Not sure I feel comfortable knowing that one of the greatest actors of the last 4 decades is gone.
He was one of my greatest inspirations for combating my own depression with his gung-ho and open attitude towards his demons that so many of us would just keep to ourselves. His teachings of, even if you are miserable inside, not to make others feel the same way but instead to be the butt end of a joke just to make others feel better about themselves with a show of dazzling energy and comedic brilliance. It is something I have adopted into my own way of life as a way to cope with the sh*t that life can give you.

I never knew him and yet he gave so much to all of us via his work that it's almost as if he was a member of the family. I am truly sad that he lost his battle against his demons after so many years of bitter struggle...

I'm gonna need some time alone now...

As much as it pains me to say it, I may be getting to the point where my music comes to an end. Costs of living have gone up, and I'm needing to take on much, much more work to pay the bills. This unfortunately means much less time I can compose. So, as much as I love my music, I can't afford to put my time into it right now.

I'm going to try and finish a few things off, but I'm not holding my breath for much more to be finished in the future unless my situation changes.

I have set up a Patreon (http://www.patreon.com/Draks), but I'm certainly not expecting that to change anything. I also have no real idea how it works but you can either pledge there, or even a one off payment on my paypal (sushimanokamura@hotmail.co.uk) would help me out enormously.

So, long and short of it, if you watch me only for my music and want regular uploads then I'm afraid I may have to disappoint you unless things change.

I'm going to be busy for the next little while working alongside  nimroderick to try and do some shameless self-promotion alongside their fabulous artwork. I'm still working on other stuff, but it may be a while before I start uploading at a decent pace again. If anyone wants a commission for a piece or a dedication, lemme know and I'll quote a good price, just don't expect your finished piece for at least a fortnight.

All my future music is on indefinite hiatus. Sorry, but i'm in no mood to continue.

I'd say my hearing is about 70% of the way to being back to what would be considered normal. They still hurt a little bit but it's not so bad. The constant background sound they were creating for me has pretty much gone. Hopefully things will be 100% by the end of the week when I have a check-up.

Suppressing my feelings of self-loathing and depreciation requires 100% effort at all times. The reason I tend to act like a madman/idiot/crazy motherf*cker is because, otherwise, I would not communicate at all with other people. I hate myself because I feel as if I have not and will not achieve anything in life and so I put no value on anything I do. Sometimes, I have days where I just sit alone in silence because I have no motivation to even talk, eat, anything really. I can't explain why I'm like this but I want people to know about me (hence why I'm posting this) so when I do have my bad days, no-one takes offense if I don't want to talk or do anything. There are some amazing people in my life that really do make me feel appreciated...and then I still act like a total nutter because it makes them smile, and therefore, I know I've made a positive input, which then gives me that little bit to go on myself.
In summary, don't leave me alone with myself (XD) and know that, if you're reading this, you're one of those people who are able to make me feel worthwhile by being my friend.

Ok, my commissions tab is a mess, gonna try and sort it, but I am open for commissions at all times...period. (Open to negotiate prices and willing to do any style/genre)

In other news I am going to start allowing people to buy the sheet music for my piano + harpsichord pieces on request. If interested just send a note with which piece you want the music to and I shall endeavor to get it to you.

If i could find a way to stream my computer screen, would anyone be interested in watching a live stream classical music composition at some point in the future? Just curious as i don't think it has been done before. Who would be interested in watching and potentially sponsoring the event?

Welp, I've been a bit lax recently on the music front, had a lot on my plate and music suddenly became something that I found somewhat upsetting to write as I could not get in the mood.

BUT

Starting today I'm going to redouble my efforts and attempt to put out something new every week-ish...on average. :P

Wow, thank you very much guys. I'm on holiday at the moment but rest assured when I get back I will be posting music more regularly as my backlog is increasing every day almost.

Love you guys tons and I hope you are all still enjoying what I put out.
