For those who know, I am still kind of losing my job in a month because of that amazing idea that was Brexit (I think my sarcasm detector just exploded). So, it is time again this year to offer my services for your greatest pleasure, my dear little kitties <3
This time, I'm going to take only a couple of persons per batch, I do not want to overload myself and make you guys wait. But don't worry for the ones who can't get it right now, I'll try to re open often as I can, as soon as I finish the previous batch, and will take different people every time to make it equal.
Also, I don't know exactly how many slots I'm going to open this time (probably between 1 and 2, depending of how big they are), so try your luck, and I'll give the final slots composition later today, or tomorrow morning (As I'm probably not on the same continent as you).

Hello my kitties Just to give you a quick summary, Last month I've lost my job because of the mercyful Brexit that caused me and my whole team to get fired (in june), and I've got evicted from my house, as the landlord didn't want to pay a tax that could have make brother and sisters live with me.
But I'm not here to moan ! I finally moved into my new falt ! It's small, old and ugly, but I love it <3 and now that I've got my internet back, I'll be able to draw more, loads more. Once upon a furry time, 2017 crushing everything on its way XD I won’t expend myself on this so let’s make it short. Brexit is taking my job at the end of May, as my whole service is disappearing with me in it. Moreover, my landlord doesn’t want to carry on with the rent contract, so he’s kicking us out in April. There’s so much more going on in my private life, but I’m not gonna spread my problems like jam on a toast. Just know that I’m fighting on every battlefield at the moment, which is why I’m not super active on here at the moment.. So I thought a lot about this, I could just give up and go back in France to my family, but I’m not done here. I am not going to leave my life like this, if I have to leave, it will be because I decided to, and not because I must. I am giving myself 6 more months to figure out what I’m going to do with my life. So in October, I suppose I’ll have to take a decision of what I’ll do with my life, as nothing much more will tie me in where I live, so I could move almost anywhere… so where will I go ? and more importantly, what will I do ? Maybe another country ? Maybe another career ? Maybe studies ? Future will tell..
So why am I telling you all this ?
Well basically, if I take a flat of my own, my rent is probably going to exceed what I’m earning, especially if I don’t have a job anymore XDD Soooooo, I thought you guys would be glad to know (because you’re A LOT to ask) that I might re open commissions around April or May, depending on how much I’ll need to finish the month. It has now been a week since started the raffle and I'm glad to say that we've reached 218 entries in total so far (old + new entries) ! That is really cool, and I thank you guys for entering.
The raffle should end soon, and I wanted to pick a winner during next week. HOWEVER, like a furry fellow made me notice, we're actually 32 entries away from getting a second prize ! >w< So I'll leave the raffle opened until monday or tuesday. I'll advertise it one more time on tweet, and one more time here, and of course if you wanna spread the word (reasonnably), it's completely up to you. Don't forget that those 32 missing entries are susceptible to double up your chances, as there will be two prizes instead of one

First of all, Thank you all very very much for your participation and your watches, I wasn't expecting that much o////o All your kind words went straight to my heart. You guys are really awesome and I love you <3 <3
Concerning the raffle ! As you can see, it has been taken down by the FA staff, because they consider it as spamming stuff. I sincerely thought that making the journal linking 'optionnal' would be okay, but it apparently didn't. ...Plus the fact that one more time, you guys were much more that I would have ever imagined X3
Thankfully, because I'm a wise kitty, I made a little 'save' of the journal before it went down, but because I'm a kitty with a day job, I still lost quite a bit of your entries (about 30 of you) as my 'save' is from last night at around 11PM (NY time). I am currently requesting to the FA staff the journal back or at least the journal file to be able to retrieve the rest of you all to finish the raffle.
BUT just in case it won't happen :

I wish to all of you a very happy new year :3 A lot of things happened this year, good or bad, but remember that on the overall, if you guys stay half the awesome you already are, then you got nothing to fear for the future and for this new year.
I consider myself a lucky man to have all of you as friends, and always happy to see that you're more and more, year after year ! And for 2017, I just wanted to tell you all that wether you've been following me since day 1, or if you're a good friend of mine already, or even if you just followed me last week, I just love you all guys. You make my mornings, my evenings, and every single day of the year for the last 7 years, and I hope it will be the same this year. Even better maybe !!!

SO, a lot of people asked me (and I was surprised and impressed by some of you remember the exact day ^^) the date of my birthday, which is soon ^^ So I’m going to answer your all the questions you asked me in this journal, which will be probably faster more convenient than to answer to all of you individually.
Long has been the time I spent with you all, and I cherish every second of it, as much as I value so much your support in my life. But I’m not gonna expand myself in congratulations and thanks today (I’ll probably keep it for the new year XD), there are, however, some more questions regarding this matter that I need to answer.
No, You don’t have to give me gifts, I’m not expecting any and never did. I often do birthday gifts it for friends for my own pleasure, (because I am still convinced that to give is more gratifying and enjoyable than to receive), and No, not giving me gifts doesn’t make you less my friend than you are today, so no pressure guys, it’s just a birthday, no biggies.
However, for those who really want to make one, YES, I will post your picture on my profile crediting you to give you a little ‘signal boost’ (I believe that is the least I can do to thank you :3), and No, please no NSFW with my furso. I'm probably going to ask directly to the admins, but still, I wanted to ask you first.
It happens to be a French independent studio that develop games (what a coincidence XD) that actually called themselves "DragonSlash".
Knowing that I declared that name here and on other websites around 2009, I wonder if I have the legitimacy to claim that name as mine. After all, all the drawings I post here are copyrighted Dragonslash, and I have nothing to do with those people.
Do you think I could claim something ? Don't want money, just that they change their name.

