I will delete this account soon
Posted 4 years agoI don't feel comfortable leaving this account be like this. As I've come in here to delete a specific commission art that the commissioner had asked me to. I see that new people are still following me as early as last week.
Please if you'd like to follow me, my active account is

"active" is relative. I'm update rarely, as I pay more attention to IRL things that is pretty hectic.

In the process of moving! I haven't uploaded anything yet, but I intend to upload everything back and my new account will look exactly the same as my old one. :)
Any help with setting the avatar? I can't seem to submit the avatar.
Guys, I'm considering name change.
Posted 13 years agoI was pondering about my username for quite a while.
Every time when someone call me by this username, I feel like this name isn't "me" anymore. I feel weird. It's a mash-together of my childhood favorite animals. However, my obsession for dragons and wolves have died down... I still love them, but not as obsessed as I was. I don't want them as my name any longer.
I have another name that is more "me". I've been using this name in Thai websites. It's เสือน้อย (pronounced "Sue'a Noi", means "Little Tiger")
May be it's time I change.
I'm still hesitating, though. A little bit of lingering feeling. I've been using this name for so long......
what would you think about this? Deviantart allows username change now. If I were to change, I want to change for both sites.
Would you follow me if I create a new account?
Commission status

I have 2 more customers who are discussing. I'm not sure if they want me to show their names here.
lol, it's always like this. I get more customers when it's almost deadline. XDDDDDD
Only 1 week left and I'll have to close commission! I will open it again in October. (I'm 90% sure.)
Commission status + 2 days pause. SORRY!

Anonymous customer: discussing
I'll have to take my time off for the next 2 days. It's another super short-notice class again. I just got the notice this morning at 5.30 AM from my classmate who told me we had a class today in a few hours. And I went to sleep last night at 2.30 AM.
I feel like a Zombie today. I have 2 more days to attend that class. So... I'll be right back, FA.

Posted 13 years ago

Thank you everyone! I love all of you!
I have to say that I'm getting a little busy next week. I did not plan to do this. Sometimes works just drop on me. I managed to get rid of some of it though. (a classmate wants to do it instead, so I let him. ) So commission work might be a little bit slower on next week. Don't worry, I'll make it up for lost time. I still have a few more weeks of vacation left!
Good news! I saw my teacher's year plan. and I see that I might just have a next vacation in October! So this won't be the last commission session I'll get!
At least I hope so. My teachers are so unpredictable. They might just decide to add some lessons in the last minute. I'll tell you if that happens. for now, LET ME BE HAPPY! :DDDD
Commission status
Posted 13 years agoI will be back in 3 days.
Posted 13 years agoI got a chance to use the internet today. :) The work is done and it's exhausting.
I still get no commission order so far. If anyone is interested, please hurry. I know I've said the a couple times before but this might actually be the last time I can ever open commission. Next semester I'll have to be out of Bangkok again and I can't draw this kind of stuff in a dorm with roommates. I won't be able to finish artworks within one weekend either.
I will be reunited with my drawing instruments in 3 days from now.
And commission will be closed again on 5 June. So hurry!

Happy Songkran Day!
Posted 13 years ago*splashes water on everyone.
It's the water festival day! And Thailand's new year!
It's time to have fun with lots of water with everyone who wants to play!
And at the end of the day, we go to our big family and exchange good wishing with each other. :)
Gently pour the flower water on their hands while you say good things. :)
( I already did that today. )
So! to all the members of FA, may we all have a good year! I wish for everyone's health, wealth, and happiness!
The water festival will last for 3 days. Unfortunately I'm having a little womanly problem so I might have to miss this year's festival. I might join a late festival if there will be one.
It's okay to not directly join the fun though, I can have enough fun when I'm in my car and the people splashed water on the car. XD
I've finished this year's final exam. However I have some research to do and some camp to stay in. I will be completely out of the internet from 20th April to 3rd May. So when I return, I expect to see some commission order in my inbox!
You can now start ordering for commission! But you don't have to pay me yet, I'll ask for payment when I'm ready to work for you (this May).
First come first serve!

possible art tracer I've found
Posted 13 years agoDO NOT SPAM HIS/HER DEVIATION! please keep your thoughts on this journal!
I'd like to keep this quite. we'll work this the non-aggressive way.
See this art http://hamdoggz.deviantart.com/art/Tiger-288918273
and this older art http://wildspiritwolf.deviantart.co.....attoo-48648158
I'm not sure yet. but I think it's too similar. So I'm still thinking what I should do next.
Report DA? nah. They don't care about design tracing. I've had experience with this subject before. believe me.
I've informed WildSpiritWolf what I found. hopefully I might just get a response of what I/we should do next about this.
You thoughts please? I'm posting this journal on FA because there's a chance that I might not get a single comment on DA at all. /foreveralone

