General | Posted a year agoI'm going to university on the art faculty. It's hella fun, but holy shit it's hard and taking a lot of strength.
I found a lot of friends and hopefully it'll go well. I will keep posting art here and there, but you're going to see it more rarely. I don't think i'll be allowed to post university works here, but i'll post my lazy sketches from lections. maybe even trace them in digi, if i'll have strength to do that x)

About fishbolds

Essentials: They are not just kobolds, but a water kobolds (or a fishbold, as i will address to them) - a branch of kobolds invented by me (but I may not be the first). These kobolds have two forms - land and water. In their land form, they are a normal kobolds, except that they smell strangely fishy and have a rather massive tail, but as soon as they enter the water, they transform into their water form. Their scales change color to be more suitable for underwater landscapes, their scales also become slippery like fish, their body grows fins and gills on their neck, allowing them to be agile in the water and not need to float for breath .
Details: Fishbolds have big tails that are often stronger than the kobold himself, as it is the primary fin that allows them to be agile in the water. Sometimes it can even be longer then kobolds height.
In fishy form they can smell, but they can't differentiate between different smells. It's all the same. But they can feel sharpness of the smell.
Their disadvantages: Their problems start when even a drop of water falls on them (they will transform partially, it can be even one scale) and they are seen that way - in most cases they become pray.
Because their blood is very important in potions it is quite expensive.
In a certain condition it gives the user a water form with fins and gills (if there is a tail, then a large fin will appear on it, but it will not add the tail strength like kobolds have, because fishbolds were born with it and have gained strength by themselves through their lives). But this potion works in doses and before the end of the effect, the user will not be able to regain his normal form, even if he goes on land. Unlike fishbolds, the user of the potion will not be able to breathe with his lungs until the end of the effect. Potion user's blood can't be used for potion making, it will transform back as soon as it will be taken from the body.

About my setting
General | Posted 2 years agoRodyna is a planet similar to Earth, except it has two moons, one of which is much closer and often covers the sun. This planet has same atmosphere, mass and has all the resources we have here, but it also has resourses that we don't have. The planet is mostly covered in water, with three different sised continents. Life on this planet grows in distinct and diverse ecological biomes. Further study recommended.
The name is Hari
The largest continent - Hari has the greatest history of all. In ancient times, ~8000 years ago, it was inhabited by Titans. Titans are almost unknown large creatures that are ~60 meters long (measured from the nose to the end of the spine, including the tail). Most likely, they moved on four legs. About 7,500 years ago, they died of a disease that affected most large creatures, including the Titans. The smaller creatures were immune to the disease due to their faster metabolism. Now all that is left of the Titans are the huge bones in the titan biomes.
These biomes only exist around Titan remains. The biome is covered in red grass, which the locals call titan grass or blood grass, as this grass only grows around titans and does not grow further. Beneath the bones grow red blood trees also known as titan trees and wind trees, the last name derived from the fact that they are always tilted towards the east due to the wind, travelers can navigate by these trees. Wind Bloodtrees can't grow far from titan remnants either. The soil in these biomes is rich and can grow almost any plant, if the soil wasn't filled with titan plant spores that kill any other crop. The bones scattered all over the world are extremely strong, even after years of lying in the ground, neither strong winds nor even high waterfalls could damage them even a little. They are almost pink in color, but they were originally white with a slight yellowish tinge, but now they are covered in a layer of all the spores and seeds that the Titans Valley plants spread. Some bones even have small red gardens on top.

2501 year 1 day of 1 month.
- The rulers of all countries gathered at the North Pole, where everyone signed an agreement to end all wars and ban the mass production of weapons. Also they introduced a system of months and dates according to the rotation of the nearest moon. That day the sun covered the moon.
3024 year.
- The first space ship took off into space and satellites went into orbit.
3029 year.
- The first group of people landed on the nearby moon, they remained there for twenty years, after which they were returned due to the impracticality of the operation.
5907 year.
- The first working prototype of the mensis engine "Oriri K-101" was tested. It was 19th try. The mensis engine burns mensis, which is the primary mineral on the closest moon. Besides, burning out mensis created Helium and Ozon, which is not as harmful to the natural environment. This type of engine could be used on rockets and spaceships. They were not very loud, but more effective in a vacuum than ordinary rockets. But they were less efficient in the atmosphere, due to which the fuel consumption for landing was twice greater than in space.
5923 year.
- The spacecraft "ReSCA-02" (Research Spacecraft Alpha of the second series) landed on the last unexplored planet around the nearest star.
6200 year.
- Communication with "ReSCA-03", which had the task of reaching the nearest solar system, was lost.

- The first spacecraft to cross interstellar space and reach the nearest solar system became "ReSCA-04".

- The main space and research company "SRC" began planning the first phase gate.

- The beginning of the construction of the phase gate. One SCV (Space Carrier Vessel), one reinforced SCV - HSCV (Heavy Space Cargo Vessel), one building SCV - SPGBCV (Space Phase Gate Builder Cargo Vessel) AKA BCV (Builder Cargo Vessel) and one PGB (Phase Gate Builder) were built for this mission.
One phase gates were located above the planet, other were located in the nearest solar system.

- The first phase gate located above the planet was completed.
7109 year 29 day 5 month.
- The second phase gate has been completed. The SCV and PGB ships returned to the docking station on the planet. HSCVs and SPGBCVs remained at phase gates in another solar system.
7109 year 1 day 6 month.

- The first, test run of the phase gates.
12:15 PM
- All phase angines are running normally. No deviations detected. The gates are ready to start.
12:16 PM
- Starting the phase gates.
12:17 PM
- Communication with the phase gates personnel has been lost.
12:18 PM
- The planet was hit by an explosion wave.
7109 year, 19th day of the 6th month.
- Half of the population died. Much of the large continent of Heri and the smallest continent of Kras were submerged in the sea. A huge crater remained between the continents.
On the continents of Gary and Khoda, time seems to have rolled back. The people who were there before the phase gate disaster disappeared, and in their place there were others. Only Kras government knows about recent past events.

Ligero is a small fishkobold from My Universe.
He lives on the largest mainland, where time kind of stopped in-between medieval and and golden fever times.
He's a clever little thief who survives on stolen goods. He gets into trouble quite often and thanks to his charisma he more often than not manages to escape, but just as often he has to pay for his antics in various ways from serving the one he pissed off to sitting in prison, from which he also often escapes.
