Posted 14 years agoI can stop stressing now. inventory's finally over at work. It's a shame Wal-Mart radio has only four modes. Country, Beach Boys, christmas, and off. I realllly like the off option but pretty soon it'll be Christmas season. Bahumbug!! Festivus is better.
Shouldn't be talking about Christmas already but we already have a few trees in our backroom. BLEGH. For now: Next few weeks I'm back to a normal 32 hours, and I'm ouuuut of the ice cream freezer. It'll be MFF soon enough! Woohoo~! Can't wait to see you all again ^^ I really wish you were all much closer... for the majority of you it's well over an hour and a half one way just to see ya for a few hours ):
On the furray side: I've realllly been neglecting my FA... wow... I haven't checked submissions in ages... journals since... almost forever. I've only commissioned like... three people all year outside of conventions. I'm starting to turn back into a wall-furry. Oh noes. Part of that though is that soooo many artists I watch only open for commissions for five minutes, before all the slots are full... Fandom's starting to get a little overpopulated. Yeesh. Ah well. I still love ya guys. c:
Don't worry too much about me being "zomigosh, he's brony now, and not a furry anymore" Still a furry, still a Transformers fan. Still a yote. We cool. But yes, I do like My Little Pony. It makes me smile after a shitty day at work or two. Plus, it's just plain FUN. It's even gotten me into being a coordinator/ GM for a roleplay group on Secondlife ^^. So it's also improving me in terms of... i feel like a more bold person now. Woot woot for confidence things.
Been working on designing Transformers AVs in Secondlife. Kinda like Beast Wars ish, but cars that turn into furrybots, rather than animals that turn into humanbots. Naturally, my first one is a coyote, S:3 (as if there was any doubt). Going to for a slightly tribal robot mode of course... and give the car a bit of a bit of a racing motif. All of my car models will be OC though. That way there's nooo copyright infringement. Especially since I'm not even using "Autobot and Decepticon" logos. They will be blank logos where you supply the faction symbol. And recolorable AVs for customizarion! Speaking of recoloring: I look sexy in neon purple and charcoal... (not that I would ever recolor Eld. heh)
But... yeah! Lotsa stuff going on interwebs wise: RL not so much, but hey! Leave a message. I'm curious to see how you guys are doing, and if any of you are going to MFF :D

Posted 14 years agoI love the journal feature of FA, and I admit I'm bad about using it like Twitter sometimes, just to chill with the folks in my corner over here, but... finding the "commissions open" journals,in all the muck is just...blah... It's a shame there isn't a specific update section for "so-and-so is open" "so-and-so is closed" yanno? Like Shouts/ Journals and such in your control panel, but under its own headline.
A question for a project I plan to work on
Posted 14 years agoI'm distracting myself right now, so I can stay busy and positive, and I can't really come up with a alt mode that I would use if my main yote character, or his nightmare self: River, would be if they were Transformers. I looked at the Coyote X car, and Daytona's Coyote Cars racing concepts, but I'm still not even sure if I want to be a car.
So... if a coyote were a vehicle, what kind of vehicle would a coyote be?
Or even... here's a list of species if you like doing questionairres~ Though I care most about coyote for now, I plan on turning other species into Transformers as well. Fill out as many as you like, or just offer ideas. <3 Just enough to get a brainstorm going.

