I've been intending on having a separate account for sfw stuff for YEARS. And for YEARS I've gotten stumped at the username part ... the very first part. So I'm reaching out to all the brains - if you have the time to lend me your thoughts I'd appreciate some ideas. It might even be a certain word in an idea pairs well with a word from another idea, or concepts, whatever. Also all usernames are usually taken so ... yea. XD
EDIT: Preferably nothing similar to my current username ;)

It's been brought to my attention that newer people are having trouble booking a slot due to the aggressive claiming of them from my frequent clients. So for the month of Feb I've reserve all bookings for new or infrequent clients (like the last 6+ months).

Posted 4 years agoSince changing over from a waiting list to a booking system, I've gone from a wait over a year long down to just a week or two. Stream commission dates can be booked through my website, I don't want to give the site much public exposure at this time so if you are interested in arranging a commission please just send me a DM and I can pass it on. Currently I stream Tue/Thur mornings and Mon/Wed evenings PST. My terms and pricing can be found on my Commission Tab.

I primarily offer stream commissions where 1 character will be completed on a scheduled time on my calendar. A second character can be added for a higher price which will have 1 scheduled stream and will be completed afterwards on my own time. Due to limited time constraints, the more that's crammed into a picture, the more sketchy the quality and background may be.
High quality commissions <º))))><
These are done by purchasing more stream slots. More time = better quality, more complexity = more time required. I discuss with clients beforehand to what degree of quality they're looking for, what their budget is. I would like payment to be handled per stream as scheduled.
While a stream commission is finished within one stream slot, for odd remainders of time I notify the client that there's not much time left on it and that I'll finish it up on my own time, breaking it down to the appropriate hourly rate.
VIP Client Status <º))))><
VIPs get 15% off commissions/slots and an exclusive VIP role in my discord server. To become a VIP you need 5 commissions (or stream slots in the case of high quality commissions). VIPs also enjoy free choice of what I do with their booked time. To Commissioners / My Wait List
Posted 6 years agoShocker - having a baby takes up more time than I thought. In the last 4 months I still haven't finished half of one commission, so it's more like a baby takes up ALL of my time hahaha ... :')
I want to revise my work strategy and I think offering quicker, cheaper commissions here and there will allow me to actually get something finished once in a while. It sucks but in the meantime I can put the waitlist on hold - it was already at a 2 year wait and now it'd be more like 5-7 years. Nobody is going to still be interested by then but I certainly plan on coming back and picking up where I left off if anyone is still interested.
Once I figure out some kind of plan and style to offer I want to start a new wait list that will prioritise clients from the original queue (if they'd like to partake) and patrons from my Patreon then add on anyone else.
I'm able to schedule in a couple hours for work on the weekend, assuming all goes well, so I hope this new plan isn't too foolishly optimistic. I'll just take it one step at a time. My apologies and thank you for your patience. <3

Posted 8 years agoI guess I got some update or something last week and since then my Sai kept giving the pop up "saving canvas failed" when I went to save followed by the failing files to disappear completely. I save lots of versions so I lived through it but it's very scary, so I moved to Sai 2 and upgraded my Auto-Save to be compatible for both Sai I and II. With this auto save you can adjust the time interval and have it run on start-up but if your computer has issues with that I'm sorry I can't offer technical support.

SAI Auto-Save/Art Tutorials [painter method, anatomy, etc]
Posted 8 years agoI've been meaning to share this for a long time to give some appreciation to my watchers <3 hope you find something helpful if you're interested in this stuff.
I have a link in my profile description to my journal post 🕮 Library of Art Tutorials and Resources 🕮 where I save every useful thing I've found in regards to methods, how to draw specific things, some practice materials, links to other massive tutorial collections, and more! When I first started my art journey I was already out of college, the free resources I've found online are what really made the difference for me.
I have my own Auto-Save for Sai that works for both Sai and Sai 2 at the same time you can download from my dropbox. Unfortunately I can't give any technical support for it, I had a problem where I couldn't get it to launch on startup when I upgraded to Windows 10 so I had a friend make a separate script for that. If it doesn't work I do know there are other versions that exist on the internet, mine differs in that you can customize the save intervals. With this I still save back and forth between a second file copy, can't be too careful. It essentially executes the ctrl+save command as per interval time, if you're going crazy with the shortcuts you may end up closing the program so I had to figure out which keyboard shortcut to edit. I've used it for years, love it, need it, yea ...
While I'm here I can also drop the (nsfw warning) art channel for my Discord, people share helpful things they find and are pretty good at helping out if you have questions or want critiquing. I'm also there all the time and am happy to give advice or redline if I have time. ^^
I also stream on Picarto Mon-Fri 12-4pm PST, since I have a regular schedule I avoid posting notifications as it would get super spammy so I just mention it when I can.

