So, 2025 came and went. It definitely was a year to remember.

Anyway, now that I've uploaded the stuff I'm comfortable with uploading here, what else do I have planned?
Obviously it's that I'll return once again in a year or two!
All joking aside, if you are curious about the random sketches and drawings that I may have posted elsewhere, then my Discord is one place to check out, as well as my Twitter, which will remain a "time capsule" to host whatever random drawings that I've posted, so people can check them out outside of Discord too (although, the Discord server definitely has more stuff posted, at higher resolutions and there's a very wholesome atmosphere to enjoy - not too chaotic, nor "too active" to miss out on anything particular).

Regarding Twitter: I won't be deleting or closing my Twitter/X, but I won't be uploading anymore there either, so it'll merely remain a host site.

I'll aim to be more active on FA and upload my stuff here and have it used more as a primary gallery.
And while that's a song as old as time, I will have my friends hold me accountable and make sure that I post my drawings here too.

One thing that I've been getting a lot of bitching from Xzorgothoth constructive feedback from my beloved friends about, is that I mostly just sketch and very rarely ever aim to complete a drawing, let alone color the characters in them.
This is something that I will aim to improve on in this coming year.
I also want to put more emphasis on practicing drawing backgrounds - it's one of those things that I've always found so incredibly boring to do, but not only do they add so much to a drawing by giving life to a scene, setting and/or environment, but they're also things that can say a lot about a character in any given image.

Really, I do want to move closer and closer to the day where I feel comfortable enough with my own art that I can confidently start drawing a comic that I'll enjoy working on. But it is still a long way to go for me. While I'm definitely proud of my improvements over the years, slow as it may be, I have a vision of what kind of a minimum quality and setting I want to convey to readers in the stories that I wish to visually represent.

One of my goals is to have at least 1 colored submission posted every month, along with some random sketches.

I've kept my sketches mostly to Twitter, but some of ya have wished on FA and Discord that I'd post more actively on FA too, so I guess I'll be putting my FA scraps to even more use now.

Also, due to a lot of inquiries, I will be accepting a limited number of select commissions this year, because I have a feeling that this year will be pretty quiet when it comes to sales in my profession, so I'll most likely have more time to spend on drawing.

In all honesty, I have no proper response to give. Twitter just feels more "open" for all sorts of dumb and silly posts, while I want to keep my FA gallery as organized as I possibly can. Another reason is that a good majority of the Asian artists that I followed here on FA, haven't been active in years, while maintaining an active Twitter page (as well as Pixiv, but I don't really use it).

If you're interested in seeing sketches, WIP's, 3D kobolds (Yes, Vermilion is now in 3D too, thanks to  Krample and Nextament!) and other stuff from me, then definitely go follow me there!.

I won't stop posting here, but my Twitter has a lot of stuff that won't be posted on FA.
