I have been quite busy with things the last week, haven't been able to reply to most comments or journals. It will probably continue for a few more days my apologies >v<

I've not been doing the "Update source file" trick to post the full-res versions of all my art like I probably should have been doing from the start. I just did it with a couple (The HD chcocobo drawing and the size ref sheet Skyfifer drew for me) and man does it look so much better. Dammit why was I too lazy to do this before >v<

God do I hope FA never fixes this bug, it's great circumventing their resolution limits

I have heard a group of people have been going around harassing artists who draw feral stuff. Seems incredibly damn stupid to me, it's art, people can draw whatever the hell they want. There's loads of gore and torture art on here but for some reason they only complain about the stuff where the animals are enjoying themselves :>

I say, if you don't like it, ignore it. That's how I navigate the art here, I just don't go staring at the images that aren't my kinks, and use -tags when searching to avoid ones that really bother me (scat etc). Sadly it's not a perfect solution given the tagging standards on this site are nonexistent but it works a surprising 95% of the time

I don't often mention my watcher count because I don't like to seem like all I care about is a number going up

But wow, 538.. it feels so bizarre to me, I've seen plenty of artists who make stuff leagues better than my own, and they have much less watchers. I don't quite know how I've attracted such a following, but.. I am beyond thankful there are that many of you who enjoy my posts (or possibly just me) that much. I know it's kind of unlikely for most of my watchers to see this journal, journals are very easy to miss and don't stick out like submissions do. But for those who do catch this one, once again, thank you so much.

My fever of 102 was gone yesterday, I've mostly just got lots of cold sweats and congestion now. I'd say I'm in the clear and feel pretty much back to normal. I hope nobody has been worrying about me too much. Apologies that I've been a bit slow to respond to notes as well

Very light weakness, lots of chills, fever of 100-102.5 (it varies depending on what room I'm in, I have it very warm in my room because of the chills), occasional coughing and tiny amounts of vertigo. It also kept me wide awake last night, I just never got tired and never fell asleep even once. Nothing for testing is available right now (or the site my local stores kept recommending me is very wrong). Time to sit around all day I guess, still feeling wide awake 3 and a half hours after I would normally wake up, so I can't nap or anything yet. Hope everyone is doing well, I should be fine

When the friend you hold dear can't see his own worth to the point where he semi-regularly cuts off from everyone and disables his social media.. it seems like he learns from it when he comes back, and it doesn't happen for a few months, but all it takes is another bad low you happen to be offline during for him to do it again.. so now, yet again, he's gone. And I just hope with my heart that he's okay. That he will be okay. That he will come back. Please come back, hun.