Maybe let's throw in some kind of exciting Halloween twist. If you bring a friend into it and they win then your entry can be with both of your characters together.
So if someone shared this with you, include their ref link in your comment, double the worth.
The more friends you bring the greater your own chances of getting in there.
When is the draw? I'm thinking I'd like to draw one a day until they're used up, this gives a big advantage to getting in there ASAP.

A New Avatar ~ My Origin Story
Posted 9 years agoI think I've gone on about three and a half years of that dragon *thing* since I first made this account, I feel the change warrants a journal post. So here's some boring background story.
When I started I had no idea what to do for a username, I always like that "I'm a dragon, fuck you!" thing and I'm into asian culture so I combined that with a kung-fu / dragon-fu / other martial arts styles (it's also supposed to be an asian style dragon). Soon enough I came to hate the generic and unoriginal name DragonFU but to this day I haven't been able to think of anything better and I know how annoying it would be to try to start a new account. So I'll live with it I guess.
At the time I thought of the username I also imagined a chimera / dragon "muse", something about the size of big, long cat. As a treat, I will reveal the ORIGINAL, FULL, UNFINISHED and UNPUBLISHED picture of the rest of that avatar here. At the time I couldn't think of how exactly I wanted him to look, though I assumed I would draw him many more times in the future. Well, I drew him once more in an attempt to update his design, and it was left unfinished and unpublished since I still couldn't make it good or how I want. I imagined only Falvie could do the design perfect but never talked to her.
I remained unattached to both my name and avatar, I had way too much pressure on myself to think of something better but doing my own stuff is the hardest of all. I had tried to recreate the dragon model recently but every time I started the avatar format it all fell apart. I got some thumbnails here you can see. The very original inspiration was Haku (dragon from Spirited Away) and you can probably see the resemblance. I had wanted it to be blinking with an ear twitchy and it would have been great but I simply couldn't make it.
I can't say there's anything special or meaningful about the new avatar I did. It's not so much a new character as it would be some fun interpretation of myself with things I like (goat/goth style dress). Some websites show avatars smaller than 100x100 and it loses all readability, seriously working with my avatar has been one of the most frustrating things. I can't imagine it'd be any less than another few years until I feel the need to update but if all goes well I'd be able to get someone else to make it for me! I think yuurikin does absolutely perfect avatars, it will be fun to see what the future holds. ^.~

5k Watchers!! + Instagram / Discord / Twitter
Posted 9 years agoIt really means a lot for me to hit this milestone, this community is amazing and fantastic and literally changed my life. I've been able to make art my full time job only because of this place. I'm so very grateful thank you all so much! <3
I'm excited to see what the future will hold, currently there's been a lot of talk and effort on my part to try doing some comic stuff (character design is so goddamn hard for me lol XD). I'm still struggling every day with sketching, ideas and the direction I want to go. I'm constantly practising, learning and contemplating on how to cope with those issues.
I recently made a Twitter, Instagram and set up a Discord server. I'm using these as platforms to share some more personal stuff and if you join the Discord I'm always around there. I waited until I had a few things up on Twitter/Instagram before sharing so you have an idea of what to expect. Once it dries up outside I'll be sharing many pics from hiking trips/travels, I didn't want to be "that person" who shares food pics but people in stream requested it. ^^;

