New layout changes
General | Posted 6 years agonot a fan of the new layout changes. so after a bit of messing aro und i found that youcan revert it back to classic layout in account settings. just switch it from modern ((which feels overly bloated btw fa staff)) to the classic layout which i love.

Streams cancelled until cold passes
General | Posted 6 years agocame down with a pretty bad cold. can't focus enough to do more then watch movies, roleplay and sleep. to drugged up to draw. so until I am over my cold I will post pone streaming until after It passes. when it does the first stream will be a commission stream.

General | Posted 7 years agoI've decided that how I'm going to do my streams is that I will stream commission streams, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and do my own content or 15 dollar sketch streams Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays,. with Sunday being my day for full on gaming. i haven't decided on a set time yet. and this will only last until I work through my back log. and then I will figure out where to go from there.streaming now

I'm not very good at it but I love creating area's for use in the three worlds I've been building that corrolate to my characters. including a sort of releam between the void and the real world.... any ways tonight I will be tryin gto sketch out the new area's I've been working on. they will only be sketches but please do come watch if you are interested.

General | Posted 7 years agoI"m debating starting a monthly image thing where I pick a different animal either exotic or something i haven't drawn before and turning it into a drone of sorts. wondering what others might think about this. and see if anyone might have any idea's for animals for the different months.

Update from last night
General | Posted 7 years agoso yeah. for those who read my last journal sorry. I wasn't in the right frame of mind. if it isn't easy to tell I have major depression and ptsd. last night my ptsd got triggered and well i just want to let those who care know. that my leave from FA won't be permanent. I just need to distance myself for a while. the account will remain/ the art will remain. I just won't be active for a while. either for the normal few months, or even a year or so. depends how long it takes for me to get my own sanity in check.Mental Paralysis...
General | Posted 7 years agoso yeah. haven't written anything here for a while. not been to well as of late. and it seems to only be getting worse with time. my mind is a mess of confusing emotions. My drive is either drawing or sleeping. i rarely eat. I don't really enjoy games anymore. movies are dull, doing art feels like I'm ripping my own limbs off. and through it all I have this nagging question. why? why bother trying to succeed in a world that p=uhses you back everytime you feel you made a little progress? why strive to reach some goal that will lead you down a path that kills you for someone elses benefit? why does this world even exist.
I get it. this is life and life isn't fair. but at the same time look at the world. take a moment forget money. forget your comfort and the fancy things you have and look at the world.
many children in this world starve everyday. die of thirst. go without education. and what for? all so money hungry humans can abuse their natural resources and earn money. to be powerful.
now look at religion. no religion in it's base concept isn't evil. but it is corrupt. how many times has someone killed in their gods name. or in the name of god forbid love from even being practiced in the case of same sex and other unconventional marriage.
and finally look at yourself. you know this stuff is wrong. but you also know there is going to be a backlash against you if you say anything. this is why I hate this world. this world where I live. this world where humans hurt humans. where your goals in the long run don't really matter. because in the end nothing is worth anything. all art and word will fade. all names will be forgotten. hell even this language will eventually die and become something new.
and through it all I shy away from the world. I hide myself in my room to avoid angry glances. to avoid contact with humans. I stare at my human face and feel disgust. and under it all a deep deep sadness.
the truth is I don't hate humans. I hate what humans choose to do with the world. they back corrupt governments under the line I can't do anything. they turn away from life saving research because bigger more rich companies pay them to do so. we turn our backs on other humans who are in need. and worse we kill each other over religion and natural resources that aren't sustainable.
with all this on my mind I have come to realize I can't draw like I use to. my artwork has become dark. and almost hateful. so I am saying this now. once my currently list of images I owe is done. I think I might be leaving FA. not because I want attention. not because I hate the site. more so because I just can't keep hope alive in a world like this. and without hope I have no reason to draw....

General | Posted 7 years agoso I assume people have noticed I've been pretty inactive. the reason has been I've been working with my father helping him out with landscape work and as such I've been pretty exhausted as of late. however I have been picking at the commissions and other images I owe to people. and as I draw the owed list down I thought I would propose a new idea here for people to mull over while I try to get my to do list done. this will be mostly for fun. and a test for something bigger. the basic idea is I will do a comic panel to start, at the end I will give a like to a poll either on twitter or some other site. ((research will be pending)) and at the audience ((Those invested in the story)) will decide what happens next. if this goes well and I can structure the comic easily I will then possibly open up this for a themed commission. what is the theme idk yet. for the trial it will be a surprise.
this journel is to gauge how interested the audience would be in participating in this. so if your interested and have read through this please comment below with your response to this idea.