f*cking obstetrical exam.....
Posted 13 years agoIt was a timed examination. I have to move to the next desk when the bell rings. Each question was given 1 minute to read, think, and answer. Other than the normal questions that asks about obstetrical knowledge, there are some silly questions inserted in between. Causing me to laugh the whole time I was examing, despite the fact that I can barely answer about half of the questions.
Q: Which tool from the department would you use to reduce libido, if playing football doesn't work?
Not sure if I should answer "Artificial vagina" or "Surgical blade". >_>
(A classmate told me that he answered "KY gel".)
or may be I should pick.... Burdizzo.
Q: Which song fits your feelings right now, why?
*I could only think of sad songs at the time.*
Q: A canine came to the fertility clinic to collect semen. The dog's name was Oldie, female, 2 years old, has harsh lung sound, Heart sound normal, temperature normal, blablabla The question is, why semen collection cannot be done on this dog?
A: Because Oldie is female. >_> She can't produce semen.
True story.
There are many more, but I can't recall all those silly questions at this time.
So tired, laughed too hard.
PS. Playing football is an inside joke of my country. The latest national exam for college entrance has this "Miscellaneous" subject question that ask the examinees what they should do if they have a sexual urge. The answer choices were "Play football", "Talk to parents", "Go see a movie with a friend of opposite gender" or "Sleep". This is the most ridiculous exam question I've ever heard of in my entire life. And this question becomes a meme. "To play football" have a whole new meaning for us.

I just wanted to fit in...
Posted 13 years agoWell, somebody decided to spread false rumor about me. :/
saying that I said something bad about a certain someone behind her back. The person came asking me about it, but I had no idea what I did....or didn't do...
She wanted to hear it from me. She wanted to hear the story from my side.
But I don't know what the story is.
I thought so hard but I can't recall what or when I said anything of the sort.
I confessed so many embarrassing deeds, hoping that some of them will be similar to the rumor's story, which I still don't know the details, but none of them is the one she wanted to hear.
She doesn't believe me. She was so certain that I must know what she was talking about.
Well, I really don't. What can I do?
If I know, I wouldn't confess all those embarrassing secrets would I? I would just BAMB! is this the story you wanted to hear? and end the conversation, and kept my secrets.
I'm not a liar.
Then the rumor saying that I had a fight with the person spread like a wild fire.
*sigh, I didn't even fight back. I was completely submissive in the conversation, and she was very dominant.
Now I'm paranoid, I just can't say anything without someone hearing it and misinterpreting it and spread it and make my life even harder as it already is.
Now I want to just disappear.

Turtle rescuing, PART 2
Posted 13 years agoAfter the first turtle rescuing at a certain temple, we were regrettably forced to leave the red-eared slider turtles because they're alien species, and because the abbot wanted to keep some turtles in the temple. Yesterday, I was in my favorite teacher's class. And she told us about what happened next.
The power of media is a very powerful power. There was a certain important someone that my teacher didn't tell who he was, He saw how poor the environment is, so he went into the temple, met with the abbot, and said the following :
"Don't you know the Five Precepts? The first one says that you must refrain from killing and torturing animals."
"Can't you see that these animals are in pain? why keep them in such a poor place?"
The abbot was convinced, and called the professor's team to come again and rescue the rest of the animals that were left behind the last time. This time, take the fish too.
Our teacher was delighted, and she prepared a place for the red-eared guys to live in immediately. She found an isolated place that is perfect to let them go without damaging the ecosystem. (I don't know the details.)
And she's going there this Sunday. I'm thinking that I might follow her, if I could study for exam in time. Finals is very close. I cannot be too side-tracked.
still... I want to go.
I'll have to try my best and study right now. :)

Cut the leech in half! HERP DERP [a vet case]
Posted 13 years agoThis is a true story told by my favorite teacher. The professor that took us turtle rescuing.
This story might make you cringe. but it will teach you a lesson on how to NOT rescue an animal.
So There was 2 turtles.
And there were some people.
Them people, they saw one of the turtles seemed to have giant leeches attached on him. Being oh-so good people. They wanted to help.
They tried to pull them off. However, no matter how hard they try, they won't come off.
Desperate, one of the people grabbed a pair of scissors...
And cut the leeches in half.
But the leeches still won't come off, and it started bleeding tremendously, assuming that it's the blood from the turtle, they're afraid that the turtle might bleed to death. So they rushed the turtle to the vet.
As the turtle reached the vet, my teacher and her team immediately cringed at the sight of the poor unfortunate turtle, for what had been cut off were not leeches. They were his hemipenes. That's an equivalent to human's penis. Only reptiles have 2 of them. (And anatomically different, but that's not the point of this story.)
Turtles' hemipenes are normally hidden inside their body and will only show when the turtle is about to copulate (or has some diseases...) . Because the people have never seen them before, they mistook them as leeches.
My teacher's team stitched his wound up. And do their vet stuff. (I wasn't told about what she did exactly.) The scissor guy was very sorry, but it's too late to do anything. And the turtle returned to his home.
Double unfortunately, the female turtle wasn't very happy about what happened to her mate.
And he had to returned to the vet again in the next day because he was bitten.
New wound, same organ.
The lesson from this story?
If you're not absolutely sure that you know what you're doing. DON'T DO ANYTHING. Just take the animal to the vet. especially when your ideas involve using some sharp things on animals.

