Hey there, those of you who actually read all this. There's times in my life where I do seemingly random, pointless, and downright stupid stuff just for a change of pace. Examples would be formatting my hard drive, moving furniture around, and changing certain accounts around. Well, time for me to repeat this process.

Direct your attention to  addishellfire from now on. Once I re-watch some artists and re-favorite some works I'll be taking down this account. Far as the people watching me, I know damn well that a few of you are people I don't talk to anymore for personal or other reasons, so if those few specific people follow me to the new account I'll just remove the watch . . . if that can be done. Think it can. Anyhoo, ciao for now, folks.

First off, lol at what I was about to type - I figured that if I wrote "Free Commissions" people would think that I am putting a notice pointing at another author/artist who is giving out free commissions. That is not the case, as the current title should make clear. But, it was still a funny thought.

Now, about those commissions . . .

I seriously need to get out of this writer's block. Other then some quick ruts over IMs, and a couple attempts that haven't gotten past the third session, I've had zero roleplay so far. Whenever I ask for critique on my works, usually I just get praise and the rare suggestion to improve myself. In a previous journal I mentioned that somebody said I should put out commissions, and . . . well, why not? If this goes well, I'd love to charge for commissions, as I really could use the money. But, 'till I've gotten my feet wet, I'm offering free commissions. As a safe number, I'll put out four slots.

Commission Details

* There are some kinks that I simply will not involve myself with, like scat. Do not ask for those. There are other kinks, like tentacle, that, while I do enjoy, I have only a slight idea on how to actually play out/write about. Look at My kink list for which kinks I'll be more likely to approve of.
* I do not roleplay as furry characters (as in, literally, characters with fur). I honestly think there are too many furs in the furry fandom, and flat out isn't enough good scaly material out there. While I might include furs in these stories, know that I won't write them as well as scalies, and would much rather prefer to keep furs (and others, avians included) at a minimum. Don't get butthurt by this stance, I'll just point and laugh.
* Real life is hectic right now, and a few personal projects are coming up, so don't expect the commission to be completed by a certain day. On the same note, don't pressure me on it, that'll most likely just frustrate me and I might be inclined to tell ye to fuck off.
* I'm not sure about the future, but, for now these will be somewhat short, if not short. It pretty much depends on how my muse takes to what I'm writing about.
* Erotica, short story, or character sheets are what I'm offering right now.

Er, those are all the notes I can think of at the moment. So, yeah, four people can take up slots. Send me a note (or IM if you have my address) either saying that you want to take up a slot, or giving me your idea. Might want to link to this journal so I don't forget. Expect me to ask questions though, especially if you're asking me to write about one of your characters.

Anybody have any thoughts, advice, warnings, etc? First time I'm doing anything like this, so I must admit, I'm a bit nervous, haha.

. . . when things just don't go well? Things I say are having effects they shouldn't, or are being taken the wrong way. Got a couple chances for roleplay denied just because I didn't like one thing the person in question was doing. I've got a good friend mad at me now. My mind's totally dead right now. To top it off, those three or silent (only two people I know would get this one).

Alright, well, I yanked this journal from sowlhowl. Basically, it's a string of facts about her. Well, now I'm making one about me. This should be interesting . . Oh, I'll stop at 46 as that's where she went to.

Well, actually, there aren't too many updates to speak of right now. This is pretty much another one of those "Hello world, I'm still alive, much to your chagrin" journals. Let's see, what exactly do I have to type here . . .

Stuff

*Website - I've got no idea what's going on with the website Drenon and I have. Technically there's two now, the freewebs and . . . whatever he's got linked in his profile. There's still complications so far as the latter is concerned, plus with things going on in both our real lives this is on hold for quite a while. I'll bug him later about this, when the ashes have cleared in both of our lives.
*Roleplays - After yet another session of "Let's go delete-happy because the majority of my contact list doesn't speak to me!" and looking at the remains of all of them combined, I'm not too happy. Far as actual roleplays go, I'm down to two with one person, and another that survived the first session but so far I haven't been up to a second - not that I don't want to, just, sleep schedule and such.
*Stories - Got nothing really to say here. I do want to write, but, my muse is in a comma or something. Writer's block, yay.
*Real Life - Again, not much to say here. Still hate my biological father, still dealing with shit regarding him, and still am looking into college and a job. I feel like I'm waiting to die, ha.
*Video Games - Final Fantasy VI is catching dust on a shelf. I'll have to go back to it later. So far Dissidia Final Fantasy and Deus Ex are keeping me occupied. While not a video game per se, I've gotten back into Magic: The Gathering, via Magic Workstation. Anybody feel like taking a rusty player out for a spin?
*Books - Haven't read any lately, though have my sights set on Blade Runner.

