I am trying hard to keep to my word in keeping a journal up for all too see. But with work occupying most my time during the week, and me trying rest up during weekends, it's hard. So much on my mind lately, I just don't know where to begin. I mean, I truly love every one of you, my friends. Your friendship with me means so much to me. Without you, I'm sure I'd be still in the dark, searching for that grain of true happiness that I have now. I realize life is but a journey, it never really ends from the beginning of our existence, to the end of time. I know perhaps I'm getting too philosophical here, it's just the way I am at times. I want to do and have things I've held back from myself more and more than ever. Finally let my inner spirit loose and be really happy for a change. Not that I am unhappy here, I mean I seek TOTAL happiness now. I'm tired of being overworked. Tired of endless drama and pain. You get the point, I reckon. But when I am with you, my problems melt away, even if it's just for a weekend, or a day. Which is why I so like to go to conventions. I want you to be around me 24-7. Christmas time... a time to be together with the people you love. To share great food, be in good company, and express feelings of peace on Earth and goodwill to all men (and women and children too!) and all creatures great and small. It is also a good time to reflect upon the past years' events, both good and bad, big and small. Also a time for charity, help our many a brother or sister that so could use our help in their time(s) of need in ways we can comfortably do so without putting our own selves in the same situation. Before you think this being a sappy, preachy journal, I want each and every one of you to just regard this not as a rant, nor a tirade.. rather, a reflection this years past.

We lost some good souls this year, some famous.. and some more close to home. We even lost people we don't know directly, but still they are part of this great family we have here in this world. All shining stars in the eyes of The Creator, our collective Brothers and Sisters, nonetheless. No one insignificant or degrees of glory. All equal in The Creators' sight. Yet, there are those that wish to disrespect those that have gone, who cannot defend themselves. People who have total disregard for solace and that inner peace the peoples' loved ones left behind all and us as a civilization so desire, only to stir the pot of contention for their very own cause. Why these people do this, I know not what goes on in their heads; perhaps it is the work of the Evil One at hand yet again, under the guise of The Chosen One. Ay, we all can lash out back in kind, but seriously, would that accomplish anything? To this I say nay, fighting the fires of contempt and hatred with fire only makes the fires burn hotter. I say-- be the shining beacon in this dark and uncertain world. Be the water that flows like true love from the heart. Only then can we achieve true peace.

We also saw some changes in our leadership, during this election year. We may have not got the people we wanted in office, and what matters is that we exercised our right to vote and to speak out on how we feel. Let me remind you, even though our candidate(s) may have not won, we still have our victories, knowing that we spoke out. Without fear of oppression or reprisal. And realize we still shine most when we express love in bountiful ways. No one should be poor, nor does anyone deserve to be rich. All truly belongs to the Creator, not us. None of us should have to suffer because of certain classes of people think they are above one another.

With all this being said, it is my hope and prayer that 2013 is a better year for all of us. We learn to work together, for the betterment of all of us, for all creatures and the world. Thank you all for the love you have given me this year. Allow me to give back that love in return.

I know what you, my followers are thinking.. What is this all about and how it might affect you. I assure you, it won't ever affect you, should you let it. While this does sound ominous, it isn't. Ok? Here goes--

I've put some thought into what I am going to do from now on.. in the fandom.

1. I know I have offered my friendship bracelets and have decided to continue the tradition of making them for new friends that I meet at Conventions. However, the rules are simple here, you have to be my friend to get one for free, and if you want your friends or mates to get one free from me they have to want to be my friend in return.. Simple enough? I'd like to think so!

2. I am thinking of taking up basic photography as a side hobby, call it a new thing I am going to explore. Perhaps I can tie this into my newest commission idea- Making Calendars, Greeting Cards, Contact Cards..as well as other commssionings!

3. I am not going to be the "push over" I used to be.. I am going to be the person I want to be. Also means, I am going to cons which interest me, and if I do pay and secure a room for said con, I am going to have my rules and they all have to be abided by. No quibbles, no argument, no drama. I acknowledge I made commitments this year for the following year, and I intend to follow through with them. And those people know pretty well who I promised about this, no need remind me on this thread.. If you want to talk about it, it's fine.. just asking you don't bring up matters between you and me out in the public.. I mean, if I had a private issue with you, I'd take it privately over Note or IM or other means, its only common courtesy, ask you to do the same.

