In the past few months, I have been experiencing a really annoying pain in the lower back due to my L-5 lumbar disc being swollen. This was caused after a great effort I had to make at MFF to carry very heavy stuff . To the point that in December, my doctor recommended me to have a minor surgery called dyscolysis treatment.

However, I went to another doctor asking for advice and she gave me an alternative: I would avoid the surgery yet I would have to start changing a lot of my life habits, including swimming sessions, therapies , yoga , stretching , etc.

Needless to say It has helped me a lot, specially swimming. And I didn't have any invasive procedures on me, just some ozone shots and ultrasound.

Even though this meant one of my problems has solved, the second one was very clear. Paying the swimming sessions and therapies is very hard to me since its an extra income, more since I am jobless right now.

I really wanna thank to everyone who has purchased my art packs so far. It has been a huge help for me. And also, it feels so satisfying that over this 3 years I have been improving so much with these, and I can encourage myself to keep doing an even better job than the last one.

Right now I have been trying to be constant with drawing but my back pain has been really an issue. The reason I am doing this growth Drive is to pay my Ozone Discolysis (you can google it if you have any further questions) . Hopefully it will help to reduce this trouble I have been dealing it in the recent months. But that doesn't mean its a complete solution, I will also need to do a lot of swimming and yoga to reinforce my lumbar and spine area.
