I haven't been on here in a while! How have you guys been? I'm back for the time being! Going to be faving some art and reading y'alls journals like a creep, so get ready.
Any way UPDATE TIME
BLFC was awesome. I absolutely loved going to Reno with all my close friends and just having a great time. I feel like BLFC really got me back into why I joined this fandom in the first place. I'm so thankful for all my friends and people I love. (I'm looking at you
). I can honestly call them my family. I just connected with everyone all over again. It was magical. CALIFUR was alright. I'm really disappointed with the way it's going, and I hope they figure out a way to make things the way they were 3-4 years ago. Again I had an awesome time hanging with my friends. I guess that's all I look forward to in a con like this. One Big RATCHET Party.
LIFE overall has been great. Been working on film sets recently as a still
unit photographer as well as commercial/entertainment photography. I have an art show tomorrow in Los Angeles. Can't wait to show off my work to potential clients!

I won't write a whole bunch- Because there was just SO MUCH that happened at this con.
It was truly amazing this year :3
There was a time where I did break down and cry- But it was really for the best!
I feel like I have gotten closer with my
boyfriend ne_Ziggy than ever before.
He really is an amazing guy and I am so glad that he is part of my life <3
Day 0 Wednesday - Sober
Day 1 Thursday- Not sober. Got to see all my old friends!
Day 2 Friday- Hella not sober. People who knew what I was doing-
I was stuck on the bed for 4 hours and
became best friends with the fire detector on the ceiling.
Day 3 Saturday- Hella amazing night. Really felt a connection with everyone around me-Especially my boyfriend.

Posted 13 years agoSo i got a call today from a potential client. She seemed nice...
She wanted still photographs taken of a "sizzle reel" shoot for a reality TV show pilot. I told her to call me today.
She called, told me about the show, where we were meeting up and what not, and then I talked about their budget.
She told me that they didn't really have any of the budget left. I charge $125 for the whole day. Which is about $11 an hour. Not bad at all.
However she just assumed it was going to be done for free. From 9am in the morning till 4pm. Free professional pictures from an Emmy winning photographer...yeah no.
After I explained my reasonably priced day rate, the phone went silent...After an awkward "hello? are you there" she hung up.
Minutes later she decides to passive aggressively email my father titled "YOUR SON"
She basically said that I agreed to shoot for free, and that I then told her I would charge a rate. She called it unprofessional and rude.
Bitch please don't get me started.
This is probably the first time I've had this happen to me haha Guess I gotta get used to it.
