost of the work put in.

So I wanted to sort of wait a little to do this but with recent events I feel I should do this now.

I take Paypal only. My policy is EITHER all or half payment upfront, with the final half upon completion. I let the customer choose as I know some folks prefer all and some feel safer with half.

Delays about. Been too depressed to do anything. Had a large potential job, got jerked around for over a month and then the project fell through so yeah shit just sucks right now.

I can't really offer anything else atm. :X I'm trying really hard to get more work but in the meantime some extra income to help would be great.
