I'm just updating, letting you all know that I'm still around even if I'm not the most active in commenting as of late. Besides, I know already that writing isn't what most come to this site to see. Sure, there are readers out there, but not too many of whom I know.

Hmm...I tend to notice that very few people read the lemons or other stories that are had here. At times, it's almost as though they come here for one reason...

...which may be quite true, as far as I know.

Anyway, just updating.

One of the first characters that I ever saw in the world of DBZ, thanks to anime music videos, was Gogeta. One of the AMVs I saw had a clip of Gogeta finishing off Janemba, all of this from "Dragon Ball Z: The Rebirth of Fusion!! Goku and Vegeta" or, in the U.S., "Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn."

It was probably that one picture of Gogeta, right after the Fusion Dance was complete, that got me into the entire series...well, that and AMV images I saw. Way back when the site called Majin Planet first came along, I saw a GIF image of Gogeta and decided to use that as the image that everyone sees to this day.

Now, after all of this time, my best friend SynDuo came along and upgraded the image. The original came from medium quality footage from the subbed movie, and the upgraded one came from the high quality DVD release. If you really want to see the change made, then look at my DeviantArt journal:

Anyway, I just wanted to give my thanks to him for doing this on my behalf. Though I will now start using the upgraded version that DuoMan gave me, I shall keep the original with me at all times. It's a nice reminder of the one thing that helped me get into the series.

Recently,  Annie-Mae and  menos tagged me with the following journal. I'm actually honored, as it seems as though I'm finally being noticed here as well.

As always, however, I shall change the rules up a bit.


The 1st player of this "game" starts with the topic "8 weird habits/things/hates about yourself." In the end, it is optional for the person doing this quiz to tag 6 people to do this quiz as well. If anyone is tagged, they are to leave a comment on the person's User Page comments saying "you are tagged," also informing them to read the previous one as well.

1 . There are times when I feel that people only consider drawn things "art," completely overlooking things that are written.
2 . I'm actually working up my ability to write in a wider range of topics and genres, even if it is taking some time to do so.
3 . I'm both a night person and a day person...which can get conflicting at times.
4 . Despite my age, I'm still a kid at heart that watches cartoons, reads comics, and plays video games.
5 . Some people actually assume that I'm much younger than I look.
6 . I've been into DBZ and such since I found out about the series in 1996.
7. I actually did write a lemon in the middle of 2007 involving a fan pairing of my own assumption.
8. The lemon I wrote contains human characters, thus I felt that it might not be good to post it on this site.

Over six years ago, I wrote my very first fan fic that was also an attempt at presenting my original characters.

After all of this time, I thought that it would be interesting to revise my own story. I did so for the sake of making my story more original, as well as to test my writing skills and see how much I've improved.

The original story is found in the beginning of my gallery, in case anyone wants to see what my writing skills were like years ago.

Also, only the characters of Ryon and Shryp belong to me.

Dryden belongs to a great friend of mine.

Nearly five years ago, I spent quite a while working on a little story. This story's setting was in the world of Sonic the Hedgehog, and it involved characters that I, as well as a friend of mine, created.

For quite a while, this story has been around many different places, and not too many people seem to either know or care about it.

Well, be that as it may, I feel that I should post this story here. After all, what better place to post a story such as "Ryon Rising"?
