Holy crap. I decided to watch the first episode of Beastars on netflix. Holy fuck, the next thing i know I have finished watching the entire season. I am so happy I did not start watching this show later in the evening on a work night. I would have been miserable the next day from lack of sleep.

well some exercise has been completed. Now to remember to do it again tomorrow or the next day. 6 deep push-ups(using those push-up handles, 2 sets of 15 curls of 30lb weights per arm, 2 sets of 8 squats? while holding 2 30lb dumbbells , 40 leg-lifts per leg, and 30 jumping jacks. not in that order. Also, I did random do 2-4 pull-ups every so often throughout the day when I walked past the pullup-bar in the house

not only do i need to remember to do it tomorrow or the next day; but to keep it up more than a week or two hopefully at least 2-3 times a week from now on. However, this has been a huge challenge for me my entire life. I've never been able to exercise to just to exercise consistently.

For those that know Fox Lord/Patch that Attends to MFM, he was badly injured and his mother was killed. A street racer lost control crossed over a median and hit them head on.

Ok i am back, and exhausted. I had a great time even as a staff member. the weekend always goes by way to fast, and i never get to spend as much time as i want with the people i want to spend time with.

i was almost home Monday night when one of my managers texts me to come into work, I was not even at my house yet!!. However because i need the money;a week off for the con with no pay really hurts; i agreed to go in to work. having been awake at 7 am memphis time and loading the con into the truck i was already tired. but i went to work and worked until 8 am louisville time. Then i was off to the kennels to pick up my doggy. all said and done i did not get to bet until 12noon. Only to get up at 6pm for a 12 hour shift starting at 7, followed by another 12 hour shift the very next day at 7pm. so today i am very very very tired.

and the thing is i would do it all over again!! The people i get to hang out with at MFM are worth every bit of that suffering after the con is over.
tomorrow i get to start unpacking from the con.

Ok, on my second day of working out. Not killing myself; just doing more than what I have been doing, which is about nothing. I hope that this will help me get rid of that pesky single status.
