June 2nd, my father had committed suicide. My mom was arrested. And we were removed from the house. I've been struggling on my own since then, as the sheriff had taken my electronics too. So, I've been slowly recovering all of my shit.

I've been in a mental hospital to try to finally fix some of my outstanding mental issues, but I honestly think I just needed to get stable away from my family.


So, I'm currently living in a motel, trying to scrounge together money while this job at Albertsons actually kicks off. Hopefully you all have been okay.

Stephen Hillenburg, the creator of Spongebob Squarepants. Died last night from what I've read and heard. I am very sad about this, as I grew up watching Spongebob.

I live in a part of America where there isn't many KNOWN crackers. But the two most loved here are Ritz and Saltines. Saltines are my favorite crackers and one of my favorite snacks. I have no idea why, I couldn't tell you.

I've talked to at least 6 different people having a really bad night tonight. What the hell is wrong with tonight. Everything is going so fucking wrong. I don't understand what the hell is wrong with tonight. From my mom being informed that the land owners are going bankrupt and stuff, and her being unsure what is happening to the house. My two mates having a really bad night tonight. A friend of mine having a bad night and a bad time in general. To another friend just feeling terrible in general..
How much worse can tonight get.. I don't wanna see..

Cook time: 10-25 minutes
2 eggs
2 potatoes (size is dependant on how much you like potatoes)
Virgin olive oil
Butter (Optional)
Beef Bouliian (Beef broth powder I think)
Onion flakes and Garlic powder (Can use fresh ingredients)
Basil (Optional)
Red Pepper flakes
Paprika
Black pepper
Salt to taste

Add olive oil and butter to a pan and all the ingredients besides the eggs and potatoes and beef boullian in, bring to a bubbly boil, then throw in chopped potatoes that are chopped to the shape you want, I chop to half-diamonds
Quickly mix Beef broth into a cup of water, just a small amount, just the right amount to turn the water a translucent brown. While the potatoes are in, pour the water broth mix in and then put the lid on. Let boil, occassionally adding small amounts of water if the water all boils out or gets real close to it. Once the potatoes are soft, let the water boil off and add a bit more oil, crisp them up a bit and then crack both eggs into the pan. Stir and flip the potatoes so they are all coated in egg, and then let rest for a minute. Throw parsley on if you want a little more color, and voila.. cheap meal done quick!
