Important Notice
Posted 18 years agoI'm going on hiatus.
Drawing stuff to me has stopped being fun, as I feel like it's an obligation, now. I don't want to force myself to draw things just because people expect me to, so I'm not gonna worry about it. Not that I'll give up art entirely. I just will only wind up drawing when I actually feel artistic, whenever that may be.
That's actually why I haven't gotten around to submitting those last two chapters of Aura's Jewel. I have a habit of completely avoiding a place when I don't have any activity to show. I'll go aheand and upload the last two chapters today, along with two scrapped stories, and one completed story separate from Aura's Jewel.

All Caught Up
Posted 18 years agoSorry for the flood of submissions, today. I wanted to finish uploading the rest of my stuff. So now, I'm all caught up. Except for some of the things I left at deviantART. *click* But for the most part, all that I left there are random stuffs and gifts/trades for other Deviants. I might bring over a few of the latter if I find out any of them also have accounts here.
But anyway, that's pretty much it. Except for the remaining chapters of Aura's Jewel, but I didn't want to flood those. Now I just have to get around to drawing something new. Hopefully I'll get on that soon.
Older something:
I want to try something new. I've often heard of a program called openCanvas, an art tool that allows one to collaborate on a picture with other people online. But, I hear that it's made specifically for a tablet, which I am not likely gonna get any time soon. Does it have mouse support? If not, can one of you point out a online art collab program like it that does have mouse support?

openCanvas?
Posted 18 years agoFirst off, I'd like to mention those who have been patient with me that I'll start getting to my better art here in a day or two.

Here I Go
Posted 18 years ago*insert generic intro of being new to FA but not new to art here*
With that out of the way, I'd like to give you a quick warning. I enjoy all of my art. Or at least, enough that I intend to upload just about everything I've drawn over the past four or five years, and I'm gonna start off with the old cruddy stuff.
Don't get super-excited. Just because I've got some old art does not mean I'm a fantastic artist. I have not drawn frequently enough to grow super-experienced with drawing. I'd like to think I'm at least a little above average, though. But I won't be able to show you my best work for a little while.
See, I intend to slowly trudge through my artwork (and story). Maybe upload just one or two pictures a day. Gives me enough time to come up with something new, although I think I'm a little out of practice since my previous best work. Maybe I'll go a bit faster at some point though. I will go ahead and upload five oldies right off the bat. So for now, please be patient as I show off my "meh" art. :)
(FYI, most of my early stuff was drawn in a lined notebook. I got rid of the lines in a few of the pics, but just so you know. And several will wind up in my scraps.)
And one more thing. Can somebody please explain to me the purpose of tags? They seem to be the same thing as all the categories and all that.
