Heyoo!

10 years, TEN whole years since I first posted my first art on this site. The rock'n'roll has indeed been long lived, and it shall live on even longer!
A lot has happened during those years, both with me and on this site, both good and bad. So here's a moment to appreciate all the friends, family, and pets around you, as well as all the things you enjoy doing in life~

I do gotta say however; I've been really absent here for a few years.. There just has been a bit too much for a tiny bird brain to handle it all. But all in all, I've been doing fine. Enjoying my work, in the process of moving (it's almost done thankfully), and being surrounded by the most awesomest people, you know who you are~

So here; I raise a toast for the next 10 years! May the inspiration flow with you all, and maybe, just maybe, I'll get my feathery ass to finally being able to draw once again. :)

Keep being awesome y'all, and thank you from the bottom of my heart for the 10 years I've been here; Thank you~

One more year, one more year! And yes, I'm not dead. Passed the 500 watcher mark and I couldn't thank you guys enough, and I'm sorry I haven't been active here for a good while..

But there is a reason for it, for I have gotten a new job! It's been keeping me busy and busy. Complete change in what I went into school for and it's been super social so I've been really exhausted by it.. BUT, it's been a good change for me, and I've had a pretty steady mental health ever since I started. :)
However, that has sadly left me quite uninspired to draw anything big. But maybe when I get more used to this job, I'd be able to draw more! Not promising anything tho.

Here's for another year; keep being awesome and stay safe out there!

One more year gone past, and more years for sure to come! Especially as I'm nearing 500 watchers, I appreciate all of you who have been along the journey! All the love~

But! How are you?

I've been slowly moving along this year, had been somewhat productive and even inspired! *knocks on wood* However, since it's the 8th anniversary, I decided to draw something for myself that I desperately needed. A ref sheet. Nothing big, just simple enough to show.. Show what I am!
Art wise, I aim to post something monthly, or even more often. Maybe even finally get to some proper business, however, that'll come on it's own weight.

Here's to hoping that this next year will be a good one for me, you, all of us. :)

First and foremost; Thank you for all the faves and watches! And how is everyone doing?

I have some news and some questions for all of you.

My temporary work has ended and I'm unemployed once again, which I don't see as a bad thing really. It just means I can focus a lot more on my art and interacting with you!
And speaking of interacting, I've decided to do a small poll in which you can decide what I should do as my first thing post-work! Should I do something from the ground up, or properly finish up one of the "work buffer" sketches I've been posting?

Here is the poll! And I'll be taking the result a week from uploading this journal!

Other than that, I would also love to hear what you would like to see from me in the future! More sketches more often? More finished pieces, but not as often? Mix of both? Would you like me to keep my stuff SFW or maybe try my hand at more mature themes? (note: I'm still super shy when it comes to anything more than artistic nudity >w>)

But for our main topic; I got a job! Or well.. A temporary one, but a job nonetheless. So I'll be, and have been, less active here for a while.
However, I did say I'd try to keep posting proper pieces monthly, but since I don't really have time to draw as much.. How about a compromise?~

I'll share a sketch of mine for each week I'll be working, some will be dated a few years, but some will be pretty fresh! I will start by posting a few pieces this week as I have been working for a few weeks already. :)

First and foremost; How are you?

And so another year has rolled by and man has it been a ride. Moving, new acquaintances, major stuff, minor stuff, pandemic, and a new job after a long wait!
As I've mentioned in my other previous journals; I'm still tackling with anxiety, depression, and art blocks alike. Especially with this new job on my hands!
BUT! I have finally started therapy about that all, and I'm hoping that along with it I'll be able to start drawing soon. No promises tho, I'm bad with them. Just.. I wanna get back in to drawing monthly for you guys, like I did in the beginning of my artist life here. :)

So who knows what this year might bring along. Could be a dustball, could be a shiny coin!

