So I have never run into an issue with an artist before. also, don't know if I'm over reacting. So over a year ago, I pay over $70 dollars for 5 sketches one of which was to be colored. I understand that the artist was having family issues, which is why I wasn't in a hurry to get them. They eventually started to send out emails to their commissioners with updates and started sending out the pictures again. I sent an email with my commission list and email as they requested to verify everything. I recently found out that they had completed 3 of them here

but they were not individual and there are 3 other commissions that are not mine. I recently contacted the artist about getting the picture separate and the other 2 commissions and they told me this

I can't do color, so I've been offering refunds for that.

I looked through their gallery and only saw the three above. I then sent another email with proof of payments and the emails confirming the commissions. I also asked how refunds worked for commissions because I have never received one before. I have yet to hear anything and I ask you guys for advice on what to do. Thank You.

I know its a bit late, but I just wanted to thank everyone for the birthday wishes. I had a lot of fun this year. Spent some time in Portland Oregon with some friends and I got invited to go to Pax west convention in Seattle. I got to spend time with some family from the other side of the U.S. I also got a lot of cool art from different artists just before my birthday. Hey guys as the subject says my birthday is coming up at the end of the month and I've decided to treat myself this year. I've gotten a few commission this last month and instead of flooding FA at once I'm going to start posting a picture every day. hope you guys enjoy these as much as I have :)

Just a regular day. Having lunch with a friend from work (hibachi) we get ready to leave and pay our tab and the waiter informed us our meal have already been taken care of!! We look at each other like ?? and we went to go find the person that paid for our meals. This doesn't happen very often, but when it does it makes me happy I joined the military. Thank you!

Sooooo my computer finally failed. The hard drive gave out. This means my laptop will be out of commission till i can find the one i need to replace it. looks like ill be using my phone to watch streams and to keep up with FA.

Does any one know a good artist that makes a detailed reference sheet and doesn't mind doing hypers?
I have to constantly use two different pictures for color and for her curves and more often the colors are not comming out the way I wanted. I figured it would be easier if I had an updated ref sheet.

I just sent a ticket on f-list for an art theft issue for some of my pictures and some others. this is just for proof of identity.

so last night I got a message from someone saying that someone else was using my oc. I went to the site and sure enough it was my girl Katie. I've never had this happen before so I'm not sure what to do. I tried to report them on the site but i keep getting an error saying i did something wrong so I'm not sure how to even communicate on that site.

Some one rub some luck on me. I have not won any kind of Patreon raffle in 3 weeks for like 5 different artists lol.
