By paying for an image from me you agree to and fully understand the following:

Duplicate images (I as the artist need to be able to express myself and create works. Don’t ask me to copy others or myself. It may be simple but that’s the problem. I cant do it. It hurts me to copy myself, and others .i need creativity and freedom to express it. Its what makes me unique!)

Payment: Payment will be made up at the end and in full when I have finished on the commission. Usually I will not send my papal address unless I have confirmed I will take your order but PLEASE don't send payment until we have both agreed on the terms of the commission. If something should happened where the commission is lost or broken, no party shall suffer. If you do not have the funds to pay in full at the time when the bill comes, the work may be deleted, scrapped, etc. The rights of the work belong to me.


Completion Time: Up to my discretion but I will make it no longer than a month after concept agreement and price acknowledgement.
If you order a beastly commission. It may take time. You have the right to ask for updates. Pestering and harassment will ultimately result in termination of the project an the agreed terms between buyer and artist resolved.

-im a full time student (of college)

if i dont respond. or i forget to answer something. or i forget to do soemthing. i put off something for what seems like a eternity. PLEASE. LET ME HAVE THAT. IM SO BUSY, IVE KNOWN TO SKIP MEALS OR FORGET AGENDAS. 4. MY COMPUTER IS STARTING TO SUCK. HARD.
long story short. some know. some dont. my computer has been giving me issues. but i have had this thing for well over two years. and it has served me well. but now that times have gotten better. so has technology. my computer cannot run most games anymore. it simply cant. and in terms of art? it can only handle. SAI. which isnt a whole lot. considering i have photoshop as well..So right now i am pinching pennies and trying to build a new computer. witht he specs that i need to keep it going for at least a few years. (if you have any tips or anything. god-bless cuse im still new to this. )