Posted 9 years agoLast month I entered into Picarto's Christmas Contest and I came in second! :O I'm so very very happy to get the premium, I've been enjoying the multistreams and can keep it up for a whole year. ^____^
The other things are that three of my recent 6 pics ( Black Panties, Pleasing the Clients and Snack-ura ) were featured on Hentai-Foundry.com. I had one feature before these that was quite some time ago, and that one was my first feature.
I'm not very lucky with contests nor does my stuff get featured. I've been working very hard at improving and the better I get ... it feels like there's still a world of distance to cover. The other things are that three of my recent 6 pics ( Black Panties, Pleasing the Clients and Snack-ura ) were featured on Hentai-Foundry.com. I had one feature before these that was quite some time ago, and that one was my first feature.
I'm not very lucky with contests nor does my stuff get featured. I've been working very hard at improving and the better I get ... it feels like there's still a world of distance to cover. [Spoilers] Summer Anime Review
Posted 10 years agoI ended up watching a handful of animes on a schedule this summer, I thought I'd do a review for funsies. A couple crossed over from spring to summer but only what was airing in summer that I saw is on the list. My taste is pretty horrible but ... eh. There's too many for me to go into real detail on, this wall of text too big. ;w;
*Ore Monogatari (My Love Story!!): This climbed up into "all time favourite" rank, it touched all my "AAAWWE" spots. Something similar I loved was Kimi ni Todoke, this has a twist from regular romance animes with the main character being a massively oversized guy. Society always judges him harshly but once you get to know him he's such an awesome superhero. I liked how it dealt with a couple sad relationship situations into realistic and mature ways. I do like all the main characters in this show which not very common for me.
*Gakkou Gurashi: This also got right up there, after the first episode I forgot why I added it to the list, why did I want to see some little girl slice of life? I cheated and looked it up, then I was very pleased with the show and how it handled everything throughout the season. All the Megu-nee stuff is super "AWE", super sad the dog dies at the end, even though he was dead before. A couple things are questionable but I really didn't mind suspending my disbelief, happy cute girls and baddy zombies - can't beat it!
*Dragonball Super: I was wondering why this show seemed to progress so fast but OH it's really short. Yea way to cram the "actual" (?) strongest being in existence and the biggest power-up into 13 episodes. I was really weirded out by Goku's childish Draonballesque voice but came to love it I guess. The scene where Beerus hits Bulma and Vegeta freaks out is my favourite DB moment, the show was really colourful and pretty to watch. I was impressed by the visuals and audio to make energy sound really powerful. I just think it's weird the series was so short. x_x
Kangoku Gakuen Prison School: This is straight up porn. I always wanted it to go a little further to use as actual porn but it only almost got that far. The guys are really unloveable but it's nice to see the focus on a group of guys rather than a group of girls and one guy. The chick with the bangs and shoulder length blonde hair is AWESOME and looks just like Kyary Pamyu Pamyu. I have to say the final moments of the show was so satisfying to watch and makes me REALLY look forward to a sequel.
Gate: Jietai Kanoshi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri: Really cool thing about this show was the realistic overpowerdness of the modern world. The approach to the worlds meeting I also found realistic and satisfying to watch bloom. Though it's a pet peeve now for me to see all the girls and one guy, it wasn't as bad in this case. The girls aren't crazy/drooling and mega horny 24/7.
Rokka no Yuusha: Interesting character designs, probably the most troll plot arc for a season though. If you thought they were going to beat the boss before the end then you're mistaken. Not only that, but they didn't even really get anywhere. They handled one situation "who's the 7th?" and right at the end there was the hilarious "AND IT STARTS ALL OVER AGAIN!"
Overlord: I liked this for similar reasons to Gate, that the main character is hella overpowered. I did start getting bored of it ... He should have been trying to figure out the home/what happened to him situation harder. There should have been some resolve on that.
Charlotte: I liked the unique genre, it was interesting ... I watered up at some obvious points. I couldn't be as interested in it as I wanted to be but it has some very impactful/emotional events like the sister thing, brother thing, absorbing all the powers in the world ... (which I would argue was unnecessary since everyone loses their powers anyway)
Aoharu x Kikanjuu: This is something I'd normally be really into, guys x guys or girl that looks like guy x guy. It's mostly that friend with the glasses that's my favourite character of all the shows. I'm not into guns, I get bored with a guy rejecting someone because it's best for that person. Why is the bully guy so violent?? Why is there a competition going on and it's up to the teams to be trustworthy, nobody's watching to make sure they're not cheating, I get they're hidden by trees but I doubt the area they're in would have so many spots where onlookers couldn't see/hear.
Durarara!!x2 Ten: I have difficulty keep interest in this, there's a good handful of interesting and fun characters with a range of personalities. Really the only thing I care about is seeing Celty with her head on because that voice doesn't match that face.
Akagami no Shirayuki-hime (Snow White with the Red Hair): I liked the start of this when it was more about the herbs then it turned into a very romantic thing. I started getting sick of hearing her say "Zen ..." all the time in that way she does every time. I would have dropped it had my friend not said "we've gone too far".
Arslan Senki: ... Meh ... meh ... meh. The characters definitely got some overpoweredness but just so much politics and I didn't care about any of the characters. I had a moment of interest once or twice but I just couldn't perk up interest for it.
Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou: I am SO sick and tired of having a large group of stock character girls who all like the same guy. The animes hardly try to distinguish themselves, this one's just playing on girls being mythical beings/monsters. I don't have to say anything more about it because all these animes are the same. ;[

Makura no Danshi / Okusama ga Seitokaichou: These were episode shorts, the wife one was typical "bunch of girls like guy" and the other one was cute pillow talk boy but I didn't care to watch pillow talk while watching with my friend.
OVA
Little Witch Academia: Mahou Shikake no Parade: I really liked the climax of the movie. I liked the previous movie and all the witchy stuff in it, except whenever I see a wizard/witch school I find it horribly unrealistic that all students wouldn't be A++ students. If you could fly on a broom wouldn't you master that shit instantly?

Naruto Shippuden: FFS I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE DREAMS OF THESE CHARACTERS.