I have to be honest with you.
I've been dealing with a lot of social anxiety and depression which seems to surge up every now and then. I've also been having swings of anxiety about my art and blocks that keep me from picking up the pen as well. And now with this global pandemic, it seems like it has doubled the anxiety.. And I doubt I'm not the only one, so I wish all of you strength for these tough times. Stay safe! :)
I also feel like I've broken a lot of promises, said a lot of things that I'll do, but they end up turning into nothing. And I'm terribly sorry about this, I'm ashamed of myself.

But don't worry, I won't be going away. I won't stop drawing and I'll try my best at it. But I'll have to change a little how I interact with myself, my art and with all of you.
Mainly I won't be taking any requests, I won't be thinking about taking commissions, and I won't give any promises until I've settled and sorted out my brain to a better state.
I want to start giving back to the community, which has given me so much during my years here! It pains me that I've coiled myself into a net of anxieties..

I hope you all understand, and thank you (again) for being patient with me! I'm in an alright mindset at the moment, so I'll be fine!~
And an absolutely massive thank you for everyone who has faved and watched me! :)

Long time no talk! I've been away for a while, apart from the occasional journals and the like, but I think 2020 is when I'll be making a proper return!
I've been gathering up art I've been doing from the past two years, and I got a sketchdump that I'll be posting during a few days!

But for the exciting news; I will open up for commissions in the near future!
I still have to think about pricing and terms of service (as well as mentally preparing myself), but I think that it will happen before the month is over!
I am really excited for this, and even if there isn't much interest, I'm still in a better place mentally where I think art will happen more frequently~

Thank you for being patient with me, and thank you for all the faves and watches I haven't replied to! I appreciate each and every one of them. :)

Wow.. Uhh.. Yeah. "5 years" of arting, maybe more like being somewhat active. As.. Well. There hasn't been a lot of art. Sadly. Wow damn the year went fast.. So uhh. 'Sup? I'm doing good, just.. Haven't really drawn anything. Other than small sketches here and there.. Might actually post them this coming week?

But I'm doing well, and I hope all of you out there who read this will be as well, or on the road to being better as well. :)

So.. It's been an interesting 2018 so far. I told in my last journal that I got a new job, so it's been really busy with that one. And my pc also decided to die in the middle of all that. Hence why I haven't really been active lately, but now I've built myself a new handsome pc and I should be able to art again. Hopefully!

But hey, let's hope this next year will be better than the previous. More stable at least! For all of us :)

So.. It has been a long while since I've been active on this site. But a lot has happened. I've moved away from a bad place, my school is about to end, and I have found myself a job. Exciting and scary.

My anxieties and depression have been.. On the good side ever since I moved, and I have slowly started to start enjoying stuff I used to do. Arts, music, excercise.. Almost feels unreal, but damn it feels good to smile after a long time. :)

But becuase I had such a long time in doing anything really, it might take a while before I get to regular posting and art overall. Which in turn means that I won't be accepting any requests or anything like that. I want to start slow and in my own pace :)

Also, a huge thank you to all who have faved and watched during the time I've been away.. We reached over 300 watchers! Thank you so much, to all those who are here just for arts, to all those who comment and say hi, to all my friends. :)

So. Another year starts again, I don't know how much art I will post as.. Well. I haven't been in a good place. Depression and anxiety has been crippling me, and when I art, I can't keep up the motivation long enough. So I will be taking an indefinite hiatus. I will still be around and checking, but I won't be posting art.

Thank you for all the faves and watches I haven't answered, I really appreciate them, I just haven't had the strength to reply to each of them.

I have returned from the trip to the states! And I must admit, if I had enough money, I'd fly straight back. I really enjoyed my time there. :)
But I do have some bad news as well. I can't draw at the moment. Or at least digitally, as my SSD has finally filled completely. I can't download any recent drivers to anything, drawing programs, tablet drivers (or any drivers at all), antivirus, even flash or web browser. I knew it was full when I left, but now it has become so full that I've decided to get a new SSD. I've already bought one online and I'm waiting for it to arrive. :P
Shame, I thought I'd be using that money for a new, bigger drawing tablet, but oh well. Space is more important. :)

Situation with the requests is still the same, not taking any new ones yet.