First off, quick update: I got my ID finally! My cursive is horrible! That is . . . about all there is to say update wise.

Friend of mine on MSN and YIM suggested that I . . . how did he put it . . . offer my writing talents to the fandom. Said I should do commissions for people, which I'm not sure about. I tend to avoid using other people's character(s) for fear of fucking up a good thing, like, "my char wouldn't do that!". Then again, just about every time I ask for criticism of any sort, people mainly just say praise and wonder why I don't do more. Sooooo . . . should I offer commissions? Definitely free of course, at least, to start out with, haha. I would post some chat logs or written works of mine or something but . . Honestly, I don't have any stories on this computer and the chat logs I've gotta ask the users first. So, it's sorta a blind faith thing from here on out, eh? I'd say check my F-List page (link to it is on my User Page) and see if you'd like. I do scaly characters by far the best, but I might try a furry one, too. Avians and exotics are less likely for me to offer as I've got literally no experience with them, even roleplay.

Alright, well, that random and scatterbrained wall of text aside . . speaking of stories - Gah, why am I so stuck on this physical description!?!? I've got some other story ideas I might put out just for the sake of submitting SOMETHING on my page.

This is . . Partly an update, partly random angst (beware!), and overall just me getting thoughts into text format so I can sort through them as I go. Eh, it helps me to do that, and if I can get some feedback that'd be great. Anyways . . .

Oh, yeah, warning, this is about RL stuff sooo . . run and hide if you don't want to know that much about me! Oh, and no, people, I am not doing this to form a hug box. Actually do want some input, even if I get bashed - to some extent, though, just don't be a dick.

First, off, let me state who I am. I am an 18 year old living in Burbank, California, with my mother and step-dad in a fairly cheap yet stable apartment complex. We're living off of welfare, which may end this November. Mom's pretty much crippled for a list of reasons (post traumatic stress disorder, authritous(sp?) in her wrists, concussion, and others). My step-dad works his ass off at UPS and between the welfare and his wages we're barely making it. I don't have a job. I, currently, am a high school dropout due to both my own stupidity and budget cuts that sealed my fate in the program I was in.

Right now I'm pretty much wasting away in my room, and leaching off of my parents. I also have a nasty overbite and lack of social skills other then running D&D games. Yeah, I know, I am a total loser. Trying to fix that, really I am! (Though I should have started trying months ago . . stupid me.)

I am looking into grants and student loans with an emphasis towards housing. I want, really, really want (boarderline need, though it's not quite a necessity yet) to get out of here. I hate living in this place with my parents. Yeah, life's better for them now, but it's suffocating. However, I'll happily settle for using said loans and such to help pay my way here. Again, November is crunch time. Though, I've got like, no experience looking for this particular subject. Any help, advise, and so on would be fricken awesome, people.

Not fat yet, though I'm starting to gain some weight. Last I checked I was 181. Think I may be closer to 200 then I want to be. Love swimming, fucking love swimming, but there's no public pools around here - well, there is one, but A) People I know and don't get along with (to put it nicely) go there and B) It costs a dollar each time I want to get in (doesn't sound like much, but right now that is a lot of cash). So, looking into alternates. I'm not much for running or jogging, though I do walk around the nearby large park. Pushups and situps aren't my thing. I've gotten into weight lifting and have already started seeing some improvement on that end, but . . . I'm weird. I mean, you can see my ribs but I've got what I can't help but describe as a beer belly.

I've got one roleplay that's been going on for quite a while (the one with Drenon), a roleplay that just started yesterday and is looking promising (FuzzyTuff), and another that is ready to start as soon as I make my entry post. Dragon-Shark has been going crazy for the last few months now trying to get me to roleplay with him, and I've been a bit of a prick due to how annoying he's gotten lately (sorry, dude, but you do get really bothersome!) so I'm going to try and see if we can make something catch our eye. He's gotten a few ideas but they didn't sink in with me so I shot 'em down. Odd, 'cause the above mentioned were pretty much spur of the moment things.

Mugen. That is a labor of love. 400 more characters to go through. Looking for charsel errors, zomg cheating ones, stupid characters, or overpowered (as in, one attack does holy shit damage). Anybody got a good copy of Venom, from Guilty Gear, that isn't the type of AI that will totally rape me on easy? I've been playing on Hard 6 to get the swing of fighting games again, as when I've been playing Dissidia, FFVI, and Timesplitters I get rusty on those.

