I NEED HELP
Posted 13 years agoComputer is dying. Slowly... But it is dying. I need to replace it as soon as possible, with something better. Not cheap, but better. -3-; So, I need around $600 for a new computer. Which means... I need some way of making up all this extra money that I don't have. So, I'm thinking paypal commissions... However, there is a problem. I don't think I can do digital. The computer is just running too weird for that. So, they'd have to be <i>traditional</i> drawings.
I've been given several different guesstements on what I should charge for these drawings. What I'm thinking is this:
Sketch = $3-5
Lineart = $6-10
(I can probably try to do that digitally... We'll see)
Flat Colors = $11-15
Shaded = $16-20
And it would be like an extra $2-5 per character and $5-10 for complicated backgrounds
What do you guys think? Is that too much money?

As if I couldn't stay away. A month ago, I made an account (invader-fliker) with the soul purpose of joining a little comic tournament on dA called IZ-Death-Race. Soo, deciding that it would be better to NOT be me, I pretended to be a guy named Flynn. Apparently not such a good idea because everyone started thinking I was swiblet. LOL FAIL. He had nothing to do with it. So funny. *shakes head at their fail* So, Skooiscoo figured out who I was and put up this horrendously long journal about how I need a life WITH EVIDENCE!! OH NOES!
Long of the short, I am no longer pretending to be Flynn. I am Rae through and through. Once I get done with death race, I'm leaving Fliker alone and I will be focusing on my new main account on dA known as FortheLoveofKei! ALL of my Kei art (that isn't porn) will be posted there as well as anything else I decide to draw within the next... forever. That's IRKEN.
HUMAN art will be posted here: http://moonlit-ruins.deviantart.com as it has been for months now. LOL Luna = Kei; Ari = Zor.

Comments vs. Faves
Posted 15 years agoWhy is it that I get a few faves on a picture, but no comments? I had this problem on deviantart too and it didn't bother me here at first. But there are certain people that fave EVERYTHING I do that's pornish or cute and I get relatively no comments. >: It makes Rae a sad panda. NOBODY WANTS ME TO BE A SAD PANDA!! So, it would be GREATLY appreciated if you guys would... you know, comment more? 8D

Posted 15 years agoSo... I deactivated both of my accounts on dA. Well, I left up my fanfiction one, if you guys knew that existed, it's still there.
Um... I'm not even going to bother explaining why I quit. It's not worth the effort trying to explain absolutely everything that led up to that.
Nightmares will be posted here and on nightmarerae, the account with the sole purpose of posting the nightmares and taking requests on dA.
Um... Well, I guess that's all. Those that have dA accounts and want to tell the people that have requested nightmares what has happened and where to find them, go for it. I encourage it. I feel bad that I left and all... But at the same time, I'm elated that I've escaped. ^_^ Finally, I am free of that horrifying mess and I can work on doing things that are actually pleasurable to me. Like the nightmares. I think other than the very few friends I did make, the nightmares have been the most rewarding of anything that I've ever done on dA. If I could have stayed just for them, I would have. But... I didn't think that was possible.
So, here we are. We are left only with furaffinity. If you guys don't like it... well, so be it.

Valentine's Day Meme

Don't know why I'm doing this. I hate Valentine's Day... But I guess I'm just bored. ^^;
1.Are you single or taken?
Single, regretably.
2. Chocolate or flowers?
Can I have both...? I think I'd prefer roses though over a box of chocolates.
3. Will you do anything special for Valentines Day?
Hanging out with my mom and sister, celebrating Single's Awareness Day and my Mom's birthday.
4.Do you like anyone?
Yup, I do.
5. Were you dating anyone last Valentines?
No =3=
6. What would be your dream Valentines date?
Well, having a date in the first place would be wonderful, but, that's unlikely this late in the game. But, since I'm sitting here... I'd like to do a romantic candelit dinner, you know, nothing too fancy, but nothing cheap like Mickey D's. Maybe some cuddling following? I'm not talking anything elaborate, you could cook me a can of soup and call it something amazing and I'd be just as happy.
7. Do you make a big deal about Valentines?
Nah, not really. I haven't had a date for Valentine's since... middle school, so I don't make a big deal out of it anymore. It just serves as a reminder I'm usually single this time of the year.
8. Have you ever had a secret admirer?
Um... No, not that I can think of.
9. Would you ever write someone a love letter?
Dumbest idea ever. He laughed at me.
10. Do you believe in Cupid?
I'll believe only if I get to be the little cherub toating around the heart-shapped arrows >3
11. Do your parents give you presents on Valentines?
Mom usually gets me some chocolates.
12. Do you still send out Valentines cards?
Nah. Haven't done that since grade school. Though it would be funny to do now. XD
13. Do you like candy hearts?
They're okay in moderation.

Posted 16 years agoSo I'm close to 200 page views on here and I was like, well shoot. I'll do what I do on DA and do a kiriban on here too. So, whoever catches 200 pageviews can have a freebie request with as much damn detail as they'd like :3
