For those of you that know them,  sazandora is an absolute sweetheart. They've always done nice by others to my knowledge and like many others they have trouble asking for help. A few friends of theirs have managed to poke them into asking for some help though and we're happy to see them doing so for their own good. Help is what they need. Right now they're doing with a family medical condition (fibromyalgia) and it's made things rather difficult to work. For those of you that know the condition it won't surprise you to know that they've had difficulty just trying to pick up their pen to draw some days as a result.

Unfortunately bills don't really give much of a damn about things we may be going through such as medical conditions so I wanted to help share for them. Even if it's some advice to help deal with the issue anything would be appreciated.

This saddens me greatly. How else am I supposed to support my horrendous Hot Cocoa and
Mozzarella Stick habits if I can't strip seductively in front of a mirror and throw Shinies at myself.

Granted this is probably the best for the mirror because throwing fistfuls of loose change at a mirror is probably a hazard
and lizard doesn't want to break the mirror and risk getting a no no bad cutty wutty from having to pick up shards of glass.

People say they Support Artists and want them to Be Successful.

That is until said Artist is no longer within their price range (affordability).

Then instead they ridicule said Artist for their success and protest by saying they'll go Support someone they "CAN" afford with equal or better artwork.

They say this while completely dismissing the notion that that Artists Name and Reputation is part of why said artwork is priced as it is.

This feels quite hypocritical to the idea of the Fandom being an open and welcoming place.

So it's really no surprise why some of the more Talented and Successful artists move on from the fandom once they reach a certain point.

Why remain in a fandom where people think you're too Successful to stand behind.



Like many of us in the fandom I am far from wealthy. But that is not a justification to go to an artists place of business (submissions/journals/etc.) and scream at them

"Don't you know how unwealthy I am, this is unacceptable." To me that just sounds like Greed and Selfishness towards the hard work that Artists struggle to provide.



Anyhow those are just one lizards Idle Thoughts.

omfg it feels so good to have electricity again...

I just want to extend a heartfelt thank you to any furries out there who happen to work in the field of making sure electricity runs good and stuff.

Not having electricty since sunday because of this raging snow boner has been fucking hell in more ways than one.

I deeply cannot wait for the snow to finally go away as having to walk through a quarter mile of snow just to get to my car so I can go to work is a bitch and a half in itself.

Whelp im home. We're for the most part completely snowed in and trees are down on both ends of our driveway. I have possibly an hour of battery life left on my phone and we don't know if the power will be back on tomorrow or the day after.

Good news at least that the tree that fell on top of our house didn't completely crash through.

For now I have a candle and some canned foods. I expect that for now all I can do is wait by candlelight for the next few days.