3DS, life situation, MFF, and questions for you~
Posted 14 years agoThis thing's amazing. <3 I've been taking pics of my Transformers collection in 3D, especially Dark of the Moon Megatron. he is amazing for that. Might make a house of cards and photo that! Too bad I can't anaglyph my pics and upload them to the net for you guys to see though... bummer. I've spent more time on 3DS Photo and Augemnted reality than on Zelda so far xD If you were on the fence: i definitely suggest this system, even if it's just for the system itself. <3 Well worth it, especially for the new price. So far I only have Ocarina of Time 3D and the ported Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX from virtual console, which was my first Zelda game, ever.
On the flipside, I may be getting a promotion at workl to Support Manager position, woot woot~, and even if i don't me eval. had three exceeds expectations, in stocking/recieving, Knowledge, andInfluence and Communication: Share Information. Food review: Marie Calendar:Love or Burn?
Posted 14 years agoI am going to start doing rant and rave reviews for the various foods I've tried over the years. I'm going to start with my inspiration for this. Do I love it, or should I burn it?, Marie Calendar's...
price: BURN.
quality: Meh
Quantity: LAME
If you're looking for a decent pot pie, you can stop here, but be warned, if you don't like baked brocoli, it's in almost every single pot pie. The ingredients do taste somewhat fresh, or obnly 2 days old when cooked.
But that's not what has me fuming. It's that horrible attrocity known as: the "entrees".... When you say "three meat" what do you expect? A meat lovers dish loaded with lots of ingredientas, right? WRONG. I got three pieces OF meat, possibly all the same kind. The meat was not identifiable. It was MYSTERY meat, possibly not even meat. It tasted like stale condoms. The entire dish wash noodles. Soggy, limp, uninspiring noodles drizzled faintly with a ketchup-reminiscent sauce.
It was so disgusting and disturbing that I bestow this meal the allmighty 1 star of vomit, because if I finished my serving, I would have vomitted from the sheer lack of taste, and the pain it adds to the pocketbook when they realized they wasted restauarant pricing on something that tastes like you scraped it off of the bottom of a trash can. Am I overreacting? maybe. Maybe. But I am passionate about what goes into my mouth.
This has been a Coyote review. Final verdict: BURN MOTHA FUCKA BURN.

Posted 14 years agoYay~. AC was still a blast, considering how few folks went. I managed to keep myself occupied. I had to giggle when I hear Kage declaring in opening ceremonies that the brony panel was going to be moved to a different room, because our numbers grew from 24, to 240 or so x3
I was pleased to find out how many friends and acquaintances were at the panel for bronies, and I won't lie... x: I kinda squeed a bit when I realized Applejack and Rainbow Dash fursuits entered the room.
A lot of the rest of Friday was fairly mellow, taking things as they come, and waiting an obnoxious amount of time for pizza. And ended up with me dancing like a maniac at the rave.
Saturday was more of a "oh... it's already almost 11... better go get some food, then scramble to dry my underarmor as soon as possible". What was awesome though, is that this year, thefursuit photo came BEFORE the fursuit parade, which was <3, especially because the end of the route was the Ballroom, which is like... highly air conditioned. And this year Pittsburgh got more involved than last year, so we ended up with a sort of side walk family fun fair with the public. Doing that after the parade nearly made me go down though. Yikes x:
Sunday, I was a dead dog. Normally I can still keep going, but, I was just like... flatlined, so I chilled for a bit, listening to
PepperCoyote's awesome band "Look Left" (Go check them out. They're pretty good), then setlers of Catan and Carcassonne (sp?), until... I want to say dinner, which ended up being a hike to a closed restaurant xD, so we backtracked to the first edible place we could find, where I got my Gyro fix on <3 mmmm, pita bread Gyros make me <3.
Then after that, while sitting outside with Axel, this one guy in a cowboy hat like, snuck over and started smoking, and all of the smoke kept going past my face and he kept looking at me, so I got up...and when I started walking he began walking behind me, but made no indication of trying to catch my attention, so... I sorta half-ran, and when I turned around he was right there, tripping over me, so I was like "ehhhhh, I'm staying inside for a bit. I don't trust the people here", because he was not a con-goer.
Other than that... Yeah. Was a cool con. Thanks to my bros, and the bronies. <3

We all know everyone got certain cereals for the cheapy toy inside at some point. is there a cereal pack-in that you remember most? Or the magical 'back of the cereal box' activity?
Personally, I was a fan of cocoa puffs, especially when each box came with a fold out rollercoaster for your cocoa puffs.

