Today is Halloween, and I hope you all have a good one this year.

Last night, I think I experienced my first ever night terror. I was also up late preparing a draft for a research paper project for a history class at my college. During my night terror, I was bolting out of my bedroom screaming in fear over an extremely terrifying hallucination, and then I crashed into a piece of furniture and fell down, slightly injuring my left elbow and left leg. I was so frightened by it all, that I found it impossible to go back to sleep.

I recently had thoughts about giving my fat dragon fursona Parker magic powers. I wonder what you all think about this idea.

My University’s Fall 2025 semester begins tomorrow and will end in mid-December. If all goes according to plan, this will be my final semester before I graduate.

Today is my 22nd birthday, and I got up early to make this journal.

The site is completely back to normal now, but when I got onto the site, I received an avalanche of submission notifications and I spent hours just to get caught up on my submissions faves.

I have finished all of my finals exams for the spring 2025 semester of my university and I have plans for the summer of 2025. On May 19, I will start a summer semester that will consist exclusively on online classes, and there will be 3 of them. The summer semester will end on June 27 and shortly after the semester ends, my family will go on a cruise to Bermuda.

To help get the site back to normal sooner, I decided to nuke all of my notifications. You should do it too to help out with the site.

The option for FA users to change their display names has finally arrived. I’ve decided to hop on the display name bandwagon and changed my display name myself, so what do you think?

I have officially made the decision to change my fursona’s gender to female because Parker is a name that is often used by women and my fursona’s hair style looks similar to a woman’s.

My university’s spring break started yesterday, and I will have plenty of time to roleplay and do other things. My university will return from break on March 24.

I just wanted to let you all know that I am making a change with regards to my fursona’s species: From now on, my fursona Parker is a dragon and will be referred to as a dragon exclusively. I have edited every single submission of my character on Fur Affinity, DeviantArt, and Weasyl to reflect this change. However, my fursona’s physical appearance and the like will remain completely unchanged. I hope you all understand these changes.

The Fur Affinity staff updated their website so that users can now change their display name. I am thinking about changing my display name too. What should I change it to?

I normally don’t make posts like these, but recently, one of my college professors assigned me and his students to read a Native American folk tale called Trickster and the Talking Bulb. To be honest, this folk tale sounds like a 21st century fetish story that someone, especially furries like me, would post online, but this is a legitimate folk tale from a Native American tribe. To be more specific, this story comes from the Winnebago or Ho-Chunk tribe. If you do research online, you will find that many ethnic groups and cultures around the world have bizarre folk tales, some of which would be considered NSFW or fetishy by today’s standards.

I just wanted to let you know that my university’s 2025 Spring semester will begin tomorrow and will end on May 2.

2024 was a wild and rough year for me. I made some new drawings during Art Fight and commissioned people to make drawings of my fursona. The last part of 2024 was especially rough on me because a certain orange man won the 2024 election by a slim margin and is a member of a party that has a very large faction that a lot of his allies are on that oppose the rights of sexual minorities, including homosexuals. I expressed genuine fear that my status as a homosexual with a boyfriend would mean that it would no longer be safe for me to be in my home country of America and that I would have no choice but to move to another country where I would be safe. I told my father and stepmother about these fears and in a major moment, I came out to be being gay and having a boyfriend right in front of them. They were struggling to understand my situation and I was struggling to get them to understand as well. Fortunately, they accepted the fact that I was gay and had a boyfriend and I went to see a psychiatrist to deal with my fears and mental situation and things have gotten better ever since.
