Alright, tis been too long when you check FA and you have over 300 journals and about 1k in images that you haven't seen yet.

so yeah, gonna put up some images soon, cause i've got a drawing tablet laptop. damn right, drawing tablet laptop. yeah. =3= downside, the charger decides to not be charging when it's plugged in sometimes, and that has been testing my patience since i want to throw the thing across the room when the battery goes from 90% to 0% within a few seconds because you need to hover the mouse over the battery to see how much energy you have left.

yes, i keep it on the charger at all times, tis just that people keep using it and taking it off.

sketch dump coming up! images of myself doing the random things i've done over the past few days that have a chance of making you believe i look like a girl. you'd be right if you guessed it but i'm honestly a guy. been experimenting with my different hair styles and also felt like drawing my dragon friend at college. :3 we share 'the box' which is my interpretation of how my mind works, since it's crappy as a train of thought, easily breaks down, can hold alot of random useless things in it, can be duct taped to other boxes, and can be lit on fire rather easily without leaving much of a disgusting smell.

hehe... chibi devin is cute. o3o oh, and i also drew another friend at college who i tend to 'pounce' and perch on her shoulder like the shoulder lizard i am. oh, and only one image is of me with glasses on, because i felt like doing it that way. oh how nice it would be to not need to wear glasses that make you look like a scientist or librarian. they're not coke-bottle glasses, they're the rectangular shaped ones meant for reading and surveying things. >.>

do fey count as anthromorphs? i'm guessing that they do, but i'm just curious because of a few things that i'll be putting up include my version of wisps for a comic i'm making. this time perspective issues won't get in the way because i've got a 3d modeling program that my friend is fixing for meh! >:3 this means i'll be able to do so much more stuff! actually, i'm going to make a sample picture now.

good news: my doctor's A.N. screwed up horribly so instead of having a fractured knee i have a perfectly good one! (minus the pair of plates and the pin inside of it) turns out the pain i was experiencing was also because i was off my medications and i had to get use to them again... so yeah, an elderly person is instead in the hospital because the AN was a ditz and was fired for such actions. ^^ i want to visit the person but the most i can give in consolidation is nothing more than words that make me sound like an ass... so i'm wondering on what to send/do for the peep since he lost his kneecap. >.>

for i have posted some of the best art i've ever drawn in my life! now i'm just going to let my brain stop working for about... oh 13 seconds.

-starting a storyline (possibly a comic that i'll be drawing or just posting an image page with the story below it, though it's going to be with a couple of improv characters and one that's to my fetish... you'll never guess)

alright, i've drawn a few things, one is a WIP and another is a robot drawn completely in red ink... yay color-blind to red! O: from what i've been told, its either rather neat or incredibly shitty and my classmates are liars.

the reward for naming the female crossbow gal is that i'll draw a free commission for the person who picked the name for her, as long as it is within my style, even though i'm open for attempting something different.

... yes, yes indeed. i'll be dropping the basic sketching of Sharkface in the next few minutes once i actually finish his... um... well face. *manly giggle* i do believe that i've discovered a new type of anthro that i'd enjoy having fun with, though the abilities of drawing such is beginning to turn for the better, being that i have less time to think about how i'm going to walk places when i can bum a wheelchair from my buddy at college. (she doesn't use it because it's not fashionable, for the win-lose! )

oh, and the contest starts the moment i post up my crossbow-woman! ~<3 she'll have two pictures, the one that was badly drawn and the one without arms that is the fixed version, since for some reason i forgot almost half of the proportions once i began drawing weapons... hehe, crossbow. -3- so yeah, nothing new other than drawings and the urge to try to draw a sharkman aptly named sharkface. X3

i spent a few hours messing with the flash programs at college today and then about six more (on and off of course, since there's such thing as the internet and submissions to look at) creating a flash of my remade character yelling 'Mendoza!' to figure out how to draw him yelling... and ended up saving it in the wrong format as well as leaving the computer's desktop on whilst running to the bathroom, returning to find that a class had moved into the lab and the student on the computer i was sitting at decided to close out the windows without even going to the computer next to him...

