Super sad T_T
Posted 11 years agoWell, after having my trip cut short a bit and coming home. My dad left my car unlocked and someone stole a whole bunch of my stuff. Including a laptop and a GPS unit.
I am super sad. I think I need to change my passwords on everything too.
Seriously, I am super sad. I want to cry a little, I had keepsakes and stuff that they probably took too.
Called the police, they are sending a officer over I think. Probably going to be a few hours.

Going to China in a few weeks, will be offline probably.
Posted 11 years agoI am headed to a sort of educational camp to learn Chinese and etc.
So I might be offline due to the Great Firewall.
I will be back in July, more information to follow.

Posted 11 years agoI'm 23 today, and I feel...weird about that. Aside from the long dry spell in writing and posting stories, I feel my life is in a bit of a slump and I am unsure of how to continue from here.
In any case, I hope to have some content out soonish, someday...arg...things seems so dreary at the moment.
Thanks for all the watches and all the faves. Hope to be here for good while longer.

I don't know if anyone reads these things...
Posted 12 years agoHmm, I am having a weird feeling at the moment. I just got home after a interesting experience.
Around 8:00 I went to IHOP and finished my meal around around 9:30-ish. On my way home, I saw a old man in a manual wheel chair in the bike lane area in the parking lot entrance to a Marie Calender. Cars were driving around him, just barely. I was bewildered at the sight of him, so I pulled over into the fire lane, put on my emergency lights and got out to talk to him. He was a Chinese old man, past his seventies at least, with a bad left arm, and bad legs. He didn't speak much English, and my Mandarin is passable at best.
I spoke to him, and tried to ask why he was in the road, where cars where just within a foot of him. The speed limit was 35MPH, so it was a bit dangerous and it was dark.
He had missed the 6:30PM disabled bus and he had trouble with his TAP Access debit card and stuff. Long story short, I wound up talking to the Marie Calender staff, and their manager, and calling 911. It was pretty stressful when the manager was talking to me at the same time as the 911 operator, and I juggled it. I think I annoyed the 911 operator a bit.
In any case, I got the old man's info as best as I could and they dispatched a Officer to us. I wound up pulling some translator duty. I spent a good twenty minutes trying to get the old man to accept a free ride with the officer to his senior apartment complex which was four miles away.
He seemed hesitant, and it was a bit hard to convince him to get onto the side walk, which was too sloped for him to effectively navigate. Which was why he preferred the bike lane area. But after a while of confirming it would be no trouble, and it would be free, he agreed to it. I wound up helping the officer figure out how to fold the old man's wheel chair and then putting it in the back of his patrol car. I then followed the officer to the old man's residence to provide translation services when asked.
I learned some things about the old man throughout this episode, and it makes me sad.
In any case, I ramble too much...
To the point, I am wondering what others think on how to intervene in situations like this? As I stopped to help this old man, two cars had inched past him and several others had leaned away from him. A dozen more left the parking lot, and only one stopped to ask if I needed help as I talked to 911.
I made a conscious decision to stop and help and seek help and well, get involved. Was I over reacting by calling 911? What would you do? When you see a old person alone and struggling?
I had no idea how far he had traveled alone, and I get the feeling it was pretty far. He seemed tired.
Well, it's making me think and all that. So many other people probably passed him, but I am the only one to stop and help...did I force my help on him? He didn't want to cause others trouble, and was worried about bothering the officer.

100 Watchers soon.
Posted 12 years agoIs it a tradition to do something for 100 watchers? I am unsure.
School is being very difficult...things...2013 is looking to be better then 2012 at least...
Man, things are weird. I don't even know if I should post this...around a year now, and I still have not had a paid commission.

Posted 12 years agoGrandstorm, a great artist, is in trouble.
Posted 12 years agoRight, it seems he's having some very bad IRL financial difficulty, and I hope any people that pay attention to me can help him out.
Please check out this journal, and offer him support if you can. Commissioning might work, I don't know, things are going on for him because of expired tags on his car.

3000 Page Views
Posted 12 years agoRight, I am at 3K page views...and I missed 1K and 2K...
People usually due things when they hit milestone page views right?
I'd take a screenshot if my desktop wasn't down at the moment.

I hope it will be better then what the 13 implies...though the fiscal cliff thing is really making it a bad start.

$9 Holiday Weekend Specials?
Posted 13 years agoTo drum up some business, I am thinking about changing my price scheme.
Would anyone be interested in this?
PS
If I owe you a story, please notify me and I will get on it ASAP.

