Ok guise I have one adopt freebie left to do. and then I'm done with this batch of eggs. The remaining eggs will still be for sale but on a DYI basis. Basically ill sell you a base and an egg and you can do what you will!. The remaining eggs will be sold off for a dollar each with an extra dollar for a base!

I've already got the egg templates ready for my next batch of adopts and I can't wait to start on the bases there's going to be 5-6 this time! I'm super excited for the theme!

I've got three batches of 12 eggs each at their own price points. there will be a cheaper batch of eggs that were some of my first attempts at eggs. a mid-priced batch of eggs and a more pricey batch of complex and detailed eggs.

I will have three bases available but the eggs are mystery hatches you won't know what comes out of them! (some might even have wings)

So I disabled my account earlier this week.

And Now I'm back...

I guess I'm not really sure what all to say about it. Basically, I just got overwhelmed with projects and real life. A BUNCH of stuff all happened at once and with my tendency to bite off more than I can chew, I... well, i bit off more than I could chew and I just kind of shut down. I tried to force myself to make art and started freaking out because I couldn't draw an anthro face (they are still pretty tough for me tbh) and I just started randomly tracing references (live models) which are something I never do. Deconstruct a live model? yeah, sure ill break that photo down into its component shapes in a heartbeat to figure out the proportions. But I never trace the model. But all I could think about was how much work I had to do and how long I was going to have to work. and I just kinda. Snapped a bit and disabled my account and deleted my work files.

And I felt immediately better
like a million times. as if someone had literally removed a weight from my shoulders. and I realized what had happened and that I just needed to take a step back and deal with IRL stuff for a day or two before getting back to work and paring down my workload to manageable bite sizes. WHICH I DID! :D

So now I'm feeling back to normal I would have been back yesterday but FA has a 72-hour hold on your account if you disable it, so I just took the extra day to center myself and get back on my feet. I mean I basically wasn't on any social media for about 72 hours. so If I missed your messages I apologize! But I'm back at it! ( again with the white vans )

Phase one of my project is complete I just need to type up some stuff for phase 2 and then it's on to phase three! I could have a journal with details up as soon as Wednesday!

Ive gone dark a bit but im hard at work! Im doing a bunch of work for a stream event thats coming up more deets soon like in maybe a week? less possibly.

So for a while, I've changed my sona to a Finnish Forest Reindeer! While I will forever love durf my little purple dino, after talking with people close to me I decided to make my own proper sona that reflected me and what I want to be as well as some of who i am and what I struggle with.

The reindeer has important symbolism for me as I found out recently that I am partially descended from the Sami people, the native peoples of Sweden, Norway, Finland, and part of Russia. These people herded Reindeer and the animal was (and is) a vital part of their culture.

We went from 45-50f to about 80-85f back to about 50f in the span of three days. its been weird and wreaking havoc my system putting me out of commission for a day or so. But im back at it. Probably going to stream some art tonight and get more work done on this ych commission! and make up for my missed sketch day.

I really do want to journal more... but like then i have to remember to do it, and have things to talk about.... eh i'll do it tommorrow

Sorry for the abrupt exit but i went and did about a week of meditation away from all social media and television and people. it was relaxing and im back at it and ready to rock!

And finally an update.

A huge source of stress in my life has been lifted from my shoulders and for the fist time in months, I feel like I can create without the whole weight of my future depending on my ability to make stuff. Expect more junk in the future. I'm just happy I can create without stress or pressure again.
