A New Kind Of Experience For Furries
It is a new idea for The Furry Fandom. The brain child of Al Cabone The Dogfather promises a new kind of experience for Furries. A three day camping adventure filled with fun activities and the opportunity for Furries to meet up and form friendships.
When I learned of this new endeavor in the fandom, I got in touch with The Dogfather to learn more about this idea. He explained that WWFC "World Wild Fur Camp" is a 3 day event that will take place in Hamilton Ohio from October 5th to 7th of 2018. This event is also not a Fur Con. This is something new and different from other Furry events. This event will cost less to get into than a convention and there will be more activities to do at this event.
Like a Furcon there will be artists, venders, dealers, and panels. There will be games, special events, and speciel guests. However, unlike a Furcon there will be different outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, archery, and hiking, aswell as a zipline guantlet. Instead of hotel rooms, there will be cabins where Furries will bunk together and Furries staying in these different cabins will be divided into guilds where Furries attending can form bonds, friendships, and be able to compete with the other guilds in different activities for points. The guild with the most points at the end of the weekend will win a prize.
WWFC will also be holding a charity event for Wounded Warrior Project to help military veterans who have suffered physical and mental wounds from combat in the service of protecting and defending our nation.
Because the land is owned by The YMCA there will be no drugs or alcohol allowed at this event. Anyone caught drinking or using drugs or having drugs and/or alcohol on their person will be ejected from the event.
To get into this event the cost for the whole weekend is a registration fee of $100 and everything including food and lodging will be covered. A one day registration will be $25.
