Experimental Art Style
General | Posted 10 years agoRecently I've been really really amazed by digital painting artworks such as of 
thanshuhai , 
hax , and 
jamesfoxbr 's artworks. So! I've come up with an idea to really have a game changer here, a new art style, that features digital painting, meaning no outlines, no lineart, just pure color, shading, highlight, and that soft fur texture which I am very eager to replicate from these great artists.
Currently, I have copied one art style, and now I am trying to morph that into what's left of my art style right now just so I won't get sued for copying an artist's style, obviously, lol. I have been practicing furry anthro heads for now, basically, head shots, as practice. In the next weeks I may move on to the body and the limbs, when that is complete, I shall decide whether I have to put up this kind of style up in my commission sheet or not. But it's been very interesting lately, and I'm on the roll on practicing this style. I really wanted to be more flexible, not only doing lineart works, but also digital painting works, so I have done this.
I will upload the works from this practice, one day. So don't worry.
As for commissions? I'm sorry, but they will have to remain closed for now so I can focus on my practicing. But I promise I will open soon enough. ^^

Happy New Year! 2016 whooooo. 2015 is of the past now and It's a new year to start with new memories and the like. :3 Thank you to all the people who have been with me through 2015, and hopefully I'll still be with them to get through 2016 smoothly. As for an update on myself, recently we've been to 3 countries vacation through November and December 2015, went to Malaysia on November, went to Singapore, Vietnam, and Cambodia on December. So I was really quite sloppy working on the commissions. But nonetheless! I was still able to finish them.
Anyway, the status for the commission info is currently CLOSED for now. I'll be working on some personal artworks for now or so. But I assure you I will open up again soon enough. ^^

Commission Update
General | Posted 10 years agoI will now focus on ironing out my commission sheet and prices. I'm gonna have a couple of variants for you to choose from. So far I can offer:
-Sketch
-Lineart
-Full color (no shade or cell shade + simple background)
-Full color (soft shading + complex background)
I'm trying to work out on a badge design or maybe an icon design currently. Oh and by the way this commission offers not only babyfurs, general furry art is also offered here, same prices no change except for special occasions such as extra character or the background is kind of too complex.

Off to Thailand
General | Posted 10 years agoHonestly I'm 50-50 about this. I'm supposed to spend my college term break by practicing in art and start on my commission sheet then I open my commissions, buut I was again invited by my Aunt to go with her to Thailand this time. Planning the itinerary there was no joke, mostly we have to provide the addresses in Thai language and lettering for the taxi to know where we want to go.
Despite the language barrier, the culture of the Thai people is very interesting and entertaining as I researched on them. Lots of temples (or they call it there as "Wats" im not kidding. I can literally say "I can't handle all these Wats")

Anywho, even if it's 50-50 for me, I still appreciate the opportunity to go to another country again. Honestly I wish soon enough it's in the US so I wanna meet some furries there. :P

Back from the dead... crazy College
General | Posted 10 years agoOkay so, if anyone is asking, I'm still alive and kickin' lol. I just had soooo much tension, frustration, stress, with college a couple of weeks ago due to the projects and stuff that were brought down upon us. Several days and weeks of film shooting for video production class, several days of photography shooting for photography class, and some stuff for english class.
It was frustrating, but in the end, all the hard work paid off, and I'm now free again. A little vacation until April 20th which is the start of another college term. I'm really sorry if I was too busy the past few weeks >w< cannot really fit drawing in between the days because so much to do!
But not to worry, I'll still be here, and will make art when i'm free and stuff. As for the updates...
I have already gotten my paypal account set up, but I just have to make a commission sheet list or something, i'm a bit derped here cause I don't really SKETCH properly to make it worth selling. Maybe a lineart-only one may work lol.
I will also have to get used to drawing again because it has been seriously looooong since the last time I drew so yeah, please do bear with me furs. ^^