That was fun and tiring. [saving turtles stories]
Posted 13 years agoI totally didn't expect that our professor would bring a bunch of TV show people to make their show about this "turtle saving" story....really, I did not expect that.
,but coming from her, I'm not surprised one bit. For this already happened more than once.
So, before we get in, the TV people asked us to take an intro shot with them. They had me holding a sign saying "good deed volunteers" and they take the intro clip. introducing us and what we're about to do. We had some blooper shots because they didn't told us first that we had to respond when the reporter said "Are we ready?"
The first shot was funny, because everyone, including our Prof, was not prepared and the answer was delayed so much it was hilarious. XD
"So! Are we ready to save the turtles?!"
"..........."
"...........?"
"...YEAHHHs!"
lol, we had a good laugh at ourselves.
And then we went in.
The turtles' environment is poor. The water is dirty, the ventilation is poor. and there are way too many turtles living there.
Also, leeches.
There were variations of turtle species in there, including Yellow headed Temple Turtle, Snail-eating turtle, Black marsh turtle, Red-eared slider turtle, Asian box turtle, Soft-shell Turtle.
All are from irresponsible owners who want to get rid of their pets in the easy way. Give them to a temple. They don't even consider that the temple's pond isn't suitable for these turtles at all. (And that's where we came in, we're gonna save them.)
The procedure is divided into many parts, "Cleaning", "Weight and size", "Deworming", "Blood collection", "Treatment" and "End (Healthy local turtles - to be freed, Sick - to the vet Hospital, Alien species - back to the pond)"
The cleaning station : We used hypertonic saline to make the leeches let go of the turtles, then used toothbrushes and remove them. Each turtle had around a dozen(or two) of them leeches.
Then rinse the cleaned turtle with clean water. proceed to the next station.
Weight and size station: Label the turtle with a given ID with a marker. measure weight and size.
Deworming station : This station can only be done by Vets and vet students. We feed the turtles with deworming medicine. For small ones, we use solution, for bigger ones, we use pills.
To feed the solution, we used a small syringe and a saline tube. and a narrow-flat metal (like the ones your doctors use to examine your throat by pressing your tongue.). Artery forceps might be needed for the difficult ones. If the turtle is aggressive, poke him until he bites the flat metal, then make him open his mouth, insert the tube as deep and possible into the esophagus, then feed. If the turtle is not biting. We just gently open its mouth with the flat metal.
I did this procedure countless times, but most of the time, they spat the medicine back. Ha. I fail so hard.
For the pills, Use the flat metal to open its mouth, then use forceps to insert the pill into its esophagus. It's easier than using solution.... once you can restrain them. but it's not really that hard.
Blood collection station : This station can only be done by Vets and vet students. We collect the blood from under their shells, above their heads. It's a lot harder than I thought. I did it twice and all I got was some lymph, so I quit trying. (I don't want to hurt them more than necessary.)
Treatment station : This station can only be done by Vets and vet students. We check for dehydration signs and external lesions and other signs that we can see. It's weird that even though these animals are living in water, they become dehydrated. I don't know how, but so many of them were. So I gave a few of them some subcutaneous fluid therapy. The external lesions that we found on MOST of the turtles were pus. We removed the pus from their belly shells and apply some Betadine. We just gave them every supportive treatment that we can do for them then.
End station : The local turtles that are relatively healthy were to be freed to the wild. The sick turtles that need more treatments were to be sent to our hospital. Only Red-eared slider turtles, that are alien species, the we, regrettably, had to put them right back to the very same pond that we pulled them up from. They are aggressive and we absolutely cannot free them to our already frail ecosystem.
We changed the pond water 50% though. That's the best we could do.
The turtle I had most trouble with was not the aggressive Red-ear guys, but the Asian box turtle. (look up for their pictures when they close their shells). They can seal their shells together so tight that I cannot do anything. Lucky for me, they're in weak condition, so it's easier for me to open the shells. Unfortunately, they can also retract the heads very deep into the body. All I saw was a turtle with no head. (I KNOW IT HAS A HEAD, BUT I CANT ACCESS TO IT! AND HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO FEED IT!?) This is the only type of turtle that I surrender to.
I worked on every station. It was fun and tiring. but mostly fun. :)
That's the end. We had lunch at 1.30 PM and went home.
also, my examination gloves did me nothing. It was wet in there and the turtles tore them up for me very early in the working time. So everything could get in. Don't worry, Betadine got in, too. So I should be fine.
,but coming from her, I'm not surprised one bit. For this already happened more than once.

