Even though I'm currently limited to no sexual stuff, would anyone still be interested if I opened up a Patreon? I mean, there's plenty to do without graphic nudity, (murder for instance!)

If I did reopen it, I think I'd have monthly rewards in the realm of group votes on fan art, personal sketches, and other neat goodies. I don't really have much art at the moment that could have alternate versions, but you'd be the first to hear about things like Telegram stickers, streams, and art slave auctions!

It's been a while since I drew gore, but I know I'm very likely going to be drawing some soon. (Art slave stream scheduled, and I have worked with the customer before.) I'm excited, but need to once again shake off the rust. So this time it's going to be bloody.

So think about Blood Bowl, Fantasy games, Unreal Tournament, etc. Scenarios where there's plenty of blood and violence. Did someone get into the fight a little over their head, or maybe they are the berserker in the fray of blood? Maybe your character is just stuck fighting the legions of Hell in Diablo? Maybe they're a SERIAL KILLER killin' Lucky Charms and the Silly Rabbit!

Just remember that my current limitations still need to be observed. No graphic nudity or sex.

So I've been pondering the idea of trying out an art slave stream. I've never done one before, but I really want to give it a shot, so... here's the deets.

$80 gives you 8 hours of live streaming where you tell me everything you want me to draw. It can either be one 8 hour marathon, or 2 4 hour periods, we can discuss.

Current streaming rules are:
No requests of Graphic Nudity or Sexual Content allowed.
That sort of also covers much of my no-no list anyway.

Think Starbound, Star Ocean, Star Wars... wow, lots of stars. High sci-fi that still has fantasy elements, (like magical crystals as a power source, or space wizards) this theme is to get your brain working towards an idea of something you could include your character in.
Primatives meeting high tech aliens, sparse jungle buildings with high tech inside, etc. The theme this time is more of a setting, I suppose.

Okay, so I moved.

I moved to a new little studio apartment, and in moving (to an overpriced place,) my computer got some shots of higher bandwidth. (Hey, that not streaming problem I had...)

Well~ during that, it downloaded the newest version of windows. After doing that, I had to remove the old Windows because it was taking up about a fifth of my total hard drive.

Now my pen display won't work. I can't draw digitally. At all.

I found that out this morning when I went to go do some work on the backlog I have.

I've lost a lot of time, about three weeks worth, both here and some days over at the "day job."

So I'm going to need to get back into it quickly.

So I'm offering something called "warmup sketches" for $8.

Some people ask: "how are these sketches?"
Well, I'll tell you. Because the only layer before them is the "construction lines" layer.
With commission work it goes construction, sketch, ink.
So as this is just construction and then sketch, it's faster. It's also a lot more imperfect.

Past two weeks have been pretty rough for me, in case anyone's noticed my lack of work.

My grandmother was hospitalized and I'd be driving an hour one way to see her almost every day... so...

Yesterday she passed on. She was 87 years old, and we were very close in life.

Don't know what else to say about it, really.

I'm getting a new studio setup here soon. Probably in about a month. Once I get that accomplished, I should be able to go full force on art.

So this includes streaming, and everything else. It also means a likely increase in frequency of art, and a boost in the different types of content created.

See, I had somewhere I was going with this, but I'm getting ready for w- oh yeah! I'll finally be able to prioritize art as my job once again. I'll be able to stream about... 40 hours a week... and you can all come along and join me! I mean, as long as you're willing to watch my madness unfold.
