Payment:
Payments online will only be accepted through paypal. When sending money, please do not include any additional notes or information, as Paypal does not endorse the selling of art/commission work. You MAY include your username.
All payment must be sent as USD, and must also be paid up front. The commission will not be started until payment is received and cleared.
Cash will only be taken in person such as at cons.
Commission Procedure:
When looking to buy a commission, please contact me via note or comment on the advertising journal or submission. Once the commission is confirmed, I will give you the final price and ask you to send the payment.
If you wish to see the sketch before I finish please disclose this when first commissioning me as I will always give WIPs on request. I will update you with progress automatically when it comes to larger commissions such as references or character designs.
The sketch phase is when you should notify me with wanted changes, as this is when larger changes are easier to make. If changes are required in the lining or coloring phase they should be smaller changes such as small additions or edits and pattern/color edits.
Once image is finished I cannot make larger edits without charging for them. This is only in the case of changed details that were not disclosed while commissioning.
Once finished with the piece I will post the final image and notify you of it via note or as a reply to your comment posted if your notes are disabled.

I will only draw things I am comfortable with. This means there are several fetishes I will not draw. These include, but are not limited to
scat
vomit
diaper porn
mature cub art
hyper
inflation
massive weight gain
water-sports
rape (as in actual rape not fantasy rape)
Clothes and wings do not usually add to the cost. The ONLY time they will is in the case of very complex clothing or if there is more then one pair of wings.
I will not draw in another artist's style. My style is unique and my own, even if it changes from time to time. If you want my art, you will get my style. If you would like another person's style, please commission them instead.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
Revisions:
Minor and excessive changes are perfectly acceptable in the sketch stage. If you have a specific thing you are looking for PLEASE tell me before hand.
Once the sketch is approved, the only smaller revisions will made without extra charge.
The only exception on changes past the sketch stage is if I personally make a mistake (with colors, a missed item, missed marking, wrong pose, etc.)
Deciding you want a completely new pose or character after seeing the finished sketch will count as a re-sketch and will be charged.
If you are not sure if something would be considered minor or major in changes, please ask! I'm very understanding and lenient~
Rush Orders/Deadlines:
If you would like your commission to be done by a certain date, please let me know in your initial request. Deadlines over a week from the initial request will not be charged for. Deadlines under a few days from the request, though, will be charged half the finally commission price. If my queue is longer I will have to deny deadline requests.
Permissions & Private Artworks:
I retain all rights to my art unless I state otherwise. This means that I can post it to any art accounts or websites I would like, as well as use it for portfolios, art CDs, or books should I desire. Please state ahead of time if you wish for your commission to be withheld from my galleries and my own personal use, but keep in mind there will be an extra fee for doing so, as it may interfere with me earning more business. This does not mean you own the rights to the image, however. Anything made BY me is in my full right to do with as I wish.
You are allowed to post your commission in your gallery, but it must be linked and credited back to me. You may also use it for anything personal, such as printing it for yourself, using it as a personal tattoo, or as a graphic in a personal website or blog layout.
Commercial use of my artwork is strictly prohibited, as I still retain the rights to it. You may not sell t-shirts, prints, or any other items with my artwork on it. If you wish to obtain the rights to the image, as well, it can be discussed before I begin working on your commission as it will need my permission in writing.
Clients/commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFT.
Refunds:
If you need a refund for whatever reason, then you must request it before I've started your commission. If I've already started, then I will give you a partial refund based on how far along I am. I do not give refunds for pieces once they are complete.
If I, for whatever reason, find myself incapable of finishing your commission or taking an unnaturally long time to complete it, I will also refund you in full, regardless of how far I have gotten.
