Hey internet. the kittens are doing good but I really can't keep four more cats. They're all cute and friendly adoption bait though so the three that don't stay here will no doubt get good homes.

I'll be hunting down a nice Cake Monday the 30th. That's about the best I'll manage though as I'll likely be busy. I've found work that isn't pleasant but it IS paying so I'll have to settle with it.

Not paying me enough to go to anthrocon this year so that's scratched and done, sorry to any folks that were hoping to see me there. I might attend a different convention later in the year though as long as I can secure a place and some good company.

Lost a grandfather today, it was a long time coming I suppose since he'd been in the hospital for over a month. It isn't like he was my favorite relative but it makes me melancholy. He had almost a dozen kids and none of them were ready to let go.

I've been working a landscaping job which has put me behind on art. I likely Can attend AC if I feel up to it and can get secure arrangements of transport/rooming, but I've yet to make a final decision or any arrangements.

Found a momma and half a litter of kittens under one of our vehicles. Some of the litter already didn't make it before we found them, but now it seems the kittens have fleas and could die of Anemia. We're all too piss broke to take any of them to the vet, and the animal shelter doesn't want kittens that are less than a week old and haven't opened their eyes yet.

Bloody hell, I could use some good news for once.

Yeah, probably not going to them. Had too many unforseen expenses this year. A real shame cause I was looking forward to seeing some particular folks again.

Still working on my moving plans, they'll likely be pushed back a bit since I've managed to drive a few nails and get things settled down for the moment. As soon as I can spare the time I'm going to finish overdue commissions and open afresh.

The weather here is really cold now and I'm thankful for my heavy clothes I bought to ride my motorcycle through rain and sleet.. even if I am cold natured I'm not crazy about having a cold neck.

I was in the midst of writing this journal earlier today, about how my current living arrangements have been deteriorating and the time had come for me to tie up my laces and pack up my bags.

Went I took the stairs to get something to eat, a heated discussion.. no, a flame war of an argument broke out. Can't do this anymore, I just won't put up with being trash-talked at every turn. I try to stick up for family, but my father never sticks up for me so it's time to pack up and be gone a.s.a.p.

I'll do one last look over for potential places to abscond to and be gone as soon as I've gathered the needed funds and made the arrangements.

well I REALLY was not hoping to experience this the night before the pre Anthrocon festivities by my driver seems to have dropped off the face of the earth, and short of taking greyhound again (which I would about rather die than do) I'm left with no way to pittsburg.

So I'm going to implore the community, anyone living south of Tennessee coming up to the con? I'm smack in the northeast most area of the state with one bad and pleasant manners but it won't matter much if I can't arrive to make good on my hotel room. x_x

Heads up again that my netbook may or may not actually be working by the time I arrive at Anthrocon 2013, and I have a dumb phone not a smart phone.

The best way to find me is to get my cellphone number and text me if you'll be in attendance. I have a dumb phone and my netbook's internet doesn't always like to work.. but rest assured my phone always will.

Been coaxed into a 'Family' camping trip, I will be leaving tomorrow morning and won't be back until Saturday night the 15th. I will be within phone service area but I have a dumb phone so I won't be able to check up on any internet stuffs unless I come close enough to someone's wifi to use my netbook.

After I'm back I won't be leaving town again until AC!

One month till I should be packing my bags for Anthrocon,
one month till my birthday too x3 but the 22nd isn't much of a big deal.

The anticipation is starting to get to me wanting to see everyone again, and as for those who didn't get to meet me but wanted to, I'll need to get in touch in advance because last time my internet wasn't stable and I don't want to miss out due to a communication blackout on my end.

So I'm a runty dum thang that likes to eat a lot, and is fond of drinking but chances are won't do so outside of a party. I don't smoke, but I'm really not picky about places to sleep and can even muster up a sleeping bag as long as there's floorspace.. though I can't really do the taxi-cab thing this year so I'm wanting to stay someplace in walking distance of the convention centre.
