My Life? It's boring, difficult, hard, tiring... I can't wait to have the dream job I have been wishing for... I want to be in that stage of life already.. making $8.50 now, and $8.75 come fall... urg... it's too tiring.. I want to make $10+... I work just as hard, if not harder than most people in my job... yet I am the one who gets kicked in the face for it... :P BLAH
I hate my college... seeing all the FAFSA money that could be used for me, go toward people who don't even BELONG in the US and are here illegally... All they do with the money is send it back home anyway... That's certainly not helping our economy! D:< *RAGEFACE* I am in no way Racist... but when it comes to people being here illegally and stealing our hard earned money... oh HELL NO... >.<

Yesterday was AMAZING....
So being I live in MD, I got to go to a country concert that had Matthew Nathanson, Little Big Town, and Sugarland. IT WAS AWESOME. At first we purchased pavilion seats, in the far right hand of the side... >.> But we had reasons to talk to head of the concert and ended up getting up front in the moshpit.. or Sugarpit for the Sugarland folk ^.~ hehe.
IT WAS AWESOME! I was so close to Jennifer and Kristian. <3
Now I am trying to get tickets to Owl City for myself and my Fiance. $25/person... HECK YEAH! Let's go >:D

Muriel was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma of her left Tibia in Dec'08 after several months of her left knee hurting her, which turned into a lump.
Chemo in Jan 09 through March 09, then Limb Sparing Surgery (Dr. Weber removed 1/2 of her Tibia bone and replaced it with titanium and a new knee too) April 10, 2009 the day after her 12th birthday.
6 more months of chemo starting back up May 1st, 2009. June 12, 2009 she had a thoracotomy (lung surgery) to remove a lung metasis (where the cancer had spread to her lungs).
Hopefully this will be her last surgery and she will be NED (No Evidence of Disease)!
Muriel is being treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD by a wonderful team - Dr. David Loeb, Dr. Fernanda Arnaldez, Dr. Kristy Weber, Dr. Mitchell Price, Julia Fowler P.A., and the best nurses at Hopkins on the 8th Oncology Floor - Christine, JD, Lisa, Stephanie, Katie (And Katie in Outpatient!)

I am hoping I get to also work this years Charity Auction, which contributes to Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society.
Speaking of which, I am taking donations for my Relay for Life team :D It can be a dollar... it can be $50 or can even be .50 cents. Anything will help in bringing in money.
Why do I fight and for whom?:
I fight for all the children who are diagnosed with the many different various types of Cancers... The one I fight for the most is my mothers friends daughter, Muriel Walters. Here's her Story:
Muriel was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma of her left Tibia in Dec'08 after several months of her left knee hurting her, which turned into a lump.
Chemo in Jan 09 through March 09, then Limb Sparing Surgery (Dr. Weber removed 1/2 of her Tibia bone and replaced it with titanium and a new knee too) April 10, 2009 the day after her 12th birthday.
6 more months of chemo starting back up May 1st, 2009. June 12, 2009 she had a thoracotomy (lung surgery) to remove a lung metasis (where the cancer had spread to her lungs).
Hopefully this will be her last surgery and she will be NED (No Evidence of Disease)!

I am hoping I get to also work this years Charity Auction, which contributes to Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society.
Speaking of which, I am taking donations for my Relay for Life team :D It can be a dollar... it can be 50, Anything will help in bringing in money. Why do I relay?
Why do I fight and for whom?:
I fight for all the children who are diagnosed with the many different various types of Cancers... The one I fight for the most is my mothers friends daughter, Muriel Walters. Here's her Story:
Muriel was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma of her left Tibia in Dec'08 after several months of her left knee hurting her, which turned into a lump.
Chemo in Jan 09 through March 09, then Limb Sparing Surgery (Dr. Weber removed 1/2 of her Tibia bone and replaced it with titanium and a new knee too) April 10, 2009 the day after her 12th birthday.
6 more months of chemo starting back up May 1st, 2009. June 12, 2009 she had a thoracotomy (lung surgery) to remove a lung metasis (where the cancer had spread to her lungs).
Hopefully this will be her last surgery and she will be NED (No Evidence of Disease)!
Muriel is being treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD by a wonderful team - Dr. David Loeb, Dr. Fernanda Arnaldez, Dr. Kristy Weber, Dr. Mitchell Price, Julia Fowler P.A., and the best nurses at Hopkins on the 8th Oncology Floor - Christine, JD, Lisa, Stephanie, Katie (And Katie in Outpatient!)

Story start:
So my day starts at 9:00 am... I get up, showered, dressed and put my makeup on...
10:00 am my mate of almost 9 years shows up... "Ready to go?" He asks as I nod and give him a kissu.
We bid my mom off as we head off to the mall for some last minute christmas shopping and to see a movie (TANGLED!)
After seeing the movie and getting gifts for 4 people (He bought me a giant Cardcaptor Sakura mange and I bought Spice & Wolf Vol. 3 and a Vampire Knight character profile book).
At 4:00pm we leave the mall to head to dinner at Olive Garden... We arrive at 4:50pm, be seated, waited by an amazing waiter and finish eating by 6:30 (dinner and dessert).
sooo...
After we are resting, I head to the bathroom... when I come back from going potty, my mate looks at me.
"I want you to be honest with me...."
I look at him and smile, nodding my head. "Of course, love..."
"If I could grant you one wish right now, what would you want it to be?" He asked me.
Blushing I looked to him and answered, "My ring of course, silly."
Soooo...
My mate of almost 9 years smiles. "What if I could grant you that wish right now?" Slowly he gets up from his seat and kneels beside me (one knee of course)
I look at him and start blushing really really badly.... as he starts to sputter off the whole, "I know I've loved you...." speech as he takes his box out...
"I've been waiting all day... for the most perfect time... and I think now is that time.... Amber... will you marry me?"
The people sitting beside me start going awwwww as I quickly said yes and hugged him. Silly me started sputtering yes yes yes over and over again as I kiss him... The room we were seated in claps as the waiter comes over.
"The sir at the back table wanted me to grab your check from you... he wants to pay for your meal...."
We both look at each other, then the waiter with a... "Whaaa?" look and then come to see it was one of my mates co-workers Fathers and his wife sitting at the table.
Sooooo my FA friends... Moral of the story?
I got a BEAUTIFUL ring... presents, the day out with my mate, a movie.... AND a free dinner with the one I will soon marry....
Happy beginning to my life?

And it really gets annoying and old when people think that JUST because I am bigger than the norm girl, that I don't have feelings or I need to be treated differently... just cause I don't have that 'perfect' body. Yeah... All I have to say. Get to know me BEFORE you try judging me. Cause whats underneath my extra baggage is a sweet, shy, sassy, sexy woman who gives people who respects her, respect back. She sees everyone as equals, until they start calling her names based on her weight. Really? Do you have to stoop to that low a level of immaturity? *sighs* But that's my confession, and I am sticking to it. I am proud to be who I am. Of course I could lose a few pounds, but I am healthy.