alright, other than that i'll drop the good news and bad news.

bad news, because that should always come first. my doctor called me last night to say that my X-rays have shown that the bottom of my knee cap has began to fracture starting where the patella plate has been installed. insurance isn't covering my wheelchair because there's a lack of such in my life, and i'm barely making enough money with two fully-functional legs in the first place. (about $50 a week, which goes to food, pain meds for said pin and plates, and gas for rides) also i've been told that by the age of 30 i'll either have to get an artificial leg (hah!) or lose it and about half of my skills and enjoyment in life. for those of you who are wondering about such:

-the pin and twin plates were installed because i got into 'combat' with another human being. i was assisted by my trusty (and at the time not broken) 13 speed bike, whilst they opponent was assisted by a sedan... my knee took the brunt of the T-bone b-slap and left me with barely enough money in suing to cover the hospital bill and medications for the next few years.

-my enjoyments in life involve high-contact sports that require running, one of them is belegarth, the other is my version of soccer, whilst a third is bike-riding when it's not too hot or cold outside so my pin doesn't try to kill me. oh, also mixed martial arts sparring and the random joke kick for when a friend is faking an injury or death. X3 i'm going to miss those times... *sigh*

and the good news: ... um... oh! i've finally been able to draw faces of other anthromorphic beings! at the moment: felines. i drew a lioness earlier today and i'll try to scan it tomorrow when i aquire the access to such. i've also succeeded in making a smiling lizard with the new maw, though come to realized that i can't make one of those tooth-showing grins because an iguana's teeth are more like very short and sharp nails which don't need to be drawn. ^^; currently i've got about 9 submissions that i need to look at, but it's almost closing time so i'll have to check that up when i'm scanning my newest works of art. Oh oh oh! before i forget: i've finally gotten incredibly close to drawing a ratio-accurate human female that carries some sort of weapon. ^0^ i'll be scanning that tomorrow as well, including the two arm poses since i haven't decided on doing for what her arms would be doing at the time.

any suggestions to an arm-pose and i'll be greatful enough to send yah something for free. also i haven't named her yet so i'll be having a naming contest thingy later for her, as well as the lioness even though she's a little disproportion'd... or i think she is. also i'll be scanning the newest member to my scalie character's grouping: Tribe! he's called such because he's Tenka/Dready's friend/Father (but T/D doesn't know that, and you don't either >.>) and the level of experience he has in the wilds of the tropics is enormous! O: more to him when scanned.

last comment: anyone have a word of advice when it comes to drawing avian faces that are close to the style i'm doing?

O: i got a few pointers in drawing my reptilians and it ended up coming out as such... also i got my hands on a drawing book that i lost a few years back so i've been having a very nice piece of refference material to work with. ^^ got less than two weeks before i have to go back to college, so i'll be posting up what i can. :3

I've been thinking that maybe I should be able to increase my capabilities in drawing when challenged, and I haven't been able to decide on a proper background yet for a few of my characters. So to those who are reading this: I'll be starting one of those text based rpg's where you get to choose from the options after being read out the details. The main character will be rather... plain, but the story will revolve around what the people who decide on the options as well as the characters who need a decent background.

Yes, there is a plot behind this story, and it involves zombies and possibly a dance routine, but the latter option is up in the air for now. ^^

Side note: I'll also be involving any new characters that are presented to me if they won't injure the story, are reasonable to have, and maybe even add in a fursona for the main character... maybe. (i just don't have a good idea for a fursona for the person that you guys will control)

college has taken alot of time off of my hands, and given me alot of sketches to work with. ^^ at the moment i'm at about halfway through scanning but i've got some characters that'll probably be right at home on here, even if not drawn particularily well. >.>

well, this is the first time i've been sick within the last few years... i'm missing out on schooling, and the only thing i can realy do today is sit here after i've rested for too long (making me not be able to fall asleep) and admire the artists with way better art skills then me. on the bright side, i can still draw. =3 and honey tea is working wonders... though i wish it'd just take away the illness. T-T
