General | Posted 5 years agoHey everyone. Sorry I have not been on much or worked on much art this week.my grandma hurt her self again and I been taking care of her. I know I owe you all a commission and I'm trying my best to work on it. I just been taking care of my grandmother helping get better and such. Please understand that she cant walk at the moment because she sprained her ankle pretty bad. And I mean bad. So please be patient just until she healed enought to start walking again.

The following information of my TOS / Agreement must be read and agreed upon. If you do not agree and clearly understand before commission me. I will not accept you commission unless you do so! If you do not understand please ask me question if needed I'll be glad to help you understand anything that is needed.
Disclaimer:
I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason i see if. If you are black listed from my commission you will not be receiving any art from me. If I feel you have been rude to me at any time. You will be black listed from commission!
All commissions will be done within 2 week to 4 months from when I started, not from when I am paid. I work by my queue / list. Once you have a commission me you will be placed at the bottom of my list. I will not start on your commission until you have paid and the commissioners ahead of you are done!
Once you have paid for the commission and told me what exactly you want the commission will not changed after we are agreed on the pose, theme, and any extra details that come with the commission. After showing showing the first sketch small things can be changed, but changing the pose, legs, arms, head, facial expression will not be after the sketch has been approved. If you do not tell me what exactly what you want it will be considered as a freelance commission. After the first sketch has been approved I will move to finish the commission. No chances will be made after the commission has been made or no changes after you have paid for the commissions. Once i have a pose set in mind i like to keep it that way after we agreed upon it!
I am allowed to use unwanted sketches that are discarded from commission or not approved for ych, patreon, personal art, or any other way I see fit. Im allowed to use the commission to make profit off of the commission, such as prints, physical objects of any kind, patreon rewards, how ever you are not allowed at all!
This includes tattoos as well.
I am not responsible for others using your commission, if someone is using your commission you have paid for from me without permission do not come to me blaming it on me. I am not responsible for others actions.
Do not alter my artwork unless I have given permission to do so. This does not include cropping for icons, banners etc. That is allowed if you are the character owner.
I do not work with deadlines.
DO NOT rush me. Pestering for an update or art status stresses me out. If it's been a month without word from me, feel free to ask.
You must have one up to date visual reference. NO second-life/imvu references. Please avoid lots of text descriptions.
If you have to make a description please make it short and to the point!!! I can not stress this enough.
Please make sure your character info or references are correct. If I miss something that wasn't mentioned or on your ref, I am not responsible for the mistake. (It is the responsibility of the commissioner to provide me with all necessary information to complete the commission.)
Wing-its are (For me) considered artistic freedom with the commissioner giving a few words or a short sentence to describe the theme of the image.
Wing-its and Sketch commissions do not have WIPs (work in progress images)
Payment
I only accept PayPal in usd only.
When payment is given I'll be sending an invoice from PayPal.
If payment is not paid within 3 days. Commissioner will be message to see if the payment will be paid.
If payment is not paid within another 3 days the request will be canceled!
Without warning.
I do accept payment plans. Maximum limit is $50 per mouth.
Commission will not be started until payment is fully received.
I will accept payment plans over $100 usd. Keep in mind that if the payment is not paid fully you will be black listed from commissions.
If you have at least paid 1 payment I will draw you something is equal to the amount you have paid that off my commission prices!
REFUNDS:
Refunds will not be given out once you have paid(the only time I give out refunds is when I'm unable to do the commission under my terms.)!!!!!!
Commission will not be started until payment is received up front.
CLOSED INFORMATION
Information will not be given out to others, such as email, pay-pal information, Facebook information or any other information you would like to keep closed.
PROFIT
After the commission is done the only one that is allowed to make any profit is me (the artist). Any others making a profit NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE ANY TYPE OF PROFIT.
All rights to the piece is owned by me. When posting I must be created at all times.
