I dont tend to post things like this, but I feel the need to write it down somewhere.

Lately I been not feeling great emotionally, every now and then I start feeling lonely (mostly in the romantic sense) but last week something happened and I lost contact with someone really close to me (they are ok, but they had to block me for X reasons), it's someone I met a few years ago and became great friends with and someone very important in my day to day life.

I dont know when we'll be able to talk and and do things together again, I feel depressed, sad, alone, scared and angry (this is making other fears of me hit harder than usual).
I find it very hard to do things I used to enjoy, lately drawing been feeling more of an autopilot, there are some projects I really want to get back to but when I think of doing so I just... dont do anything.

I dont know if things will get better or worse with time, but just wanted to rant for a bit, I will probably delete this at some point

With the latest FA update it seems gif uploading broke, so when I try to upload a sprite animation it just stays as a single frame.

Not sure how long it may take them to fix this but just letting you know in case I cant upload stuff here for a bit >_>

Hey everyone!

I have been thinking lately if what I could do to better handle the commission waitlist.
What I currently do is I have a google form that people can fill, then whenever I want to start a new commission I generate a random number, contact that person and ask if they are still interested in getting the commission, if so then I start working on it right away.
The thing I like about this system is that it allows me to start a new commission quick, since I dont have to post "opening X slots" and then dealing with 30+ people while picking which ones to do.
The bad thing is that people never know when they are going to get picked, they could get really lucky and get a slot in a week or never get one, I currently have like 90+ people in there @_@ (tho it is a good problem to have too many people wanting to commission you and I wish I could do them all).

Still not sure what I should do or what people prefer, should I keep this system? go back to taking X slots? should I increase prices or add a fee to skip the line? auctioning slots every now and then?

For now I'll keep using the current system I have but any feedback is appreciated.

I'll be opening my first ever slot for a NSFW commission.

Base price will be $5000 usd with the option of adding a second character for an extra +$2500.

I may add the option of a simple pixelart animation for 10k but still thinking about that one.

A new version of my game Pack Tactics is up on Tabletop Simulator workshop.
This updates includes an extra kobold and 2 new maps, one of which is to test how the game works with 4 players.
Also did some changes to fonts, added a loot token and some other small tweaks.

Just wanted to give something during these hard times, its not much but I hope at least some of you can have fun with these :)

Around 5-6 months ago my brother got a job in Germany so he moved there, because of that with my parents and my sister we planned a vacation to go around Europe (Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, Berlin and Madrid) and to visit him in his new place, we were supposed to be traveling next month, but with the news of the coronavirus we will probably have to cancel that.

If we want to cancel the plane tickets we get a $250 tax each, if we want to change dates, its $180+price difference between the two dates (we probably cant we a refund for train tickets and a plane between Amsterdam and Berlin) and we are looking for the places we were going to stay in (from Airbnb and Booking).
So yeah... pretty much really bad timing with all this happening, and I guess my ideas of start learning 3D sculpting miniatures for 3D printing will have to wait (really wanted to get a resin printer there since they are extremely expensive here, like 3+ times the price, same with the resin itself).

There are still a few weeks left to see how things develop, but I dont have much hope in things changing for the better.

I'm currently working on some animated portraits before going back home next weekend and I looked at my steam profile and found this

Funny thing is that I got aseprite in 2018 but it was the 31 of December, so we can say all those hours where from one year of use :P

I may try doing a YCH animation at some point to see how that goes, but first I have to think of something fun to make.

On another note I've been feeling a bit depressed in general for a few months now (back to being single, not doing much in general aside from drawing, dnd game every 1-2 weeks and maybe a bit of gaming), so I've been thinking of trying to do some streaming (doing cheap sketch commissions or just random doodle requests), maybe just hang around a bit on VR Chat and try to overcome my fear of speaking in english over a microphone, maybe also do an AMA on twitter if anyone is interested.

Sorry for the lack of drawings or anything, been kinda depressed lately, but i´ll try to fix that and maybe stream again sometime soon. (I still have to finish a commission I owe, but i´m thinking of opening for more in the near future when i finish that one)

And as for the title of this journal, i´ve been thinking of buying minecraft, but i would like to have some people to play with, so if anyone here have a server or would like to start a new one post a comment here, maybe we can gather a decent group.

