There is quite a great game coming out of  jasonafex in the form of Amorous! It's still in alpha so there's lots to add, but what's already there is great so far.

It's a dating sim and it's got a LOT of potential! Whether you've got the time to tell them that they are awesome or a little spare income to send their way, this is something that definitely will benefit from all the help it could get! There's a very nice character customization aspect, animated scenes, some exploration, lots of dialogue and branching dialogue options, there will be 12 date-able characters in the final product and they are giving it all to us FREE! So we should be awesome and support them fully!

So I know I don't have a heck of a lot of followers, but I do love to talk (as my roommates will tell you) and have a horrible sense of what qualifies as "too much information", so feel free to ask away! Kitty will answer pretty much anything, however utterly random!

So, I'm still alive! Just had a very... long summer and a weird/miserable start to my quarter back at college. Yay for cancelled classes? :( This is my sort of update/coming back to the fandom journal, not that I'll be coming back in any other measurable way as I am dirt broke and writing nothing but 21st century music for the "ivory tower" types teaching all of my classes (and the other stuff I've written are all arrangements and I'm relatively iffy on the legality of posting it here).

That being said I have a few short points of news:

Point the first, I'm apparently a (semi)professional arranger at long last! Finally made my first batch of monies doing some arranging over the summer period, so if you play a trombone, know people who play trombones or find yourself on the receiving end of [insert your own very witty sexual innuendo involving trombones HERE, preferably involving the slide and gratuitous amounts of kink], I've got music that you can play! And the ability to write more for very little money as I am currently being paid now in 'life experience'. Definitely feel like the starving artist now. :P I can write for other ensembles and arranging is ridiculously fun, so if any furs DO want a specific arrangement of a song for whatever size group, do feel free to drop this kitty a line, it'll be far more interesting than studying "Density 25.1" for the upteenth time.

Point the second, if you are naughty (like me) and always "in the mood" (like me) and enjoy flash games that vicariously fulfill such naughtiness in a surprisingly fun way, go check out  fek because this artist has created a flash game called Rack that is surprisingly fun, surprisingly addictive, much hotter than I thought at first glance and will be eating up the time I am not working on music and my roommate isn't around (so basically the next five minutes between now and class, yay for living with seven bloody people). Point the third, I watch a lot of Totalbiscuit and Yahtzee on Youtube and have now found myself inserting various "British"-like terms into my everyday vocabulary. I apologize, do feel free to slap me.

Point the fourth, don't buy Destiny. Don't do it. Just don't. Go play Halo and Borderlands at the same time while simultaneously grinding on World of Warcraft, you'll be much better off, will get a rough estimate of the Destiny experience with a heck of a lot more content from each individual venue.

Point the fifth.... um..... I've kind of run out of things.... well positive things at least, now go back to browsing your naughty pictures you furry buggers :P I know I will!

So I had a furry related facebook account for quite some time. Everything was all well and dandy until one day my account was disabled. I tried to see if there was any sort of notification anywhere of an impending disabling of my account, any warnings of misconduct, any alarms about something I'd done, just anything. Doesn't exist. That's right, facebook can PERMANENTLY disable your account with absolutely ZERO notice. And the best part is, there is NO way to contact them directly. If I want my account to be reactivated I must provide government identification. Which is a problem considering none of my government documentation goes under the name of my fursona "Dunston". So, as far as I can tell, my account is gone forever with zero chance for recourse and absolutely no idea of why. My best guess is some asshole got his panties in a knot and reported me (thanks Carl Waldron, if that was you, you're as pathetic a human being as you could possibly be. If not, then disregard).

The best part though, I recreated the account with a brand new email (was about time to update anyways considering the amount of spam as I was getting :P ) and restarted the process of finding all of my favorite furry friends, and even taking the time to select more active and appropriate groups. So maybe it wasn't all so bad. Until that account was also deactivated without my knowledge. That's right, before I even got the chance to do really anything other than add some movies to my favorites list and post a youtube video, my account was gone again. So I looked through my email to see if Facebook offered ANY reasoning for my account being disabled. Nothing, not even a notice that my account was gone.

Facebook is a monopoly. It is all powerful and it is not held accountable by anyone. They can disable people's accounts with absolute impunity and no need what-so-ever to offer anything resembling an explanation. If you have a furry related facebook account (under any name that is not your legal name) be VERY wary. They can, and will, disable your account and you'll never see it again and you'll never get it back. There is no system of complaint that allows you to see why your account was disabled. It's exceptionally frustrating and I hope no-one else has to leave Facebook entirely. I had some pretty good friends on their and now I have to go digging through the bowels of FA to find them, IF I can remember all of their names. The rest of them will never know what happened to me.

So yeah, be VERY wary on Facebook, because if you've been banned once, they will apparently seek you out to keep you banned forever.

Officially turning 22 today! And spending the day at FC! Quite the awesome combination if I do say so myself. I'll be posting my new Marci badge soon and hopefully some more music after that.

I passed my Junior figure skating test!!! Am so very happy and excited! :) A big thanks to everyone who wished me luck, it was a big help! And now I'm thinking I should totally get a commission of my fursona skating... Anyways, yay!

As many of you may not know, I am a "semi-professional" figure skater and tomorrow I have my junior freeskate test which is the second to last test I would have to take before being a full on professional figure skater. Needless to say I am quite nervous but hopeful. I wish my jumps were more consistan but it is what it is. Keep your fingers and paws crossed! =^.^=

So yeah, I'm getting back into the whole raffle thing again. Bound and determined to win one of these! Mostly as a matter of pride, but also because all my money is going into college and this is probably the only way I'm going to be getting any art for the foreseeable future.