well you're lucky to have someone. :v and I don't sooo bluh. Living the single life is hard. But to be honest, when I entered the furry fandom, I got into romance and love again. I used to not care about these stuff and just cared about moving on with life and stuff...
I wish I had a mate that I could truly love and be with forever... don't you know that sweet sweet feeling? It's just wonderful to love someone. BUT at the same time it also hurts. If you're the jealous type like me, then it's going to be a hell lot of hard for you to find someone, I try to change myself just so that I'll be a better person.
Love hurts, as they say. It does actually. Once you love someone, and that someone doesn't actually love you back, it hurts just like being rammed over by a damn bullet train. But, one must learn to move on as well as it is part of life.
The only thing I can advice for those who doesn't have a mate and is looking for one... don't look for it desperately. It will come to you soon enough, if you look for it desperately it would look like you just want to use the person. Being best friends with someone is the best way for it since you get to know the person more and more, deeper and deeper, clearer and clearer...
Only thing I can advice for those who DO have a mate...
Keep up with your relationship. Be strong and show love to each other always. Show the integrity of your love for one another, the loyalty that resides between the two of you, you must keep it alive. Know your boundaries as well, and most of all... respect one another.

Classes! Oh bloody hell.
General | Posted 11 years agoAs the title states... yes, I have classes again. I stopped college for one term due to "some mental reasons". Now I'm back to hell college, buuut yeah, had to deal with it whatever life blah blah blah crap. So, I think I won't be doing much artworks for now :C
but, don't be sad that I don't update much, I'm not dead yet, lol just kidding. I will still update from time to time, try to squeeze in "drawing" in between my busy crap college schedule. I might also scan traditional drawings I make if ever I 'accidentally' make a good looking one.
It's gonna be any of these things, Babyfur/furry/pony drawings. If I wanna take a change of pace, I might even do painting on a canvas and just take a pic and share it here, or do some classy photography, or do some wallpapers if i feel like going back there (I used to be known as a wallpaper artist in the MLP fandom, but when I got into drawing characters, i stopped.)
Anyhow it all comes down to whatever art juices I can squeeze out of my body. and hands. and brain. xD

My Art Life
General | Posted 11 years agoI don't really upload much in here, I don't upload much sketches here unless it looks good, most of what I upload here are the good-looking ones that I can really say "finished" and successful artworks. Rarely do I upload new artworks here, the reason why, is that I rarely do something as good as my "Opening A World of Imagination" artwork. It's like 1 in a 100 chance. If I do sketches, more or less I just upload them in facebook, which no, sorry, won't just tell to anyone about it. Work-In-Progress stuff also come in facebook, but I think I should also upload it here or something, I'm thinking about it.
Alongside with that though, there's... my life. See, I'm not a usual artist who always have ideas and continues to make art non-stop, making beautiful crafted artworks straight from a blank canvas. No. I'm a type of artist who makes a deal with almost... anything. I have a bad habit of getting ridiculously envious of other people's artworks, and getting ridiculously intensely depressed over it, having negative thinking, telling myself I suck at art I won't achieve this kind of art, no one likes my art, I'm just wasting my time, etc. etc. self-pity and stuff, flooding my thoughts with stuff that... really doesn't exist. It may seem to you that this is like a normal thing for a starting artist to feel, but I've been feeling this ever since I shifted from computer engineering course to a multimedia arts course, that's mid-2013. and until this moment, it still lingers behind my brain.
Countless depression moments shroud my whole life, just because of art. When it's not supposed to be like that. I try to pick myself up but I still go down. Envy, jealousy, depression, self-pity, negative thinking... these are the things that haunt me in my art life, a lot of people already know this, and a lot have already given me advice, and there are probably some... that have already given up on me, not changing.
This, is my real art life, dunno how many more times should I try just to change, but it has been countless, just as countless as the times I've been in a critical state of depression.
Alongside with that though, there's... my life. See, I'm not a usual artist who always have ideas and continues to make art non-stop, making beautiful crafted artworks straight from a blank canvas. No. I'm a type of artist who makes a deal with almost... anything. Off to Hong Kong and Macau

ALRIGHT, so, I was invited by my Aunt to go with her going on a trip to Hong Kong and also Macau (via ferry from HK) so, I was excited and surprised about it, and since I stopped college for one term, this is the perfect opportunity for me to enjoy this vacation that I brought upon myself, and also to cool myself off from such Art stress, envy, frustation, etc. you name it.
ANYHOW, so yeah, I'll be off there for a total of 7 days, with the 7th counting as our return trip to the Philippines. Hopefully there will be stable Wi-Fi at the hotel we're staying in. I'll still continue some drawings I need to finish while Im there at the hotel since I'm bringing my graphics tablet with me.