I´m planning on playing with mods, i really dont like Vanilla minecraft so i´ll probably will use FTB or some pack like those.

I also need to look for a new job, but in the meantime i have some free time, so i´ll be doing some quick sketch commissions, as always, I´ll try to make it look the best i can (even thou they are supposed to be quick, i dont like charging for something i think its not that good).

Sorry for the commissions i owe to some people, but I´m having problems to draw more complete stuff and I dont want to rush it just to finish it, again, sorry ):.

So... april has been a shitty month on the topic of drawing, and it seems May wont be much different -_-.
I have a horrible art block, cant think of anything to draw (i have some ideas, but cant put them on paper, well, not really paper since i draw digital but you get the idea).

I would love to stream, but im afraid i´ll end up drawing nothing and just staring at the screen >_>.
What would you like me to draw more of? anthros? ponies? pokemon? squirrels?
Aside from all that shitty stuff, I´m ok, my cat broke my keyboard (on a holiday when everything is closed, yay) but managed to fix it temporarily with scissors and tape.

I´ve been pretty absent lately thou i´ll try to get back to drawing.

And wanted to say sorry to those who i owe some pics, work has been pretty tiring and boring and its hard not to fall asleep or end up playing something when i get home.
Seeing as that is the case, i think i´ll increase commission prices soon, time has become a bit more valuable now that i have less of it (maybe at the start of next month or something) so if you want to commission something, do it now for a lesser price (thou it might take me a while to make them, but i´ll try to do them fast).

On the streaming side, I got a job proposal some time ago but i need to do some kind of test, so i´ll be doing that now, still not sure how it looks, i dont feel very positive lately, feel free to come to the stream and say hi.

First i want to apologize for not doing a stream yesterday like usual, but got a new boardgame and had to try it.

So, i´ve been playing a lot of dota 2 lately (as sometimes happens with games, i tend to play to much and draw nothing).
As a way to draw some more, i´ll be doing sketches for anyone interested in exchange for Dota 2 Keys or some items (also, i may do some Dota related pics later).

Anyway, the weekend´s done and i have work tomorrow, so have a good night.

Back to the topic, i´ve been on my home town these last 2 weekends, and didnt had my tablet or good internet there, and the worst thing is that i have to work this saturday, so i dont think i´ll be in the mood to stream that night D:

Anyway, as many people do (and %95 dont stick to it) i´ll write some objectives for this year, lets see if i can actually get something done :P.

-Find a new job
The one im working at the moment will end this 31, if possible would love to work on something video-game related.

-Work more on boardgames (or if possible a videogame).
I would love to publish (or at least finish) the furry card game i´ve been working the last... 2 years?, if not, i would love to have another game playable (i have a lot of ideas for games, but only the card game is in a playable and fun state, lets just call it v0.9, its almost there, just need people to playtest it with).

-Draw a short Comic
I have some ideas for a short comic, but never started it or anything, i currently have two in mind involving two different characters of mine, one of Nova (the Fire Squirrel with his dragon partner Arrow). Or one about Pandora and her race (the magical and mysterious creature). If any of you have a preference for any of those two let me know, or if you think a poll would be a good idea.

-Draw/paint more, try to develop a style
This one is kind of obvious, havent been drawing much lately and i think my "style" goes from place to place, not actually sticking to anything (which can be annoying for a consistence factor). Also i will try to do more colored pic or speedpaints.

-Sculp something decent
I´ve been wanting to try doing some little sculpture, i have yet to get the materials, but as soon as i get them (which may take a while because im lazy and dont have time to buy it during the week) i´ll do something pony and anthro related.

-Get a Girlfriend
The hardest one, i´m a really shy person and i dont go out much, so its kind of hard for me to meet new people. I´ll try to go out a bit more and be more social (i dont have a problem talking to people, but i usually dont talk to people i dont know without them talking to me first).

Well, i think those are all for now, on another note i´m thinking of what to do for this month special discount, i was thinking of a new commission similar to a ref sheet, but more focused on helping people to create new characters (concept sheet? i dont know).
And because i havent (and wont be able) to stream in a while, i´ll try to do a really long stream on the 12, be it drawing, some games if any of you like, and if enough people want, i could try talking with a mic (bear in mind that i have no idea how i´ll sound talking in english).