Effective until New Years, I will write stories for $9 and as fast as I can.
I'm calling them Holiday Weekend Specials.
I will sit down with you, on chat or in a shared note and write a TF story during the weekend with a goal of having the story done in under three hours.
All the stories on my gallery are examples of the this method of having my customer being there as I write.
Most were written and posted within the same day.
Length will be a little shorter at maybe around a 1,200 words.
These Specials will be restricted to one to two character for detailed work on a TF and a Sex scene.
The introduction and the ending scenes will probably be neglected in favor of focus on the TF and Sex.
For more detailed work, please consult my pricing scheme.
Note that $9 would be 900 words, and you are getting an extra $3 in value.
Apologies and things.
Posted 13 years agoSorry if I abruptly disappeared on a person, or never got around to doing a story when I offered. The last few months have been difficult, and odd. The whole year of 2012 really. I'm starting to get back on, and hopefully I will be able to full fill my promises and obligations, but it's a bit hard for me.
Really, I mean just last month I was across the street from a shooting. Watched the police response from a IHOP...and that is just one thing. From what I understand, it was a gang thing, according to a teacher I know that was on the scene. It's been a maddening year...and I can only hope it gets better.
My troubles are inconsequential though, I know there are more people in worse straights then me. I feel selfish for posting this, but I figure I might as well share some things. I bought dinner for a ex-con that was begging in the parking lot last month too. Got him a chicken pot pie from a Boston Market. There is a mentally ill woman that chooses to be homeless there too.
The year is ending, and I find myself introspective...
Again, I am sorry that I haven't gotten things done lately for people, and I hope they forgive me. Though, I figure given the delays and my flaky behavior that is not going to happen much.
PS
It's been eight months more or less, I am guessing my current pricing scheme is a bit too expensive or complex...or my level of work is not up to par. Can anyone tell me if they are interested in commissioning me? I've just been giving stories away.

Commission Info
Posted 13 years agoHi, I'm Eight88 and this is the particulars on commissioning me to write for you.
If you want a story from me, give me a note and we will discuss it on AIM or a Sync.in Public Note.
We will discuss characters, fetishes, situations, desired content, posting rights, desired length range, and compare schedules.
If it all checks out, the commissioner will receive their story within eight hours of a scheduled start time, most likely on the weekend.
To ensure the most fidelity to the commissioner's goals, the commissioner will have absolute control in most things while the story is in progress.
To ensure a fast speed, the commissioner must be on AIM or Sync.in Public Note while I right and engage with me Q&A.
To ensure I get paid, I will need partial payment up front.
The Pricing:
The customer must pay the Paypal fees and provide a partial payment up front.
500 word minimum.
1 US cent per word gets one to two main characters, two locations(club , home, etc) and two to three NPCs(doorman, room service, etc).
1,000 word minimum.
2 US cents per word gets two to four main characters, four locales, and five to six NPCs.
1,500 word minimum
3 US cents per word gets unlimited content; characters, locales, NPCs.
Advisory, this option must be heavily discussed before I accept the commission to ensure commissioner satisfaction.
Additional charges for additional characters, strange locales/situations, extreme/extremely numerous fetishes, and other unforeseen issues may apply.
Can charge ala carte or up the base rate.
The Limits:
I will not write anything that can be considered illegal, but other then that we can discuss it.
On the issue of what can be considered illegal, child porn is a definite, anything else will be researched if I don't know.
I reserve the right to refuse service and return payment(although whatever Paypal takes is not on me).
I also reserve the right to postpone the commission in case of IRL emergencies and situations.
If a situation comes up after I accepted a commission and I do not know when I can start, a full refund will be provided.
The Writing Process:
When length range has been set, I will ask questions about what a commissioner wants on AIM. When a suitable amount of information has be gathered and partial payment has been received, I will start writing. I will then IM back the first few paragraphs and ask whether or not if they find it acceptable. They give me comments and answer some questions if they come up. Then I continue writing, then I IM another section of the story and ask for commissioner input. Repeat until story is done.
The Requirements:
While a commission is in progress, the commissioner must be present on AIM while I write.
The commissioner must provide payment through Paypal before writing starts.
The Payment:
If the accepted story range is between 2,000 and 4,000 words, the commissioner is required to pay for the 2,000 words up front and provide the rest after the story is finished and the word total is calculated. So if a 2,000 and 4,000 range is set, and the end result is 3,618, the commissioner will first provide a payment and Paypal fees for the first 2,000 words before work begins. Once work finishes, the commissioner will then pay for the other 1,600 words with the words and the Paypal fees. The commissioner will then receive a .Doc over AIM file transfer or Email.
The Trade/The Alternate Payment:
If you are a writer or artist, I am open to discussing trading.
Feel free to ask...please note that I do not know the etiquette of this option, so please excuse any rudeness.

Thinking of starting a story commission thing here.
Posted 13 years agoHmm, I don't know if anyone has read my stories, or liked them to any degree, but I would like to start being a commission writer here on FA.
For a little spending money you know.
Anyone willing to comment on the grade of my stories and if they themselves would ever commission me to write something?
I've been hoping to get some opinions on whether I write at a acceptable level to be a commission writer.
So far I have only know that I am fast. The latest story I wrote, Love Bunny, which is around 2400 words(including a few typos); I wrote it in a little under three hours with a IM friend giving me some input and posted it as is.
The idea I have is to start a IM with the commissioner and write the entire story within six hours/one night in the weekend so there is not a long wait, due to my being in college and all.
As those that read the four stories I have out so far, I can write clean and weird content. I just need some direction from the commissioner.
They say "yeah I like that" or "no I don't like that" or "I want x here", and I write to the best of my abilities.
This sound like a good idea or a bit too cumbersome?
