So turned in the rest of my paperwork today, and was told I start 2 weeks from today!!! Or.Monday if I choose. I am so hyped!!! :D

So they called me today, and want to set up my drug screen!

I have a job interview this Wednesday, and it's for a job in my career field! I am absolutely ecstatic to finally be getting the ball rolling to start my career!

Just so y'all know. The tornadoes last night in Oklahoma missed me, I did however see one tornado tonight, or, rather, the start up of one of them. :)

So been super busy (not new at all :p)

However, at least I'm sorta starting up my social life again! This weekend I'm going to Hot Springs, Arkansas to watch horse racing! :D

I also am looking to start hanging out with people when I can, I need stuff to do! But at least school is half over. Only a couple more months left! :)

So it is sleeting in Tulsa....again. I want thunderstorms. Am tired of crappy Tulsa drivers who don't understand ice is slick!

So first things first, I am halfway done with school! :D
Finished the last 3 weeks with a 98% grade average. The school has a series of 9 phases, each 3 weeks long.
In addition to that, my idea for the clan I want to get into was approved!!!! So now I just have the interview, and have to carry out the project, then I get my color!! My color basically means I am an.official member of the clan, and passed all tests. Not an easy clan to get into. This group is affiliated with a new game coming out that many may have heard about. More on that later though. ;)

Anyways, life has been great recently! How have you all been? :D

Who would be interested in coming to watch? If there is enough interest I will stream tonight for a couple hours on either game. :)
I'll most likely be hanging out with a couple of members of my clan and a couple of friends. I'd like to get good at streaming as I may start up doing YouTube down the road, with an emphasis on live commentaries and dual/tri commentaries or discussion videos with a couple really good friends of mine from the clan (our banter is pretty entertaining to.listen to we've been told countless times)

So yesterday I went to the dentist...and no crown. My new dentist was able to do a filling instead. Now if it fails, yes I'll need a crown, but I take good care of my teeth now, so hopefully that won't happen!

What's up with y'all? Just curious! Who's excited for weekend? :D

I've needed one for over a year, and finally am getting one (thankfully). However not sure what to expect seeing as this will be my first crown. I don't know if I will have a crown done today, since this is a new dentist. I've been told yes and no as to whether he'll actually do the crown today x.x

And I did good after a little practice! We are doing socket welding right now, and on our fabrication (2 changes, 2 90 degree elbows, a 45 degree elbow) and in total, my lab partner and I were no more than 1/16th of an inch off perfect level, plumb, or bevel (45degree level). Pretty damn good in otherwords! :D

So as I said a little bit ago, I've started looking for an apprenticeship around my city in plumbing. To be more specific, commercial new construction plumbing. A field where I can use my schooling in a less intense environment. (and less lethal!)

Now, this is where I may lose some of you along my thought train. When I start on something, I ALWAYS do everything I can to make sure I do it right the first time, and do it with pride. Sometimes at the expense of my body. Right now I currently am in a vocational school for pipefitting for 25 hours a week, alongside working for 25 hours a week. Sounds easy enough I know, except when you realize the only time I have to be calling plumbing companies that are in the field I'm interested in, is when I'm having lunch between school and work. Which is only at the most an hour and a half long.

I work general labor, and believe.me, I bust my ass working. I am a workoholic. I.have literally worked 127 hours in a week, and no, that is not a typo or an exaggeration. I worked Sunday through Saturday from 7a.m. to 11p.m., with an extra hour on Wednesday.

So this is where my stress starts coming in: I somedays only get 1 meal a day. I feel like I.have to get everything done on time. I am extremely tight to my schedule I set for myself.

Thankfully my current employer is behind me in.helping find a career, but I still feel overwhelmed. I don't have very much interview experience, have only had 1, and that one was debatable. Anybody have tips? Proffessionals are mainly sought after here (individuals whom have a >career< not a job.). I would greatly appreciate some tips!

As I called a plumbing company, and asked about an apprenticeship. I currently am going through the NCCER pipefitting course, and will graduate in Mid-June. I however want to stay local to Oklahoma, so I am looking into commercial construction plumbing.

I got myself on their contact list (for helpers and apprentices for job sites) and in due time will get (hopefully) on the list of other companies as well!

Plumbing and pipefitting are trades right now that I have very little fear of competition for jobs, due to the age of the workforce. As it stands, an estimated 60% of licenced journeyman plumbers will retire over the next 10 years. At the age of 21, I have literally almost all of my working career ahead of me. In the current situation, this is a HUGE plus for me.

I also can read prints (blueprints) alongside being able to read, and create my own isometric drawings (piping blueprints set at a 30 degree angle to show a 3D view of a piping system.) This is something that will help me advance extremely quickly.

Guys (and gals!) pipefitting and plumbing is a VERY good field to be going into right now, you can easily turn it into a 6 figure job. Pipefitters actually can START at 6 figures. And with 10+ years experience, make just as much as a doctor does.

So yeah...finally going somewhere in life! :D

Anyways few updates about me!
School is going awesome for me, currently 2nd in my class! I also am looking for a part-time apprenticeship at the moment to get job experience for my career!
Speaking of which, is anybody watching me in HR? I'd like some advice on a resume, and I want professional advice on it.

Seeing as my clan (Last Laugh Lunatics) managed to snag 1st place in platinum division on CoD: AW. Now yes, it's Call of Duty. This is my first CoD since MW3, and I will say, this one IS better than the previous few. However, I'm not quite as dominant in game as I am in battlefield and destiny. Alas, That just comes with experience. It's a different game engine, so, I'm not used to it yet. I'm slowly improving though!