Drenon and I have an awesome thing going with our website, but, we've hit a wall. Freewebs has a 20 page limit, which we've met. He found another place but so far details there are sketchy. I personally am still looking for another hosting spot that's easier for both of us to act simultaneously. Goddamit, I actually liked freewebs.

I got a new computer! My IRL friend was about to toss it out as he got a new one. I should have known right from when I opened it and saw the most dust in once place that I've seen in my -life- that it'd be hell. Long story short, now it doesn't work too well, though I've got a few things I want to try. His hard drive was so virus laden it won't even boot properly even after I formatted it. It . . sorta worked with the hard drive I'm using now. More to come on that. I'm going to see if I can totally take it apart and rework it. Bleh, HP computers.

D&D game this Sunday. Gotta write for that. No motivation or ideas though. Pfeh.

Current Projects

*Website: I have a website!!! Well,  drenon and I got together online and actually made our site. Gah, thank you for this one, dude, because that was a pain in the ass. I don't know how long we spent trying to find a freewebsite that would allow us to host adult content - because, y'know, pretty much anything furry related we do is going to be adult to some extent. That and I plan on submitting my stories there, too. We went with freewebs.com as that's what a few furries I saw on F-List were using at the time, one of which even had quite a bit of nude solo pics for her characters. So, well, we'll back up everything just in case they take us down out of nowhere. The site's still a work in progress, o'course, and I'm just starting to put my characters up. More word on that when I get the chance, though I recommend people just go there and check it out.
*Roleplays: Most have pretty much died out, but Drenon and I have so far a pretty kick ass sci-fi roleplay going on, which has survived multiple sessions (even though one of my characters did not, haha) and is still going strong. I think the last time he copied it onto a word document and checked, it was past 14 pages O.o Seriously man, give that insane dragon some love.
*Stories: Argh, mind sorta froze on this one. Trying to wrap the story up with a scene of one of my characters drying himself up, and using that as a "clever" (haha, yeah, right) way to slip in a detailed physical description . . . I suck at those. Still on hold for now.
*Real Life: Finally, after months of trying, my ID is on its way. Should be getting it soon. Right now I'm looking into grants and student loans so I can move out . . . I need my own place. As in, NEED it. Hell, I even have a place in mind - same apartment complex even, just different room - but need the cash first.
*Video Games - Still playing, and loving, Final Fantasy Vi. Terra had her first transformation and I just learned what Magicite is. I'll admit, was not expecting that. I hear that Terra's story gets super emo though . . bleh. Ah, oh well. As long as I've got Cyan, Locke, Celes, Edgar, and Sabin to keep things interesting. Gau? Ehh, I'll pass on him. Debating if I even care enough to harvest all his rage moves.
*Books: Not much here, mainly because most of my reading has been various wiki sites - Resident Evil, Wing Commander, and Magic: The Gathering to name a few. Yes, I am still an addict to reading things, but for some reason never think to pick up one of my books from my two bookshelves and piles on the floor.

Man, it feels so good to be out of this fucking writer's block . . or if not out, close enough. Again, people, show  drenon some love. Awesome, insane dragon here, even if he is British.

*Website - On hold for now. Transferring files to my computer (formatted and installed a new OS) is done but I haven't moved everything to where I'd like to yet. Plus, I'm still trying to get other things settled both online, at the computer, and IRL. Still have the files, though, which is a good thing. Oh, did anybody notice how Dreamweaver 8 does -not- like Firefox? Heh.
*Roleplays - Rawr, got a couple going, counting the previously mentioned one. There's a few people on my contact lists (yes, plural - MSN and YIM to be exact) that I need to actually start a roleplay with, and have been meaning to for a while, but things haven't been working out. Me thinks you know who you are . . . if you actually read this, haha.
*Stories - Oddly enough, I've got one that I'm typing up like, right now. Even weirder, it's a space opera. The document I'm working on will be sorta an intro, which may or may not have an actual story follow up. Consider it my way of saying "Hello! Yes, I can write! Read it, and tell me what you think! I love criticism, just don't be an ass!" Might be able to finish it today and post it, who knows. Can somebody explain how to post a story, though? I want this to be readable from the start, and not require somebody to download it. I hate when people do the latter >_> though some stories are worth it. Other story related projects, like Addis Hellfire's backstory, are on hold due to writer's block and the usual slew of issues.
*Real Life - Not . . . really much to say here at this time. Still trying to finish my education, get my ID, get a job, and shit like that. Still in fricken limbo over here, gah! Oh, and my sleep schedule is fucked up beyond belief right now. It's 3:13 AM as I type this and I'm still wide awake.
*Video Games - Nothing new here. No, really, I haven't been gaming at all pretty much. I blame my nonexistant sleep schedule >_>

