Ever since the last journal entry I dreaded for this day to come, for this will be my thirteenth journal entry >:V

But given my last actual entry was half a year ago again I wanted to put up a little update.
Other than FA I've slooowly began dumping some of my stuff on a tumblr page too.

I plan to start putting screenshots of my Second Life stuff on there since screenshots of that aren't exactly welcome to be posted as 'art' which I understand 100%.
Regardless, I do put quite some time as well as effort in the avatars I have put together on there over the course of the last few years.

Behold. It has been almost half a year since my last journal.

But I figured I'd throw one out again to try and share a little bit of more info again with how things have been going lately!

First of all:
I graduated from college. A few of you already know this but I now have my diploma as a webdeveloper.
Now it's just hoping I get a chance at a job but like all jobs after graduation they all demand five years of working experience and things you never had at college itself. :P

Currently I'm just enjoying some free time.
I'm actually writing this journal while I'm visiting someone I know in the UK, until the 29th.

Secondly:
Art, still getting a steady trickle done. Rather than just Drithique I've been enjoying seeing people draw Sheola (my shaman) as well. The focus of the character is much the same as Drithique, large proportions, but the content matter might sometimes be a bit more extreme.

Been on FurAffinity for quite a while now.
And even though the platform is mostly focussed on people with anthro characters, I'm really happy I've not caught any flak for not really having anything like it myself. I do enjoy the scene, greatly. I just don't personally really associate myself with a character for it!

Regardless, I didn't even notice it but with my latest submission of the picture by Fefe of Drithique in her sci-fi outfit has put me over 1k Watchers!

So, I would like to thank everyone for following me, and hopefully enjoying the pieces I submit! Most of the time I try to get some more expensive pieces, fully colored and everything. This is why I might not post as often as other people on the site!

Either way, I'll continue to try posting commissions when I get one done!

Hello hello,

First of all I'd like to thank all the watchers that have accumilated over time. As I'm currently roughly 50 away from having a thousand in total. (Wow!)

Things have been busy IRL with my internship and weekend job going on, and I've not really had too much time on my hands to really seek out other artists to commission or the ones I've been interested in have all filled up by the time I got to them.

Regardless, I'm hoping to get some more pieces done again soon and put them on here for everyone to enjoy.

I hope all Christmas celebrations have gone over well for everyone and hope all will have a fun New Year celebration next week.

August 15th, my birthday :Q Woo.
Turning 21 today and going to just be celebrating with family probably and go to a restaurant with friends on Saturday.
Just felt like sharing it ' u' Might get some kind of celebratory pic of Drith sometime later~

Not too long ago, in a land on the Planet Earth not too far from the U.K...

Anyway.

Wow. Looking back I don't think I ever really expected to reach the amount of art I've gotten for my own kind of character and made as many friends as I did along the way. I just wanted to at least show some appreciation through this journal because I don't reply to like, every comment on the things I've put in the gallery.

Thanks for sticking with me all this time and I'm proud that over 750 of you (as of today) are still actually following me on here. :D

So, I didn't even pay any attention to any of my watchers really but that number has apparently already crept over 500! Just want to thank all of you guys for putting up with my buttwings. Still trying to just get some art when I am able to and all of that!

More fancy stuff should be upcoming again, but I just wanted a few neat linework pictures instead given what the artists offered and just loving their style.

Otherwise, 2014 going well so far. Busy with two jobs BUT WAIT THIS MEANS MORE MONEY TO WASTE ON BUTTWING ART.

ALSO I am playing Hearthstone but that shit's region locked, anyone want to make me feel bad at that card game who's in the EU?

Not sure what else what to call it, just generally pissed off at the moment.

An artist I have been watching for a while opened up at the start of the year. I think I got to them within minutes. Happened to just check in on his page right after the update and I am pretty certain that I was the first to get in touch with him.

But long story short, after several mails back and forth and getting my hopes up by getting a solid idea of what the picture was going to be like, I am met with silence for three days after which someone else gets put up on their final slot of commission slots.

AND OF COURSE. It's one of those typical people who mostly seems to get their way or prioritized.

Just pissed off about this matter.

Sooo, probably kind of a bad thing but so far I've mostly gone through with art pieces without really having considered getting a ref-sheet for Drith even though this might be rather handy due to the placement of the wings having been slightly updated, as well as the horns and overall improvements to her as a whole.

Anyway, I have no idea which artist might be neat to get a ref-sheet at so I was hoping to maybe ask for any pointers by making a useful journal for once.

Thanks for reading and if you happen to know any good artists doing character sheets, I'd love to hear. As for the price range, willing to pay a pretty decent junk for some extras like a few facial expressions and perspectives.

So it's been forever since I actually made another journal post again but that's mostly because I don't really have interesting shit to share. xD But anyway, I've been testing out some new things and even though it's been done before I'm considering getting a picture of Drith as a femboy. Just curious who would be interested in seeing that as well I guess~

Otherwise working two jobs lately so hopefully can put the dosh to more extra pictures in general since I don't really have anything else I want to spend it on!

Lastly, I've been trying to find a group to play with more regularly on Dota2, possibly Civ5, and generally RP with more actively through text if there's any takers.

15th of August.

Summer flew by pretty much. Seems like a lot of people have their birthdays in August!
Attempted partytime of sorts on SL later tonight or maybe just a drinking game on Dark Souls~

This one actually has more of a meaning than the last one since I didn't want my first entry to be there for so long >o>

Anyway!

I submitted a picture earlier today but after I did two friends informed me that FA doesn't really like screenshots from SL. I won't argue with their regulations as it's their side.

Question is, I would like to maybe do some SL photography with fancy graphical settings, shadows, and all that stuff.

Should I set up a blog? I know there's already plenty of porn-repost ones around, and I know someone who also recently started to blog SL pictures.

Well damn, only recently gotten my commissions back and already someone photoshopped it for personal use. Guess it was bound to happen sooner or later but /this/ soon was rather unexpected if not a little flattering!