First of all.. I'm so terribly sorry that I've been absent the past few months. And secondly, I'm sorry, but I haven't gotten any further on my current queue. To keep it simple, I'll just say artblock+family issues don't fit together all that well. But on the more positive news, I'm visiting America at the moment! I've been here for about a month and I will be here for another month at least. And getting out of home and the four walls I spent my days in has really been a positive and needed change! And I've managed to crawl out of the art block as well, finally, so there might be some uploading to do sooner rather than later!
I do have my tablet with me, but I've been having more fun trying my hand at traditional art. And when it comes to my queue, I'm gonna start trying to complete that as well. But sadly, I won't be taking any new requests in a while. I love the inspiration that I get from them, but they tend to pile up and get left behind.. Knowing how slow of an artist I am.. Ahem.

But! I will try to be more productive during this year!

Woah. Third year of me posting my art here begins.. It's been a journey, but I've enjoyed every step of it. :)

First of all, sorry for my absence. I haven't pushed out that much art lately and I've been taking some time replying to my messages. But there is a reason for all that. In june we got a new dog and there was more than too many all nighters, and after the dog settled, my personal health dropped. Neck, back and shoulder pains, even some anxiety attacks. And from then, I've been stuck in an art block. Every time I try to draw, I can't get anywhere and an anxiety attack strikes. And my school started again, but oddly enough, it more or less boosts my inspiration. Which leads to the good news! I'm slowly getting over my art block, and I've been carefully trying to do some art. Sorry for all the requesters as well, but I'm slowly getting to them!

Also, I noticed that I've missed some.. Milestones on my page (50, 100, 200, soon 250 watchers. 1000, 2000, 3000 and 4000 page views. 1000 faves! Thank you for all of that! :3). And I've decided to draw something for it.. But what? I'm gonna take some suggestions in the comments below and post the Straw Poll soon. :)

And here is the queue I currently have on my requests, and trades! I'm only working on the two on the top at the same time, just FYI.

The first year has passed! The first year of me as an artist, that is..
Some may have noticed that I drew a new ID. And I must really admit that I've come a long way from my first submission. Looking back at it, eww.. Looking at this new one. Not so eww.

Hello everyone!

Wow, almost a year has gone past already. Doesn't feel like it. :D
Or at least when you look at the amount of the work I've posted, I need to get faster. :I
But I have had a loads of fun when drawing and I've gotten a bit more confident with my art (only a little tho) :)
And I can still remember the excitement when I posted my first pic! It was so thrilling and it still is! :D

But what amazes me is all of you! We're on the better side of a hundred watchers and nearing two thousand pageviews!
I would have never believed that so many would support an unsure, flatcapped, arty dragon like me. :)
And I have made some very close friends as well and I'm grateful of their support and that they have endured my harsh self-criticism. :3
But in the end, it's all of you that inspire me to continue. So a huge thank you to you all. Thank you! :)

And now for the news.
My school will sometime during this fall, so I don't know how it'll affect my art.
Mostly to the pace I will be posting I think, but we'll see. :D

Hello everyone!

I have finally, after almost a year (or two), decided to put my work here!

If you wonder why I haven't gotten anything here, it's mostly because I'm too unsure of myself. And well, I was lacking for a proper equipment and such.

I will be quite slow with my submissions, because I criticize myself too harshly and because I don't draw that much. But maybe I'll kick miself into my arse and draw more. :)

And feel free to criticize my work, and don't care if it's negative or positive, I will take it in and learn from it. But I'll say now, that I'm still an amateur with my drawing tablet (Wacom, Bamboo something. Old anyways, but works!), and I suck at colouring. And shadows. And linework. Sketches for the win!

So, yeah. Hopefully I'll be welcome among you. :D