Internet Problem

Just to tell that no, I'm still alive, but yeah, Internet has been cut in my house since last Thursday, and it doesn't seem like it's coming back for now :( I called, and they're about to send an engineer, blah blah... Don't know how long it's gonna take.
All that to say that all the drawings I have and done on my PC can't go anywhere for now :/ my old PC just cannot export stuff elsewhere that the Internet -_-
Having limits with my 3G as well, I can't be as active here... But hopefully it won't last much longer ! And for those who are expecting drawings, they're probably mostly done, but I just can't export them ;3;
... But that also means that when my internet is back, there'll be a good amounts of pics that are gonna be uploaded !

I'm going to Paris tonight to see some family that escaped war from Ivory Coast, and.. To celebrate Easter. And, I have to spend the night in Paris tonight.
For those who don't know, a lot of things have been happening recently in Europe , shootings, bombing, arestations, etc... And I gotta admit I'm a bit scared that something might happen on a busy week end like Easter..
Situation is not what it's used to be, I'm now very scared to die, cause I... Actually got people to stay alive for. So I can guaranty you that I'll do anything to stay alive in any case.
I'll make a last pray before to go, and I should be back on Monday.
Whatever happens, I love you all, and I'm sure everything will go fine... Just wanted to give you guys a little update cause, it's been a while.

Advices for beginners and growing artists !

Last journal was quite successful and a lot of you (like.. probably between 12 and 15 people) came to me to ask me some advices, opinions and even some line arts to train a little on coloring.. Which I gave with great pleasure.
So I would love to do it again ! Please spread the word if you know anybody who wants advice. It's free and gladly offered :3 And I am here gonna answer the question I had the most to make you win some time :
- What software do I use ?I use SAI, with a bamboo tablet. But I started with GIMP 2, which is free and quite easy to take in hand.
- Who are your references as artist ?Well, for those who know me a little, it's Mister
kokuhane , who is my "notice me Sempai" guy.... And some others that are probably in my 'favourite artists' section on my main page. Oh ! And,..., the Ankama style, which is a french firm that does video games and animation with a very specific style Now, be free to ask whatever ! I'm here to help :3

More and more, I receive questions from beginners about how I started to draw and advices and practice to start drawing. I’m very happy to help and share what I know every single time, and I was wondering how I could help you guys more.
I was wondering if you guys would like me to be a little more with you beginners to help you progress? I wish I had that kind of training when I was younger and started to draw, and there’s probably a lot of mistakes I could have dodged if I had^^ What I mean is, I could give you some helpful feedback, some constructive criticism, and some advices about what and how, and even share some of my line art for those who want to train their awesome colouring skills :3 (that they could post on their profile if they want, of course). Anything to help you guys to become the artists you wanna be (well.. at least the first steps).
Anyway, what do you think? Would you guys be up for it ?

It's been a long year, full of good and bad events, and you guys never stopped supporting me all this time so... Thank you all for being there. You guys rock. And seeing what tragic stuff happened in France in 2015, hopefully 2016 will be much much better ^^'
I have many project for 2016, but I guess I'll speak to you guys about it when the time comes. For now, let's focus on the cool stuff and on the god resolutions. I'm gonna stop smoking, and possibly draw a lot more.

General | Posted 10 years agoThat's it, I'm now level 27 of my life. That goes do fast ^^ but I'm very happy to reach such an age with the life I have today. I'm thankful for my luck and my family's good health, and I hope it will carry on for an other year..

First, yes, my birthday is next week. It is on the 28th of november. I wanted to make it clear because, since I said it was going to be soon, a lot of people have been asking when exactly it was. On next next saturday, I'll turn 27.
Still feel pretty shaken by what happen in Paris, but I'm much better now, time to carry on with life. I'm getting back on doodling for now, as I haven't drawn for a while. I'm doodling on paper at work, but it's not very good quality so far.... For now I'm only posting them on Twitter, but...
Now that I now how to use folders, I could actually post more crap here X3
And... I'm sick today so I stayed at home. But don't worry too much, my moo moo

Attacks in France

I'll stay short. What happened is terrible, and the whole country is shocked. That is the most violent terrorist attack that ever happened on the French grounds. Nobody I knew were in the victims, but the family and friends I have in Paris are locked in their flat, scared.
Thank you for those who messaged me straight on to see if I was okay, I'm really touched. Please share your support and join me in my prays for the victims and their family from that tragic event.
