on my tumblr now, going on the SOPA PIPA rant too!

"Okay, So SOPA and PIPA are the newest retard bills being put before congress, who some members still think the Internet is operated by wizards or is witchcraft. (not exactly true but they honestly know nothing about the Internet at all)

Sadly, the bill passed that gives companies the same rights as a person. So when are we gonna stop that serial killer/rapist Viacom? (explanation: Viacom has had many companies shut down forever, effectively “Killing” them. And has been known to do hostile take overs of companies against them and forced mergers to take them over… So if a company doesn’t want to be merged with Viacom, Viacom forces them to be. if companies are people, sounds a bit like kidnapping and rape. (again the idea of a company being a person is just, stupid, so I’m pointing that out with just as stupid an argument) will Viacom be held responsible for their crimes? Or is this a loose psychopath who will continue to murder and rape other companies?

Okay now onto the douchebaggery of SOPA and PIPA…. the name for one is stupid… but from what I understand of the bill…

(example): a murderer breaks into your home with a knife and murders everybody you know, the courts do charge the man who committed the murder with a lesser charge, while the knife he used gets the death penalty. (companies are people, why not weapons?)

So they will block the DNS servers hosting the site that may or may not infringe copyrights (there isn’t any checking into the claims at all, it’s just immediately blocked) So this stops the infringement by destroying the site hosting it violating the safe harbor laws which do not make the main site liable (again my stupid example, this is blaming the knife for the murder and not the man who wields it). So far most sites are good about policing themselves and removing content, which ACTUALLY infringes on copyrights due to the host site ensuring the claim is true first.

This bill won’t stop Piracy, and there is no evidence to suggest that Piracy is on a sharp incline that would warrant such a foolish law to even be considered.

The truth is, (don’t ask me for Powerball numbers… I am not psychic) SOPA will not pass… If it ends up going before congress again it will be shot down good right? WRONG.

SOPA and PIPA are identical bills. It’s the old put up one bill that is sure to get shot down, while the 2nd one is more likely to get voted in. PIPA is the bigger threat, what would happen if SOPA gets passed is the same with PIPA. But public knowledge of the PIPA bill isn’t as great as SOPA."

Congress has lost it's mind... completely.
Stop PIPA, and SOPA. Feels like all the attention is directed at SOPA more then PIPA.

Earth/Heled the realm of mortals. This world is a bit self explanitory the story takes place in modern day earth (when it is on earth) Earth isn't the primary location but the starting point.
Raquia the realm which is the typical fantasy style realm. Floating cities, magic, demons, snake-men, angels, wizards, mages, undead, Ect, Ect. This point of the story when Raquia comes in and remains the primary world 80% of the time Xane ends up joining a school for mages and living there while he remains cursed eventually being forced to share a home with other tenants.
The Tower/The Gateway/The spirit world, the Realm which connects all realms together constantly filled with the souls of the dead trying to pass on to heaven or hell (a litteral realm that exists beyond the veil of death) However while most end up here while trying to pass on few outside Raquia are able to travel to the Tower while alive. In order to pass from Heled "Earth" to Raquia one must pass through the tower.

been away for a while off and on, haven't really been able to come up with any new random week phrases, so here is the most random thing I could think up:

Man I have been away a while, sadly my artistness was crushed to near death by a block. After almost two months in a deep coma, my artistness finally woke up, and after a “Day’s of Our Lives” type infectious amnesia episode. I am back on the Art wagon drinking excessively and worrying my family. Nah just kidding.

But I have been away for a while and have been letting Sai and my combo scanner printer collect dust while I dealt with some very odd issues at home. Any who I’ll be trying to post some new things and some things I meant to earlier then now, sorry mike.

Updates after today might still be spastic since I need to get back to work on ripping Snatcher, MKR tilesets and maybe even some SD Snatcher stuff for TSR.

I've been gone for a bit. working on some SD character for the Relic hunters, will be releasing them in a larger chunk with multiple characters. Once I finish the last of Seth's characters. Also working on a new project called "I AM WAFFLE!" which sounds alot more impressive then it is.

What is "I AM WAFFLE"? Well my pen name is Cold fusion waffles, possibly some day the name of my production company. Anywho it's a Gif featuring my more favorite characters and random characters heads I've done over the years attached to a body, with the Cold Fusion Waffle logo popping into the switching heads every 3 to 4 heads or so... so far the project is 10% complete with Invasion Force Omega.

keeping this as short as I can this week sometime I'll be posting some scans, some colored work, the SD work, and a request, which I've been putting off posting for mike. And yup I know I still have a 2nd pending but Berri keeps comming out all messed up (yeah I didn't forget lolsm104, I just really suck at other peoples characters lol)

I am not good when it comes to Journal updates!

Okay, So recently I've been posting and trying to figure out how sai works, gone a little glow crazy the last few submissions. As of right now I am working on a few images inking and adding color to them I will be by tomarrow at the latest posting fresh scans of older work again, and may post some tonight.

Yay Monday! I mean Booooo monday.... Hope everybodies weekend was good I spent mine..... pretty much lazing about, working on my massive sewer system under the village I made in minecraft, might host a server if I can ever figure the thing out. Anywho I'll be scanning in more old artwork from the past who knows how many years and posting if not today monday the 3rd, then tomarrow. While I do that I've got to get to work on page one of Relic hunters after I finish hammering out the script. I might today post some bios from it too.
