It's been a while since I needed to exchange my old smartphone for a new one, and finally, I was able to pay the the first installment on my new smartphone, which I bought with my own money earned from commission sales ^^
I'm on the way to financial independence :D

First, I'm sorry for taking so long to finish my current commissions, I need to finish a college work before. I will continue with my work as soon as I finish it.

If you guys read the description of my drawings you know my characters Apuana and Vivá were made for an webcomic, which genre is action/comedy - I guess I didn't mentioned that - however, I got an idea for a project I'm really interested to do and I think you guys may like: a yiff comic starring these both chars.
It would be a one chapther -like 20 or more pages- erotic comic with a simple plot featuring they. But don't be fooled by the simple plot proposal, I always try to do something more, I'll also try to write them as realistically as I can - not that I don't appreciate a good ol' porn comic, I do, but I think these elements make a good difference in the result. Anyway, I guess the main question is "It will be hot?" Sure! I'll make the best I can.

The thing is, If I made the comic, would you support me financially? It's kind of complicated to make comic pages with my current equipment and with the support I could acquire improvements. I'm thinking about creating a Patreon.
So, what you guys think? Plz let me know in the comments.

Hi, everybody ^^
This is a quick update about my current situation, since I wasn't very active here on FA since the last raffle.
Well, currently I'm working on the request of the raffle winner, which I'll post when finished.
But before that, I was creating a character for another work and that for me takes a lot of time, it's a lot of decisions and designs that are usually rejected, and I was managing to make the final design. Until an accident happened:
It started the rainy season where I live, and it was raining one night and I was drawing, I had left my sketchbook in a safe corner (at least before it was safe), but the heavy rain unfortunately partially hit the sketchbook on the side, which compromised all the sheets. The drawings are still visible but I can't use it anymore.
This was my sketchbook for oc's, but the one for commissions and requests is still complete, so I'm making the prize for the draw.
I will buy the new scketchbook and continue posting normally.

Terms of Servise:

1. General

1.1- These Terms of Service are relevant to Non-Commercial and Commercial commissions.
1.2- By asking for a commission, client agrees to the terms below.
1.3- I have the right to refuse a commission without explanation
1.4- I have the right to cancel a commission. In this case, payment will be refunded (check Refunds” session below)
1.5- I have the right to make changes to these Terms, however not affecting clients who have agreed to previous terms.

2. Payment

2.1- Payment must be made in advance and in full through PayPal before work begins.
2.2- If payment is not made within 36 hours, I have the right to cancel the commission.
2.3- For commissions whose payment is made by paypal, a small fee will be charged, which can vary between amounts close to 5% of the total amount.
2.4- I only keep money from up to two individuals at a time, all others will be placed on the waiting list until an active slot is opened. There is no additional cost for the waiting list, and commissions will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis.

3. Working method and revisions.

3.1- The client can request WIP screenshots from his commission at any time, if his image is already being worked on.
3.2- The client has the right to make a revision and request alterations from sketch to the flat color phases of a shading commission. If any additional revisions are needed, an extra fee will be asked. (Make sure to voice your opinion if anything seems off, that’s why I send WIP shots of the commission.)
3.3- Additional revisions and changes cost more, depending on what is requested.
3.4- I do not work with complex perspectives, detailed backgrounds (only simple for now), cubs, diapers, vore, gore, inflation, incest, scat, sacrilege, hate-speech, rape, ferals, animal genitalia or torture. Nsfw with two (or more) characters is limited to straight stuff only. Solo nsfw pics don't matter, although I still have to be comfortable with the overall scene and pose, like if a male char is gay then anything that has penetration in it is a 'No' for me, sorry. Please pick characters that are either male or female, no herm or other "variants" plz.
3.5- I don't give a set time frame for when I start or end a commission. It can take anywhere from a week to a month or a little longer, so if you're in a real hurry to receive your artwork, think twice. However, I never forget your commission and I always let you know the stage of progress.

4. Refunds

4.1- If a commission is canceled at any time, the customer will receive a full refund.
4.2- If a commission is canceled by the client, a partial refund will be made according to the parts of the work completed.
Ex. If a commission is canceled during the draft phase, I will refund the rest of the image. You take only what has been done.

