General | Posted 12 years agoYeah, starting now to get commissions, 3 of the requests and gift art done in time before the end of the month, I'm gonna be doing an all-nighter tonight, tomorrow and Thursday cause I'm way behind on them. I'll still be getting sleep (naps at around noon til around 2 or 3) to get these done. I brought this on myself and I do not want to disappoint anyone.
Some of you may be concerned about my health about doing this, but I have done all-nighters like this before. Not as long as this in a row, but I've done it before.
As I said, I don't want to disappoint anyone and I brought this on myself.
I'll be fine. Got my ice tea, my music, skype, and tablet replacement tips.

Change in requests
General | Posted 12 years agoOk. Due to amount of work I have set myself up for, I have decided not to do a raffle for the month of April.
Not only do I have 6 requests here, but I have 3 requests on dA, plus 2 commissions to finish, PLUS 3 gift arts that I promised to people months back that I never had time to do.
So this is what I'm gonna do so I dont have a stress overload from all the work I need to do.
I'm gonna split the requests in half. So 3 for this moth and 3 for next month this means there will e no raffle in April. Sorry everyone. This is just too much work on me for just one month.
To show that I'm not doing sides of who I know/like more. The winners must comment if they want theirs done this month. First come, first serve. so the first 3 of the raffle winners that comment will have their request done this month, and the other 3 will be done next month.
And I will only be doing 1 of the 3 gift arts I owe this month for the same reason that I'm splitting the raffle requests.
So, sorry to do this, but I need to do this. I'd hate to disappoint people that were waiting for a raffle in April, but this is to much work for me for 1 month. But I do promise that there will be a raffle in May.

Got my laptop back
General | Posted 12 years agoI picked it up about an hour ago.
It's working fine for now. I didn't get it sooner cause BestBuy wanted my approval for a fully system and hardware reset that would delete and restore the important files on my laptop.
But they wanted $130-$200, I dont have the money, or would want to pay that. So I just went to BestBuy and picked it up.
So expect the commissions and requests done soon.

There are now 21 entries, and 4 winning slots. I honestly thought that I wouldn't get this many entering my raffle.
and the raffle ends tomorrow (March 6th) at Noon. So if you haven't entered and want to, better do it now (Do NOT link me a ref if you're entering). Cause later that same day at around 2 PM (instead of doing it the next day like originally planned which I think would be a bit unfair, don't judge me), I will announce the 4 winners. And before the winners would tell me what they'd like, I will send them notes of what I WONT draw. If you cant accept the list of what I wont draw I will randomly select a new winner. So no complaining or whining if what you want me to draw is in the list.

General | Posted 12 years agoI went up to the mall today to look for places for hiring. The first place I stopped at was at the food court.
I look around and see a 'Now Hiring' sign at the Wendy's. So I stopped there, and asked for an application. I filled it out, and as soon as I hand it back, it's handed to the manager, she looks through it, and asks me if I'm free for an interview. I say I am, and sit a table for the interview.
Halfway through the interview, I almost choked on my soda (i ordered one while I was there) when she told me that she was going to hire me and give me a 30 day trial period. This surprised me a lot cause this was the first time I was given a job during the interview.
I got back tomorrow at 4 pm to discuss everything with the manager. Wish me luck.

Cause of all the problems DeviantArt has that I cant deal with anymore (ie: art thiefs and trolls)
The dA staff just takes too god damn long to stop them.
DeviantArt has started to become too much pain than what it's worth. My account there will still be open, just wont be as active there anymore.

Dumb ass Best Buy......I need a new laptop!! I cant deal with this one anymore! ASUS wont take it, Best Buy cant find the model number for a trade-in value.....

Well, I barely play it anymore. I played it a lot, but thats when I had a job and money coming in. When I lost my job I was playing it less and less til almost rarely now.