Posted 14 years agoAs a lot of my friends know, I haven't really had a set origin for Eldritch... I mean... he was originally a feral wolf, a cyborg, an alchemist, a shaman, but really, I think I know what he is now c:
Eldritch is what I'm calling a Dream-Creature, meaning he's a creature that lives in the Dream Plane.
What do I consider the dream plane?
Dream Plane: A collection of all sleepers' dream added together. (kinda like the universe)
Dream World: A specific time period/ video game/ setting multiple people arwe dreaming about such as: Several people could be dreaming about Edo Era Japan, thus creating that Dream World (sort of like planets in a universe)
Eldritch http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2893155/ comes from a desert, in a nomadic age. The dream that created him, was a dream of dreamers who have their own dreams. Eldritch though, was one in the village of dreamers, who had a nightmare. In the Dream World/ Dream Plane, even a nightmare created by a dream, still comes true. Every time Eldritch dreams, nightmares are created, and so he tasks himself with never sleeping.
To prevent falling asleep, he hops from Dream World to Dream World, leaving when a dream starts to end so that he never falls asleep. The first and only nightmare he has created so far, is River.
River: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5598621/ A nightmare created by Eldritch unwillingly. He is only half complete, hence his scars leaking energy, and his incomplete eye. Arms are severely weakened, and his primary means of combat is the chain around his ankle. He is trying through all means possible to track Eldritch, draw him out of hiding, get him to sleep so the nightmare can be finished. River is responsible for Eldritch's scars. The scars on Eldritch are the energy that's been sapped from the coyote already. He tries to wake the humans from their slumber with terror.
Attle: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5598607/ Is a Hyena-bat that Eldritchc omes across in his travels. Mainly an odd fellow who prefers to affix himself to anything he can hang down from. He's a bit Post-Traumatic and scatter brained. Sometimes prone to fits of insane laughter, but his heart's still a shade of silver under all the broken mental state.
The ferret twins: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4967413/ Sugar and Rice http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4967441/, are both creatures amde by dreamers in Eldritch's clan. They act as guides, and company, to keep the coyote's spirits up. Sugar is more polite and cheerful while her brother, Rice is a bit of a prankster.
Mountain Wolf: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3336611/ A wolf corrupted by greed so much his fur literally went green the deeper his envy grows. He double deals information between Eldritch and River, sometimes supplying River with plots and ideas in exchange for minions, and in some cases, pieces of his own life force for stronger minions (hence his scars). True motivations beyond greed and power are unknown.
Selestia: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2893192/ A husky angel that is not a part of the dream world, but is instead a bit of an angel, who sometimes observes the beauty of dreams, often visiting those with troubled thoughts. I had to work the night before the con, and didn't nap when I got to the con like I should have, since I didn't want to miss anything.. so I was fading in and out of consciousness the whole time xD;
I ended up sponsoring, without knowing what sponsorship actually entailed x3; I can't complain with energy chopsticks, and the epic spobnsor's lounge though. I had like... two beers, a cider, a hotdog sans the bun (they were out briefly, and I'm not picky.) I was rather surprised to see giant platters of sushi gravitating toward the buffet libne. Oh my god. Suuuushiiiiii <333 *murr* Friday ended with a whimper though, lol. Played a 2-person round of San Juan. I don't even know if we followed the rules the right way. I kept spacing out xD;
Saturday was <3 I suited up for the parade, met several old friends. Ran into a dude that I don't know who's been hitting on my since MFF ( T_T ) Seeing Dusty again was cool though. I stayed around outside for extra pictures (IF YOU SEE PICS OF ME, PLZ, plz send them to me in IM, PM or link me to them. ;~; I never have luck finding pictures of me...) then, I believe stayed around for DTD shenanigans with the guy who's name I have trouble remembering... A something... A...? :s <<; After that there was the pool. Where... everyone learned how blind and deaf I really am xD; I was trying to recognize everyone by their blurry facial hair D: Hot tub was <333 though.
After that... was a bit of gamin', showed a dude mah pokeymans, and stuff... then... some stuff happened... blah blah blah...