Going saving some turtles this Saturday
Posted 13 years agoRemember the "Everything vet" teacher I mentioned in the last journal? The one that I said she's my idol?
Yeah...
I met her in front of the elevator today.
I was with my friends, she walked out of the lift, then she stared at me.....
Teacher : *Stares
Me : ....err.....yes?
Teacher : I'm going turtle saving this Saturday at Prayul temple. 9 AM. Wanna join me?
Me : er...
Teacher : Invite your friends too! and tell me how many of you are coming so I can prepare the lunch for you.
Me : Yes.
Teacher : So are you coming?
Me : Yes.
Teacher : Ok, bye bye. *walks off to her room*
Me : .... what just happened?
Yeah, that happened so fast. Anyways, I'm going to do some turtle saving this Saturday.
Wish me luck! :D

My teacher invited us to go Animal rescuing with her.
Posted 13 years agoNow I can't stop thinking about Animal rescuing....but I can't join now! I have no time for that in school days....
She's a wild vet, Aquatic vet, forensic vet.....everything vet. She's so awesome and she's my idol too...
Today, in her class, she was telling us some stories of her rescuing missions. I was sitting and listening in awe as she told us about what she does.
And then she ended the class with "If anybody is interested to go on a Rescuing mission with me, You're welcome to join!"
That phrase jolted back my long-forgotten childhood dreams... when I used to watch animal rescuing shows and worship those people as real-life heroes... (instead of watching anime like my classmates did....) Oh, how I've wanted to become one of those animal people.
Now here's the chance!
but now I'm hesitating... Is it dangerous? I mean the danger other than the danger from animals?
I mean, this job will make me enemies, right?
And quite a few of awesome people who fought for environment were assassinated by those who lost their profits from their activities.
I'm scared.
but I want to.....
but I'm scared.
...still want.
Anyway, I can't really go RIGHT AT THIS MOMENT because it's school days. I need to study. I have sometime to think about it, I might just tag along for a few missions or something.
I also still owe her a graduating project proposal about wild otters. Making things more awkward than it has to be. XD I haven't touched the project since last time I talked to her about it...which is...month ago? (well, there are some problems that have to solve first. So, no progress at all.)

Knowledge...at what cost? (I killed a pig)
Posted 13 years agoSurgery lab practice.
Lab animal : pig
7.30 AM : briefed lab procedure and prepared for everything
8.30 AM : pigs arrived
10 AM. : successfully anesthetized the piglet.
10 AM : I was the surgeon/assistant. Gastrotomy was performed.
11 AM : I pulled the stomach too hard, and stimulated Vagus nerve, causing the heart to slow. The pig was going into shock, but was successfully resuscitated by our professor, Atropine was used. He came back to life.
1.30 PM : Finished gastrotomy. I had lunch, while another group continues to perform intestinal anastomosis.
2 PM : I came back and be the nurse.
4 PM : change group, I became the anesthetist. Start performing cystotomy.
4.30 PM : Cystotomy isn't finished yet, but It's time to put the pig to sleep. anesthetic gas was set to maximum.
5.30 PM : The pig was still alive. Oxygen flow rate was set to maximum to improve the gas flow.
6 PM : Ran out of gas, but the pig was still alive. 10 cc. Propofol was given IV. (a kind of anesthetic drug)
6.30 PM : .....still alive. 10 cc. more of Propofol was given.
7 PM : successfully euthanized the pig with 10 cc. more of Propofol.
7.30 PM : the carcass was taken care of. The surgery site was taken care of, I headed home.
He was a fighter. I pleaded on his pale sleeping body so many times that please...just go already. staying alive will only bring more torture to himself and to us all. Some students won't touch anything when we were trying to put him to sleep, saying that he/she won't have anything to do with killing the animal.
I was the one who prepared the propofol for him.
Killing is forbidden in Buddhist teachings, but this is our responsibility. Not doing the unpleasant parts of the procedure is just disrespectful to the animal. The animal that we all consider our "teacher" as well. All of us students did stroked the blade on him, we all did learn from him. we should be respectful to the very end.

It's a pizza commercial.
WARNING. NSFW, severed penis is shown.
Yes, severed penis in a pizza commercial.
On other notes, I really want to open commissions.... but I can't. I'm having midterm exam at the end of this month.
but I want to draw.
but I can't.
I'll see if I could re-open commission next month. Don't get you hopes up though.
Oh, and a good news, I will get a vacation yet. The flood messed up the yearly schedule. So therefore they need this vacation to re-write the table for me.
So, Commission will be open again. But just not now. Not yet.