5. Image Rights

5.1- I retain all the rights to my artwork unless otherwise stated in a signed contract.
5.2- I retain all the reproduction rights to the image, meaning I can sell prints, digital copies and any other merchandise. Additionally, you agree that I may sell higher-resolution files and WIP stages of your commission as part of image packs or similar.
5.3- The client has the right of personal use of the high-resolution image and the right to distribute the low-resolution image for any non-profit purposes (posting on online galleries and social networks).
5.4- The client retains all the rights to their character.
5.5- The client is PROHIBITED from using their commission for AI training. If this is violated, I will not provide they with any further service.

2. Pagamento

2.1- O pagamento deve ser feito antecipadamente e integralmente através do Pix antes do início do trabalho.
2.2- Se o pagamento não for realizado dentro de 36h, tenho o direito de cancelar a comissão.
2.3- Para comissões cujo pagamento são realizadas através do Paypal será cobrado uma pequena taxa, que pode variar entre valores próximos de 5% do valor total.
2.4- Eu só guardo dinheiro de até duas pessoas por vez, todas as outras serão colocadas na lista de espera até que uma vaga ativa seja aberta. Não há custo adicional para a lista de espera, e as comissões serão tratadas por ordem de chegada.

3. Método de trabalho e Revisões

3.1- O cliente pode solicitar capturas WIP [via print screen] de sua comissão a qualquer momento, se sua imagem já estiver sendo trabalhada.
3.2- O cliente tem o direito de fazer uma revisão e pedir por alterações, da fase do esboço até a fase das cores flat em uma commission com shading. Em caso de necessidade de novas alterações após a fase das cores flat, uma taxa extra será pedida. (Não se esqueça de dar sua opinião se qualquer coisa parecer errada de acordo com o que você deseja. É por isso que envio imagens do WIP.)
3.3- Revisões e alterações adicionais custam mais, dependendo do que for solicitado.
3.4- Não trabalho com perspectivas complexas, cenários detalhados (apenas simples por enquanto), filhotes, fraldas, vore, gore, inflação, incesto, scat, sacrilégio, discurso de ódio, estupro, genitálias animais, ferais nem tortura. Nsfw com dois (ou mais) personagens está limitado apenas a hétero. Desenhos nsfw solo tudo bem, porém eu ainda preciso estar confortável com a cena geral e a pose, por exemplo, se um personagem masculino for gay, então qualquer coisa que envolva penetração é um não para mim, me desculpe. Escolha personagens masculinos ou femininos, sem herm ou "variantes", por favor.
3.5- Eu não dou um prazo definido para quando eu começo ou termino uma comissão. Pode demorar de uma semana, um mês ou um pouco mais, portanto se você estiver com muita pressa de receber sua arte, pense duas vezes. Contudo, eu nunca esqueço de sua comissão e sempre informo a etapa do progresso.

4. Reembolsos

4.1- Se uma comissão for cancelada a qualquer momento, o cliente receberá um reembolso total.
4.2- Se uma comissão for cancelada pelo cliente, será feito um reembolso parcial de acordo com as partes do trabalho concluídas.
Ex: Se uma comissão for cancelada na fase de rascunho, reembolsarei o restante da imagem. Você pega apenas pelo que foi feito.

5. Direitos de imagem
5.1- Eu detenho todos os direitos da minha obra a não ser que o contrário esteja expresso em um contrato assinado.
5.2- Eu detenho todos os direitos de reprodução da imagem, o que significa que posso vender prints, cópias digitais e qualquer outra mercadoria. Além disso, eu posso vender arquivos em alta resolução e imagens WIP (work in progress) de sua commissão como parte de pacotes de imagem e similares.
5.3- O cliente tem o direito de uso pessoal da imagem em alta definição e o direito de distribuir a imagem em baixa definição para qualquer razão não lucrativa (como postar em galerias online e redes sociais)
5.4- O cliente detêm todos os direitos do próprio personagem.
5.5- O cliente está PROIBIDO de usar sua comissão para treinamento de IA. Caso isso seja violado, a ele não prestarei nenhum serviço a mais.
