1. Do you celebrate Halloween?
ALL FUCKING MONTH.

2. Do you have any Halloween traditions?
Going to haunted houses, scream parks, etc, watching scary movies, and having a Halloween Movie Night party with my friends. :D

Trick or treaters don't come to my house. :( I'd like to go to a friend's place to do it sometime.

Not anymore. :P

Ehhh. I wouldn't recommend it past 16 or so, but personally I wouldn't be mad if a 90 year old man showed up at my door to trick or treat. Actually scratch that, a 90 year old man trick or treating would delight me.

Barely - my house is messy, and nobody comes over, and my parents don't really care about Halloween, but I do a little.

Not "tricked," really, but one year in my early teens I dressed as Misty from Pokemon. A little boy saw me and was starstruck, seeming to believe with all his little heart that I was her. I played along, of course. :3

I just put on a witch hat. :P

I wanted to wear my witch hat to school but I correctly assumed nobody else would. I don't have friends at school so I didn't want to be the lone weirdo. :P

Okay, for real, I'm gonna try to get back into the swing of things soon. I've been focusing more on writing as of late, but I hope to get back into drawing as well - and I'm working on a little story I think might be appreciated here, even if it has a lack of dongs.

This year, I decided to fucking LOVE VALENTINE'S DAY. I just decided to. I was like, shit, you know what, I love holidays, why shouldn't I love this holiday? So I sent around some Valentines, bought a rose and a little box of chocolates and celebrated with my parents LIKE A BAWSS.

My favorite holiday will always be Halloween, though. It's just how it is, man.

I lost this month's issue of the Gay Agenda, can anyone fill me in

Pretty much what it says in the title. If anything, what are your influences in your fursona's design, origin, etc?

For the Bone-dog's current, undead form, I'd place her inspiration largely in two things (not counting the dream that initially inspired me to draw her as a skeleton, which I summed up in the picture "Dogmeat Danced Through Hell.")

Depression-era black and white cartoons play a large part, especially Fleischer cartoons, wherein skeletons and surreal creatures and imagery were presented with utter glee in their own morbidity, sometimes even downright sadistic. Notable examples of her inspiration are the hilariously cruel and insane "Swing, You Sinners" ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8b8isnhYMjg ) and the cartoon musical performances by Cab Calloway of "St. James' Infirmary" and "Minnie the Moocher." (I'd recommend checking those out too!)

Secondly, I also take some inspiration in the Mexican Dia De Los Muertos, the Day of the Dead, and the cartoonish skeletal imagery, masks and costume the day entails. I enjoy and admire the contrast of the subject of death with the celebration of those passed the holiday, dancing and festivals entail. If you see her with some Mexican or Spanish inspired clothing (as I've drawn her before,) that's what made me think of it. Besides, it's cute on her, no?
