6) 8-bit Theater ended a while ago, so you can get the whole story start-to-finish without waiting. Generally, I feel the same way about sprite comics as I do about stick figure comics. However, this comic pulled it off very well. It's funny, charming, and witty, and you will never play the original Final Fantasy again without thinking back to 8-bit Theater.

Now, it's not the whole, "Pay what you want for your meal" system that I find awesome... It's one little phrase in the article that caught my attention...

That is so... Fucking... Cool.
It's about time we had something like that. Supposedly, back in the days before KFC was your standard issue corporate bullshit restaurant, they had a policy like that. Supposedly, Sanders believed that everyone deserved a hot meal, and so, for a long time, it was policy that if you did a quick job (Take out the trash, wash some dishes, etc.) you would get a good, hot dinner. Of course, we live in a capitalist society, so greed has driven that concept away long, long ago, but still...
It's really good to see that there are people left in the world that have a heart. I think my disdain for reality may have just faltered a little.
