it feels good to be back! it's been what, a year at this point? i'll get to why i went radio silent later, but i'll be posting again next week and comms will be open again in september!! :] i've missed meeting folks through making and seeing awesome art -- i wanna live and love and appreciate every awesome furry out there.

anyways, i dipped off the face of the earth for the past year because, to put a VERY long story short:
1) over the past year i've struggled greatly with what has finally been diagnosed as major depressive disorder. executive dysfunction is a bitch and, having been undiagnosed my entire life, i am now medicated for the first time, and the will to draw has returned day by day :]
2) although i love art dearly, my main pursuit is music and everything of the sort. balancing two music degrees, working part-time in a music field and trying to get my own personal projects going took up all my time & energy. struggled to adjust but it's a lot better now and hitting the ground running in the fall.
3) my activity dwindled as i limped out of a painful breakup, fell quite physically ill because of it and then got into another relationship in january that i ended very painfully by spring's end because i was hurt too much by his behavior to ignore it. been putting off posting simply because some pieces are of my ex and i, and it's still not the best thoughts looking at them. i've spent the summer recovering though, and i'm pretty okay now.
okay there's a lotta stuff in the pipeline i need to post, i gotta organise them now. see ya folks!

Posted a year agoaye im really bad at checking FA (also not super familiar with the FA community) but i just wanna thank all the folks leaving likes or dope comments or support. still relatively new to the furry fandom in general but i really do appreciate it.
