Today was a HUGE improvement in work! Worked mostly on feet paws from various commissions. A lot got done today. I'm really proud of myself for getting so much done. Once a commission enters the furring stage, photos will be taken/emailed/uploaded :)


Catching up on my submissions, one click led to another, and I found myself at the Colors website reading out it. Having seen some AMAZING work done in colors, on the DS no less, I decided to give it a try. It's pretty straight forward. Zoom, eyedropper, grab and drag the canvas around, color options same in photoshop. What caught me off guard was the pressure sensitivity. Didn't expect it to have that, also has opacity options as well. Would be nice if it was a mini photoshop, had layers and junk. One thing I found weird was it doesn't have an eraser option at all lol

But I'll live. It looks promising. We'll see if I post some of my crappy work!

Hey everyone. This journal is mainly geared towards my commissioners whose orders have been delayed a bit due to my unexpected move to a new house.

We haven't moved yet. We're in the process of packing everything up and searching for a new place to live but things are going to be getting back into the swing of things. We've had a few open houses so the house needed to be kept clean 24/7. I've been working in small quantities. Essentially, I've been working out of boxes for everything. My supplies, my fur, everything. It's made working extremely difficult but I've kept going. I didn't wanna just STOP indefinitely. It's not fair to my commissioners.

I am still working on commissions just at a much slower pace. Starting this coming Monday (31st), I will do my best to get back into full work mode. I want to thank everyone for their patience and understanding in this unexpected situation in my personal life.

I especially want to thank all those who have sent me notes/emails wishing me the best of luck right now and hoping everything turns out ok. I really appreciate it guys!!! <3

Wanted to post this journal to let all my commissioners know whats going on. This is a generic journal (not aimed at anyone specific) since it affects everyone. It will be a 50/50 journal. Personal & fursuit update considering the two are always connected and one affects the other.

I don't know much about the situation at the moment. My mom/family hasn't really gone into full detail (with me anyways) but it looks like we're moving. To where? I don't know. We're looking for cheaper places at the moment but it's pretty much official we're moving. We're taking pictures of the house to send of to someone so they can start showing people. We'll be having an open house this weekend. Meaning people will be checking out the house to see if they want it.

This has but a considerable about of strain on me considering other things are happening as well. A close family member has recently become ill and has been in the hospital since Friday. We recently found out (my grandpa) has cancer. It's in the early stages but it's still a great deal to deal with and it's making dealing with commissions rather hard and has also delayed them. Commissions aren't on definite hold but they will be delayed because of this unexpected situation. It wasn't brought to my attention until a while ago and now we're at the point where we're already looking for a new place, packing, having open house. It's happened kinda fast :/

All my commissions up until the end of July '10 will be delayed a bit. For how long I do not know. I'm working on them in between cleaning the house, packing, and other stuff. I'm trying my best to get all commissions out on their due date but it's becoming hard because of this.

I want to apologize to all my commissioners for the delay. Don't think ANY fursuit maker wants to make their commissioners wait. But again, my personal life and my business are intertwined/connected whether I want them to or not. This is a home based business so it has to deal with my personal as well.

If ANY of my commissioners want to email me to get an update on their commission, I'd be more than happy to give an update. Again, things have been rather hectic T___T So I apologize for that. I'm working my best to keep the flow of work and the completion of commissions on time.

 LazyWolfCreations made a ferret head to help pay for vet bills/medication because their loved ferret, Kahlua, is sick. The head is beautiful and it's for a good cause. I can't buy it myself but I can repost the links for them in hopes of getting more people looking at the auction.

As far as the entry says, shes taken multiple character designs. We're not talking about similar colors or anything but the very DESIGNS were copied and tried to get them commissioned. Just letting anyone know who she might try to commission. Please do research on the design since someone might unknowingly make a replica without intending to.

First of all, thank you to ALL THE ARTISTS who contacted me. I'll be going over your galleries here on FA. I'm going to try and give the logo a crack (drawing it myself). If things don't work out, I will be contacting the artist whose art I like the best and I think would emulate the style I'm looking for the best and work out a deal with that person.

But I'm having trouble drawing my logo. Are there any artists out there that would be willing to do a trade. This isn't a "whoever comments gets it" type of thing. We would have to talk it over, whether or not you're willing to do trades (art for fursuit parts). I don't have any $$ to commission an artist but I'm willing to make you a husky/wolf/fox tail which is a $30 value.

I want the logo to be a cup of coffe/latte, like the ones you get at starbucks. The label will have the name of the company "Double Latte Costumes" and on the top, there will be foam but it will be in the shape of a toony dogs head. Of course, along with the tail I'm offering, you'll be credited on my site :)
