So my ancient tablet pen finally gave out. I can still draw on my ipad, so work will get done (a bit slower), but no streams for a bit. I will send along progress updates on commission work via note or discord.

Okay so, at least a few folks must have noticed that I've cancelled my streams for the rest of the week. Basically, I've taken a look at my workload as a whole and realized that I'm gonna need to switch off to promotional and patreon stuff for at least a week or so to catch up.

Between the wildly successful (and kind of embarrassing) twitter challenge I'm doing, and the increasingly overdue patreon pinups, doubling down on streams like I've been seems inadvisable.

So as far as streaming goes, I will return on the 20th, and will be burning through my commission itinerary with superhuman speed after that point.

Workload is very high right now, so commissions are closed until my itinerary is mostly clear! Delivery may be slow due to this being a busy time of the year for IRL stuff, and additional responsibilities related to preparing to open a patreon AND starting a new project.

I will however continue to stream as often as I can, and hopefully some of you who have been waiting a bit will finally start to see progress! That way y'all will have a clear idea of when I'm going to be working on your commission in relation to the other ones. Don't expect this to be a regular feature, since working on commissions out of order often allows me to complete and deliver the entire batch faster, but given current circumstances, it makes sense to use a queue this time.

If you have a commission that's been arranged, but hasn't yet been paid, I'll get in touch about it. There are some arranged commissions I may end up cancelling or delaying, and there are some I may still end up picking up. Once I've made a decision on your commission, I'll let you know!

While I am NOT closing commissions, due to being in the process of switching art programs, and having a few promotional items WAY overdue, I am adding all new commissions to a Waitlist.

All new commissions will be added to this list, and will be started once the current batch is complete.

I think this will be mutually beneficial, since it'll net a bunch of people some nice icons, and I get a bunch of exposure, and hopefully at least a few commissions. You can keep track of your icon's progress via This Trello Board.

If you come too late to get an Icon, keep an eye on this account. I will likely eventually run another one of these promotions. If you'd rather not wait, follow the commission info link at the bottom of the journal and you can commission one from me if you like.

- As a corollary to the last rule, if you've already gotten an icon from me you're automatically disqualified from any future icon promotions.

Alright, it's about time I owned up to this, or paid the piper, or any expression you'd want to use to describe how I UTTERLY FUCKED UP AND NOW NEED TO BE RESPONSIBLE ABOUT IT.

For those not "in the know" about this, I ran a promotion about nine months ago. In this promotion, I offered icons to ANYONE who requested one, in return for linking my gallery. It was massively successful. Too successful. I ultimately ended up with a backlog of about 60 Icons, which I deluded myself into thinking I could actually finish.

I did make about 40 of them at wildly varying levels of quality before burning out, then getting swept up with other obligations and not being able to get back to them. This is obviously bad and I'm sorry. I'll attempt to put realistic limitations on any further promotions to prevent anything like this happening ever again.

Over the course of the last few months, I'm back in a position where I could reasonably do icons again. So naturally, I should be getting back to those. Under normal circumstances, I would just say better late than never and try to finish them anyway. However, it's been so long since I've failed to deliver the icons a lot of you may have forgotten about them completely, don't want them anymore, no longer have active accounts or have new fursonas or refs you'd rather I use instead.

Due to these possible problems, I've decided that setting up a claims thread would be better than simply making them and hoping that they're still liked and wanted. So, without further adieu, here it is...