* Website - Using freewebs.com to make my own website. There I'll put up my roleplay characters, some blogs, pictures I like, etc. Nothing too grand, just a spot for me to do whatever and practice with my HTML and other coding skills.
* Roleplays - I have only one going. I NEED more roleplaying. Been suffering from intense writer's block for a few months now and can't seem to get out. Some help there would be much appreciated.
* Stories - So far I've got the backstory for my signature character, Addis Hellfire, in the works. Sorta. I erased the three paragraphs I had to start over. I might post an incomplete rough draft and see what people think from where I'm at. Also thinking of doing random, most likely short stories to get back into the swing of being an author.
* Real Life - Trying to get into college and land a decent job that won't cause a tear too great in the welfare program that's keeping my family and I up and running. Not going well so far, but hey, I am trying.
* Video Games - Started Final Fantasy VI, like, a day or two ago. Problem is that I've had the game on, TV off, and been . . . erm . . . AFP? (Away from Playstation) for most of the time. Think i've got an hour of gameplay in, despite it saying I had 21. Anybody else do that? Haha. Couldn't help but chuckle at the "There's sand on my boots!" scene. Just beat Sabin's first encounter, if that tells anybody where I am in the game. Also hopelessly addicted to Dissidia Final Fantasy and M.U.G.E.N.
* Books - Just finished reading 1984 recently, and have picked up a copy of Fritz Leiber's book Swords against Wizardry. Fucking love this guy's work, especially as his setting happens to also be my favorite D&D setting of all time - Lankhmar: The City of Adventure . . . or better known as, the City of Thieves.

Think that's about all I have to say so far. I think. Not sure if all the above (books, video games, etc) should be listed under projects though . . . Eh, if not I'll change my format for the next journal.

Hey, anybody mind me hitting them with a meme? Zhugeliang (not sure how to do that fancy trick where you attach a person's name and avatar) sent me one that I haven't done yet for the sole purpose of not knowing who to send. Most, if not all, of my Watched By list are people I don't talk to anymore. Would love to fix that! Just, well, yeah, for some reason things went silent >_>

Really, I swear, I'm actually doing stuff this time!!

Well, I just realized I saved the submission I sent as the wrong file type, so after much banging head on desk syndrome, I deleted the submission and am going to start it . . . again . . . sorta. Either way, my first project is most likely going to be my "Draconian Chronicles" fanfiction that I had started on a couple of forums a while back, but this time I'm going to put in more detail, try to put things in order, etc etc. Just, not sure how to do it though . . . My original idea was to use the same style that Louie tells his story in Interview with the Vampire (both book and movie, love 'em) . . . but then again, sorta interested in telling it third person as well . . . any thoughts on that? On the same topic there is another thought that popped into my mind while I was writing this journal entry . . yiff . . . erotica . . etc etc. I mean, this IS furaffinity after all, and so far the only website I'm signed in as an author (I think . . ). To be quite honest, not sure how to approach that, lol. I mean, yeah, sure, I love to yiff and all that via IM but . . hm . . should I include my signature character (Addis Hellfire) in any erotica? And, lol, I am bi - evenly so - so should I include that? Never thought about it before, heh.

Due to extreme amounts of boredom, I've decided to get off my lazy ass (er, ok, that's a lie, I'm still sitting on a chair . . . whatever) and do something. There are a few things that I was thinking of typing up, and possibly getting some critique on. As for which one to start off on ... that there is the problem, because I really suck at starting projects. So far here's the possible list:

Detailed Character Backgrounds - As I've stated in my bio, I am a roleplayer, and have a few characters that serve as my signature characters or just characters I really like playing as for various reasons. Some of my friends have posted things like that, and it looks like it could possibly be fun (or at the very least, get me off this boredom for a while). The only problem there is that I am not really all to good at getting specific details down, namely physical ones. If somebody could help this for the most part nooby writer out, would be much appreciated.

Fanfiction - I've got a fanfiction going on, just I sort of butchured it recently and derailed it . . . so I am going to start over (sorta) and fix things, add things, etc. Its set (for the most part) in the Dragonlance Book Series, and tells the story but with a twist - the main character is working for the opposition, and it is from his point of view.

Story Series - Yes, I know, scary. As for what it will be . . probably set in Lankhmar or Ravenloft (yes, I am an uber D&D nerd, and love using its worlds) . . just no idea what to write about really.