4. I am going to try and apply myself to finish Wolf Song, just not at the beginning of 2013, like I really wanted to. I am finding the more I pressure myself into this, it only heightens my writers block, and tends to make this effort counter-productive. I know I have many followers wanting to see the finished product, but this is my project here. Can only do so much, am a wolf in a human's body, unfortunately.. (LOL)

5. I am probably going to be working at my job most of the year gearing for the rest of my future, and trust me, I am frankly scared of it. Just hope I end up making the right decisions down that path into happiness for all of us.. Trust me, it'll be rewarding for all of us in the long run. but bear in mind.. when I do go to a con.. its a vacation for me.. which is why I want to go to at least 2 cons a year, minimum..

6. I am going to try to be there as much as I can for each and every one of you. Just know I will not and SHALL NOT pick favorites. If you really do seek my help, I'll try to do my best for you. But then like I say.. I don't give advice, more I call them options or directions. Simply put, I am sure you are all mature enough to make decisions on your own, and I cannot be responsible if you took something the wrong way and got hurt in some way shape or form.

7. My Emotions. Yes, they can be raw at times, I still may have the occasional rants, frustrations here, but I can totally promise you all that none will be directed to you. You are my friends, my family. Again if I did have a problem with any of you, I'd go directly to you. And if I cross a line with you, do tell me.

Ok, got that off my furry chest.. any others will be posted as the need arises.. I am so thankful for each and every one of you, my friends. I can honestly say this with a smile that I am your friend, always and forever.. and to those that I have already met in person-- glad to have met you.. to those I haven't.. well.. make it a point to go and see me or someday I might come to see you!

Well, I've come to a decision-- I will NOT be making Dreamcatchers anymore.. I just don't have the time nor the patience to do them.. But I still will be making my Friendship Bracelets. And I am going to stick to my writing of my poetry and the story WOLF SONG. I know I promised a fellow fur a dreamcatcher, so I am going to turn and ask that fur if I can buy one for him.. I know he probably expects me to make him one, and probably will be disappointed in me. I just can only hope he'll understand that this buying of a dreamcatcher will make things right. I know I suck royally at drawing, my art is my words, just trying to find my niche in the fandom is hard. I want to be well-known for my heart and my creativity as well. But the pressure for me to do one up and above is hard for me to do. Perhaps I am just trying too hard to please. But I will never give up on being there for anyone and everyone that I hold close. And hope that I get accepted for what I can do. You all are my friends, forever grateful for you. Means so much that you all love me for who and what I am, despite the bumpy roads in my life. Just a word of thanks for being there for me, I know I couldn't be here without any of you, you really all mean so much to me, and even to those I do watch here on FA and not return watches, my love and appreciation for you too as well. Yes I am going! Just leaving a day earlier than I planned.. but I hope to see you all there!

I may have to cancel my trip for MFF this year. I've not been feeling well these past couple days, and its not worth not getting sicker there, not to mention getting all my friends sick with what I got. I have no idea what's wrong, so please don't ask. All I know is I am not getting "cold feet" about going. I really wanted to go this year, re-network with my current circle of friends, and meet some new ones and basically have a slamming good time. I just hope you as my friends will understand, because if you were sick and didn't want to go, I know I would. There is always next year, perhaps. And perhaps it'll be for the better. I love every one of you, my friends. Your friendship means so much to me, you have no idea how much you are my rock. To the people I haven't met yet that I was planning to meet- I just hope this isn't the end of this new friendship, and I still can send your friendship Bracelets should you want them, just drop me a Private Message and I'll get them out ASAP. I know I promised myself I would never post a dramatic journal ever since returning from my hiatus, but there are situations where I feel it is now warranted. I am not venting here to any particular person, or even group of furs.. so please don't consider this a rant. Ok, here goes..

I am still dealing with anxiety, which I am finding it harder and harder to deal with. And its not from the fandom, which I really enjoy being will all of you, my friends. I treasure each and every one of you, couldn't want anything more from you. Your true friendship means so much to me, which is why I make friendship bracelets for you from me for free.. You cannot put a price on that. The friendships I hope last throughout the years to come. I reckon the anxiety is coming from my own self doubt, my personal failures. and my weaknesses. I just need to figure a way to get myself out of this funk I am in now.. Leaving the fandom again would only hurt me more, I reckon.. You are all my friends and family.. more than you will ever know. Work is working me like the proverbial dog here, and it literally kills me to work 5am to 430pm, 5 days a week. The constant pressure of meeting deadlines and the raising of the bar of what to put out. I perhaps envy a lot of my fellow fur friends that can go to cons whenever and wherever they want. I do want some sort of business partner for my business Idea.. I still want to be a successful writer for the Wolf Song Series. I just need some help here.. I don't need any demands here or there from you.. I just want someone I can hold close and let me be the fur I am to be. If this is drama, I am truly sorry.. I'll just figure a way out of this funk on my own.. and I dont want to do it alone.. I AM ASKING FOR HELP.. Please..
