My current commission roster is closed until I finish what's on my list. (there's about 5 but I don't wanna backlog too badly here) So commissions are CLOSED

HOWEVER

Okay so every morning when I wake up I turn on the radio to classical music. I use it to work out too.



This morning I heard a very familliar tune. It was a string version of a song I heard in the anime from long ago called "Neo Tokyo" If any of you guys have that movie or have seen it. It's the piano theme that opens and closes the movie... and I can't remember the title to save my life..

Tonight was a night that continued to unravel itself as more inspiring from one moment to the last.


Tonight I went to SCAD Atlanta with my buddy and bromantic life partner to see the Atlanta viewing of "Waking Sleeping Beauty" A documentary about the second golden age of Disney Animation.

While the film was an inspiration in itself, what kept unraveling was seeing this movie with our former teacher and very good friend Lee Crowe, http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0971816/ , But having it hosted by Peter Schneider... Even moreso... Jodi Benson, the voice of Ariel from The Little Mermaid.

The movie itself went into every reason why things failed, from the beginning to the rise in the nineties and the the events that led to it's eventual deterioration.

But what it concentrated most on was the feeling of the animators. While it explained a lot of what was going on behind the scenes in regards to the corporate world, it described why the animators were working so hard. They, like Amon and I, loved what they did. About the hard work and effort they put into everything, and how it was not only the fact they loved the job, but that they were given the freedom to put their heart into what they did.


At the end of the presentation we had a wonderful Q&A with Both Jodi and Peter, as well as have Jodi sing part of "A Part of your World"

In recent weeks I've become fairly involved in a lot of emotional situations.. ones I feel weren't very needed. Partially on my end becoming fairly dependent on the simple company of those around me, and almost forgoing just that initial drive I had. I missed it quite a bit. Things get in the way... especially if you let them. And what's unfortunate... is how frivolous it all feels once you figure out how much you know that drive means to you.

I encounter people every day, close and not so much who either give up or have given up... People who easily down my drive and my passion for what I do. Seeing this with Alex and Lee, and simply to have that reaffirmed by more people that were there, things most certainly fell into place for me.

You decide the excellence you strive for and you allow no one else to define it for you. You are the only one who can define you, you are the one who allows those around or the fear, or what have you define who you are, or you can be the one that shapes the future before you. There are elements in life we cannot control, but we can control the way react and take on the situation. You let go to the things that don't matter and face them all head on. It's hard to do, but it's worth it.

it's what drove me in school and what helped shaped me as who I am now, and I most certainly look forward to how I can improve that in the future...

Hello there chillins!!

Oh my god it's already week 7!! Only 2 more weeks left and this comic is done!! Your amazing support has done nothing more than lift my spirits and thoroughly stroked my ego!! One of the things I've wanted to achieve with this comic is that, unlike a lot of erotica, you actually care about the characters, there's actually character development and growth.. While I know a lot of you aren't looking for that in porn, I wanted an excuse to make a porn that I wanted. One of the things that makes things very erotic to me is context.

Why is this a big deal between the two characters? Why does this change things? Is this good or bad? How does this cause the character to grow? I also wanted to show a lot more subtleties regarding the shots, while ambitious, the compositions flow and help define the characters and their growth.

So I have been thinking of actually making a printed version to this, though only upon order request. Since I've posted the whole thing online I don't see much point in mass production. I just hope though that by this you guys could see me publishing stuff :3

So allow me to tell you a story a story about a crow () and a ram ()

It all started late Sunday night when Kenket and Rukis approached me.

"KAW!" said exclaimed Kenket, "YOU WILL TAKE RUKIS AND I TO THE AIRPORT!"
Rukis backed Kenket's statement by performing an epic pelvic thrust to my face! While the pelvis never actually connected with my face I actually ended up falling backwards into 's lap temporarily passed out.

I awoke several minutes later with a burning sticky sensation in my rump, but shrugged it off as nothing at all, and once my vision cleared I saw Kenket and Rukis still standing before me awaiting an answer.

"Uhhh.. sure!" I managed, still managing to regain my composure.
"KAW!! THAT IS AN ACCEPTABLE ANSWER!" Kenket proclaimed.
Rukis again concurred by yet another epic pelvic thrust. I awoke to find my mouth sticky this time...

Alright, so that's not how the story actually starts but I found it amusing.

The predicament was, in a conversation I had earlier with Kenket, was that she wanted to avoid using Marta again. Feeling her pain, I decided to help her out by driving her to the airport.

Since I was hellbent on avoiding traffic I got there a little earlier than usual. So early enough in fact we got to have a nice dinner, the three of us. One of the things I will never forget about speaking with the two is that talking art with them feels like my brain and passions are feeding. They are awesome and really nice people.

So we came up to the discussion of another artist and since I hadn't heard the artist's name, Kenket, in a mad flurry of passion for art, brought out her laptop crashing her beer and spilling it aallll over my jeans.

Lol noooo I wasn't frustrated or angry, things like that are just hillarious. Though i have to admit, being a non drinker myself ( no i don't drink suprisingly enough) smelling like beer on my way home.

Since I didn't really feel like going into every single detail about the amazing con that was FWA, I figured I'd share an amusing story from it :3

How To Train Your Dragon

So yesterday I went with and to see How to Train Your Dragon.

So while I'd love to hate this movie, i really can't say I can. But in all fairness it wasn't a great movie.

(SPOILERS AHEAD)

The movie is very uneven. From the production design style to the storytelling styles. It's like visually and story wise it's 2 different movies and they NEVER harmonize at ALL. Chris' design of Toothless, while adorable ( and I'm sure you could all see the physical and behavioural characteristics shared with stitch) he doesn't fit in with all of Nicholas Marlet's designs So you have a mixture of Kung Fu Panda with Lilo and Stitch, both movies, genius in their own right, but don't mix very well together...

I wasn't a big fan of the narrative exposition ( may as well have a maid walk in with a feather duster, cheesy British accent telling us what's going on) and I wasn't too fond of how they would continue to fall back on convenient conventions.

You had 5 kid characters that you barely got to know, while, if explored and you got to see what personal relationship or how they were related to Hiccup Really i didn't even care about what was going on there, I cared more about the relationship between Hiccup and toothless. Their bond and how it formed was AWESOME! All the shots and everything in regards to that were remarkable!! But when we got back to cartoony Vikings, I just simply didn't care.

I would have opened the movie without the narrative, but instead with the opening credits, have him pouring over the book filled with dragons, this putting an understanding on the culture and give you a nice ease in to what's going on, and once he's poured over all the dragons you see there, you hear a rumble and it's the dragon attack you see at the beginning. Then him handling the situation the way he did was awesome and would have been a great lead in to his relationship with the villiage.

To close it off, I would not have, again, used a narrative but really just simply used the scene where Toothless helps Hiccup to get used to his artificial limb ( which almost made me wanna cry ) and end the movie with them walking out the door. Then using the closing credits with a silent montage showing the villager's new found friendship with the dragons...

Anywho.

It's an uneven movie, but a fun movie regardless. I'm just a pickie bastard.
