So.... sorry but I planned on recording a ton of Cello related stuff as im studying alot of diffrent old music styles and such, so i wantd to get real serious and actually start recording some cello stuff, ... I got one done, (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9260063/) and had like 30 more planned on doing, well, now its Christmas season and im in 7 different concerts in the month of December on various instruments, and normal Christmas stuff, Finals for my first semester of college are soon, and im overloaded lol. and after all that, im flying home to be with family for Christmas, so i wont be around any recording stuff to record more things (and ill get to see my old cello again, and perform on it twice on christmas eve =D)

Just thought i would let you guys know, why I haven't continued uploads, it will start again hopefully in early/mid January.

So yes, on this almost completely day off, i did get around to recording a song. Ill get it uploaded in the next 3 days ish (maybe tomorrow)

I actually (almost) have a free day tomorrow :D. maybe ill actually record something and post it.

in other news, i think im finally starting to come out of the fog ive been in the past weekish, after recent events ive been distant lately. Also changed the strings on my cello. Really happy to have a awesome new set of strings, even though it set me back $190.

Not happy with the results. Sad day..........im not gonna type out my feelings right now. 1. no one probably cares. and 2. it really doesn't matter, were just going to have to prepare for 4 more years of the same...

Anyone play piano/can record piano, wanna help me/ do some collaborations with me. They are piano cello duet pieces, but im seriously getting tired of working and recording alone ALL the time. im starting to get discouraged almost to the point were ive completely stopped working on music projects outside of school and church performances.

before i ask, in a few days, but for sure after next saturdays concert, im gonna upload a demo track of the album, then a journal with some info how to get it, so yeh.. soon

anyway... I was wondering. If i did a livestream of me practicing/ maybe even a livestream concert, would ANYONE watch? even if i get 1 person im happy. Cuz im a really lazy recording stuff, and i'm not a huge fan of recording stuff, but i like performing, so i thought this would be some good middle ground.

sorry i havent gotten back to you guys about buying my album. i thought things would calm down after mid terms, but really there is just a ton of stuff going on right now. and im not feeling to good lately so... yeh thats not helping. I'll get back to you guys eventually.

I think im gonna stop arranging music for a wile. to be honest, it dose not seem like my arrangements are going anywhere, especially for how much time i put into them. And doing them is becoming less useful, since my main motivation was to make music for my old orchestra and numerous small ensembles to play back home in Washington. To an extent I was fairly successful with a small group i was asked to join cuz they lacked a cellist, We played almost everything I or the lead violinist composed/arranged. My high school chamber group also played 2 of the songs (never for performance though). And my string trio/quartet from church performed one. Right now I have no such groups im apart of (besides college symphony and cello master class) and currently i have no intentions to going back to Washington for a extended period of time (over a month). So i feel i need to re invent what im doing. what that is i don't know.

but i guess ill start back at basics and thats focus on live performance (with my new church, School, and my old church when i do go home) instead of recording stuff/writing music. Im hoping to record some cello stuff over time and my attempt some full band covers but to be honest I really dont know what direction im supposed to go in right now...

So my friend and I's album "Beloved" which came out in August will be available exclusively to my fur friends (basically if your reading this thats you xD) starting in a few days via mail. If you guys want a demo mp3 i can throw something together in the near future, but its mid term time so im pressed for time. bellow are some stats on the album and interesting things for those who find it interesting lol. 1. We have sold just under 75 copies
2. I hand make all the albums myself.
3. There are 5 original songs, and 6 covers/arrangements
4. All the songs were recorded and mixed by me in my sisters old bedroom (she moved out) lol I put together a recording studio in there.
5. 3 different electric guitars, 1 cello, 1 viola, 2 acoustic guitars, a random shaker, and 2 voices (my friend and I) are used on the album, oh and some rain effects.
6. eh that's all i can think of for now.

Hey everybody, Sorry ive been fairly inactive lately. School has been getting crazy as its midterm time, and im performing almost weekly at the new church I go to. But i do have my part of a trade to upload (hopefully on Saturday or Sunday) so keep an eye out for that. I think im almost settled in after the move nearly 5 weeks ago. And over all ive been much happier since i moved.

Also ive been tossing around the idea of making my album "Beloved" available here on FA, idk if its a good idea or not but will see.

You guys should listen to this. This song speaks to me in almost every way possible.

Im having a hard time deciding what new strings to put on my acoustic. The guitar is a DBZ Tuscan SQM model, im not sure whats on there right now, as i bought the guitar used from GC about 1.5 years ago, and the strings that are on their are fantastic, they've gone through probably close to 40 gigs. They appear to be stock strings. anyway, I love this guitar dearly and im sort of weird when it comes to changing strings, i usually wait till one breaks or in a few cases replace them when they get to dirty and old. This is one of teh dirty and old cases, im just not sure what to replace them with.
My favorite brand so far has been Martin and co. but I have a set fo Elixir Phosphor Bronze. idk, should i give those a try? Any one have any other brands/models of strings I should look at?

Been in Utah for 10 days now. Started school yesterday, first day at college. Its going to be pretty rough at times. I really hope once i get into the swing of things ill have time to keep working on music outside of school, a lot of the house still isn't set up so im doing the best i can with everything :). Im also auditioning for 3 instruments at a local church for their AWESOME christian Rock band, im really excited about that xD, but again it takes more time. Hope everyone else out there is doing well with whatever their doing xD.

Its time to move. Im leaving tomorrow morning at 5:00 am for a 16 hour/ 2 day car drive as i move to St. George, Utah. Then a short time after getting settled I start College on the 20th of August.. Im not really sure if im excited about all this or not, its just so weird feeling. To be leaving a lot of stuff behind, and only coming back only for Christmas and part of the summer. Anyway... yeh.

Last night was our 3rd annual block party at my house. Our album went on sale and it was a complete success. Our performance was awesome, and my band Last Remnant was Rocking hard (check us out on facebook... LastRemnantBand) We almost sold out xD. After i move ill post some more info of how to get your copy via mail. Thanks everyone for the support.
